From what I remember, it’s pretty tough being a self-conscious kid trying to get through the rigorous social structure of summer camp. So one helpful 10-year-old kid wrote a list of instructions for campers, advising them on how to be cool.
While some of his tips are recommended (always shower) “How To Be Cool in Camp” reminds me how tough being young could be. The list regulates which words are cool, how to pick up girls and how to respond to certain questions.
Unfortunately the list is a little late considering summer’s almost over. So if you’ve been saying the cafeteria food is is “so-so” or “not bad” this whole time, we give you our deepest condolences.
