Howard K. Stern was arrested on Thursday and charged with multiple felonies – including conspiracy to furnish drugs – in the overdose death of Anna Nicole Smith. According to perezhilton.com, Stern’s lawyer, Krista Bath, claims that Howie (the former Playmate’s longtime companion) is a victim of lies and not a felon.

Sirius Satellite Radio said on Thursday that they had a very special treat for listeners over the Labour Day weekend — three days of classic, uncensored Howard Stern.
E! Online reports that the marathon broadcast was put together from over 23,000 hours work of material, spanning two decades of radio shows.
It’s the first time that the material has been broadcast without edits and censoring.
Fans will be able to request their favourites moments to be included in the marathon, which will also feature uncut interviews with Arnold Schwarzenegger, Donald Trump, Paul McCartney, Sylvester Stallone, and others.
In May, Sirius paid CBS Radio more than $2 million U.S. for the rights to Stern’s back catalogue of master recordings.
The Stern-fest starts Friday at 3 p.m. ET, running straight through till Monday at 12 a.m. ET.
CBS Radio and Howard Stern have agreed to a settlement in the breach of contract suit brought against the radio personality in February. However, E! Online reports that neither side has signed the agreement yet.
A New York court clerk revealed that a settlement had been reached after attorneys for both Stern and CBS called his office on Wednesday. A hearing in the case scheduled for that afternoon was cancelled by the judge.
Stern left CBS in December to become an on-air host with Sirius Satellite Radio. After the departure, CBS sued Stern for more than $200 million US. The complaints listed in the suit included breach of contract, fraud, unjust enrichment, misappropriation of radio time, unfair competition and interference with Stern’s CBS contract.
