More People Suspected In Hudson Murder

William Balfour is the only person detained by police for the murders of Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother and nephew. However, Chicago Police said on Tuesday it may be possible more than one person was involved in the murders.

Balfour, the estranged husband of Julia Hudson, actress Jennifer Hudson’s sister, is still being held on a parole violation after an arrest and questioning on Friday, but has not yet been charged.

Law enforcement sources told the Chicago Tribune that they are focusing on Balfour’s movements the day the murders took place, October 24, but that they are also trying to determine whether someone else drove Balfour to the Hudson family home in Chicago.

Witnesses have said the Chrysler parked a block from the Hudson home was driven by Balfour, 27, at approximately 7 a.m. on Friday, the same vehicle was later found outside a local high school. A security video showed someone parking the car there, but detectives have yet to identify the driver.

Kate Hudson Fights Back Against Anorexia Stories

Kate Hudson has ordered lawyers to take action against several publications for printing photos and articles that falsely imply that she has anorexia.

Her attorneys say the pictures “suggested that she had an eating disorder that was so grave and serious that she was wasting away, to the extreme concern of her mother and family.”

Hudson is also said to be concerned about how the pictures will impact her career and reputation.

The National Enquirer, Heat Magazine and the Daily Mail have been cited as guilty parties by London law firm Schillings.

The case will go to trial in 2006 if not settled beforehand.
