Adele has just splurged on a new £7 million home in Sussex, England – but Adele thinks the house is haunted. Adele apparently is afraid to walk around the property by her house.
Luckily, Adele won’t be alone. There are reports that the singer has hired a female driver as a live-in bodyguard – for £100,000 a year.
And because Adele is in a spending mood, she also hired another two security guards to patrol the property.

What did I get for my 18th? I vaguely remember getting a coffee maker because I needed one for university. But I guess a $10.8 million house isn’t bad either…
Justin Bieber reportedly bought this $10.8 million love nest for his 18th birthday. The Daily Mail is reporting that the five bedroom, 9,400 square foot home, which is currently being rented by Ashton Kutcher, has a view of Lake Hollywood, a movie theatre, a bar, a gym, a massage room and a massive kitchen.
I’m always skeptical when I see photos of celebrities supposed real estate investments, especially because this listing still appears to be “active.” But if it’s real then it could probably fit my old apartment 20 times over.
Okay, let’s officially put Justin Bieber’s birthday to bed now.

Next time you’re struggling to make conversation, try asking this question: “If you could invite anyone (living or dead) to the perfect house party, who would it be?” We asked Jaimie from Graffiti6 this question as a metaphor to get acquatinted with some of his musical influences. Here’s what he came up with.
Lauren Conrad has put her “Hills” house for sale. If you want it, the price tag is $2.25 Million reports TMZ.
It might be worth the price. It’s 3009 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and it has a pool. Plus it belonged to Lauren Conrad.
And its even listed at a discount. Lauren paid $2.36 Million for it in 2008.
Any takers?
Rihanna bought a Beverly Hills mansion in 2009 for a cool $6.9 Million. However Rihanna is claiming she got screwed, and the seller hid a bunch of problems regarding the house.
In January 2010 the house was a hit my a rainstorm, which caused the house to leak and reveal a bunch of problems. Rihanna believes the seller knew about the problems, but hid them, reports TMZ.
Now Rihanna is suing the seller, the home inspector, the real estate agents, and the engineers who worked on the house. Her lawsuit claims, “the actual value of the property at the time of purchase, taking into consideration the extensive construction defects … was millions of dollars less” than the price she paid for it.
Sometimes its tough being rich.
Vincent Chase’s house from Entourage has been sold for $4.2 Million.
The 9,010 square foot house was used for several seasons of the HBO show. The home is located in the Encino Hills area of Los Angeles.
Rumor has it that a well known TV producer has purchased the home. If you are an Entourage fan, this would be the ultimate collectible.
Things for Bridesmaids star and singer Carnie Wilson do not look good. According to Popeater, she is reportedly facing a foreclosure on her Los Angeles home.
She was defaulted on her mortgage and owes $1.5 millions dollars according to reports obtained by TMZ.
Wilson might want to have a garage sale or something to pull together some cash if she wants to save her house. If not, her home will hit the auction block in a matter of days.
Aside from money issues, Wilson was fired from a food delivery service called Fresh Diet where she was a spokesperson. She lost only 19 lbs and then gained it all back but has accepted her body.
After all, we are who we are.
Here is a once in a lifetime opportunity you CAN afford to pass up. Sarah Palin’s daughter Bristol is putting her Arizona house up for rent, and it only costs $1,400 per months, reports Realtor.
Bristol was supposed to live at the house while attending Arizona State University, however she has committed to living in H0llywood and being on reality TV. The house was purchased last December for $172,000.
Bristol – our suggestion to you is stay in the Arizona home, and go back school. Seriously, do you want to become an ignorant moron like your Mom?
Paris Hilton is working on a house album, reports Pop In Stereo.
This album will be the follow up to her 2006 self-titled album ‘Paris,’ which peaked at #6 on the US Billboard 200 and surprised many critics.
Hilton, who is also releasing a new reality show titled ‘The World According to Paris,’ spoke to reporters about her upcoming album.
“I have a recording studio in my house so any time I have free time I’m writing and working [on new music]. I’ve been working on this album for a really long time because I want it to be perfect. I recently changed the direction of the album. It was more pop before but now I’m getting rid of a lot of songs and going into a different direction with house music, so it will be a lot more dance and club.”
Before anyone begins bashing her for releasing more music, let’s take a minute to think. Is she really any different than heavy hitters Ke$ha or Britney Spears? Sure, she probably can’t sing, but her music is fun and great for the club. She’s probably working with the best producers as well, so her album will likely gather a hit or two.
Hugh Laurie is set to quit ‘House,’ reports CTV.
The British actor, who plays Dr. Gregory House in the medical drama, thinks his run on the show will soon come to an end after shooting on the eighth season concludes this summer.
“The end of that season, right now looks like the end of the show. Well, that’s as far as they’ve got me for,” said Laurie.
Of all things, the 51-year-old star is now focusing on his debut solo blues album ‘Let Them Talk,’ which he is promoting with performances throughout Europe this month.
“The acting muscles don’t know what they’re doing, actually. Perhaps they should, but they don’t. There’s very little about this. I don’t know maybe there’s a repetitive action in music — if you do your scales and your fingers are nimble, then there are certain things you just know you can do without too much difficulty.”
“Acting for some reason isn’t like that. It doesn’t become automated in quite the same way.”
Hugh, who moved to Los Angeles for the show in 2003, recently admitted he was surprised at the success of ‘House’ but was growing disillusioned with it. ”I never thought this would last seven years, just two weeks I thought. I get tired of getting up at four in the morning. Some days are harder than others.”
I can’t imagine the show without him as the antagonistic Dr. House, so I’m pretty sure if he leaves the show will end. I never liked the show, I personally found him a very annoying character, but I’m sure many will be saddened by this news.
The famous ‘Home Alone’ house is for sale, E Online reports.
The house of adventures, where a young Macaulay Culkin fought off many burgling criminals, will definitely cost you though.
According to a press release, the Chicago-area home, described as “a piece of cinematic history and refined Georgian charm,” is going for $2.4 million. Yes, that’s a lot, but it’s actually way less than I would have thought. I mean, it’s cinematically famous!
The previous owner, John Abendshien, had great things to say about his soon-to-be former house.
“This property has been home to our family for more than 20 years, and has been a perfect location for us to raise our daughter,” he says. “There is such a strong sense of community in Winnetka and we will always have fond memories of the fun we’ve had here and the many people we’ve come to know and love.”
Built in the 1920′s, the residence has four bedrooms, including the “attic bedroom,” and two grand suites. A four-room master suite, which spans the entire west wing of the home, provides ample comfort and privacy. The house also features a large sunroom, spacious master bath and an elegant sitting room with built-in bookcases, a wood-burning fireplace with a carved marble mantle.
So if you’re into movie houses and have lots of dough to spend, go for it.
Talk about a rocky start to your wedding. While Michael Buble was tying the knot last week in Buenos Aires to his new wife Luisana, somebody was robbing their house in Argentina.
TMZ reports that the burglars covered up security cameras and cut the lines to the alarm system.
After learning about the burglary, Luisana told local reporters, “I will not let this ruin the happiest day of my life.”
Looks like the Dancing With The Stars checks finally cleared!
Bristol Palin and her son Tripp have finally made the move to Arizona after much public discussion. Palin purchased a home in Maricopa, AZ, for about $172,000, half of what the house was worth 3 years ago. Palin paid cash for the 4,000 square foot five bedroom home.
Bristol will have to watch her step in her new neighborhood for a little while at least – she lives barely a hour’s drive from the mass shooting that took place in Tuscon on Saturday, a shooting that some fault her mother, Sarah, of being an indirect instigator.
Though it’s been rumored that Bristol will attend the state’s university, she’s already received a job offer from local radio station Mix 96.9. If Palin accepts, she’ll cohost the morning show with DJ Mathew Blades.
“I think Bristol’s outlook on life is probably different than mine, and that contrast could be interesting to listen to,” Blades commented.
Wasn’t Bristol boring enough on DWTS? There are probably way more talented and qualified people available to host the show!
What do you think of Palin’s move to AZ?
Passion Pit is an example of why this whole “Internet” thing may actually work. The guys first exploded on the blogosphere, developing a huge a following. With the Internet crowd dominated, they are now trying to make the leap to Top 40 music. Jordan spoke with Michael and Nate about the transition.
Over the past year we have interviewed some amazing musicians, and many of those people have been from Sweden. They must be putting something in the water because there is some amazing music coming out of that country. Perfect example – Miike Snow. They started off doing some song writing for people like Madonna and Kylie Minogue, and now they are using their talents for themselves. And we aren’t the only ones who think their amazing as can be seen with the huge amount of hot girls they have as fans!
Emmy winner Cynthia Nixon will make a guest appearance on the Fox medical drama House in December, reports the Associated Press.
Nixon will play a “sharp-witted patient who suffers from a mysterious seizure and goes toe-to-toe” with Hugh Laurie’s character, Gregory House, while he and his team try to discover the source of her seizures.

Nixon is best known for her role as Miranda Hobbes on HBO’s Sex and the City.
