With Spring Breakers in theatres, you can’t help to wonder – when did Selena Gomez grow up? It’s only been a year since the Disney star has appeared on Wizard of Waverly Place, but with her career continuing to skyrocket, it’s been a busy one. Then you look at her co-star Vanessa Hudgens who has completely transition herself from sweet Gabriella on High School Musical to her own person, taking on mature roles. Too bad some other Disney stars can’t say the same.
Here’s just a quick and handy chart to show you what life is like after Disney.
The Wanted
Soo many good tweets from The Wanted as they were on set yesterday filming their brand new video for “I Found You,” and torturing us with behind the scenes pics of them looking smoking HAWT. Check out Nathan above and Max with a dog named Boris below (Boris seems to be an integral part of the video). The guys look pretty bundled up and dapper in this video, though we’re wondering why Tom has a gash on his cheek in one of the photos. That guy is certainly the trouble maker in the group. And I like it. (Check for more photos after the jump.)
Justin Bieber

The main reason I follow Justin Bieber on Twitter is so I can get MIND BLOWING tweets like the one above. The second reason I follow him is so I can gawk at awesome half-naked photos and talk about them with my friends over coffee like: “OMG did you see that Instagram photo of JB?” The THIRD reason I follow him is for funny videos of adults trying to understand Bieber like this:
Rihanna

We all know Hilary Duff as a completely normal and rational celebrity.
But after giving birth to baby Luca Cruz in March, this new mother may have overshared some information when she revealed that she secretly kept the stump of her newborn’s umbilical cord.
“You know what was a big milestone? The belly button falling off. That was a huge one. And then I wanted to keep it but my husband was like, ‘No, that’s gross, you can’t keep it!’ I’m like, ‘I’m totally keeping it,’ and I secretly kept it.” Duff said in an interview with People.
“But now it’s not a secret anymore. It’s in a Ziploc bag in the back of my makeup drawer. Luca’s going to think I’m a freak!”
So, that’s it?
Keeping the umbilical cord is kind of gross, but at least she isn’t feeding chewed up food to her baby (*cough Alicia Silverstone*) or eating her own placenta like January Jones.
In the world of celebrity news, there’s no shortage of hits and misses. This week, Hilary Duff makes us melt by tweeting pictures of her baby boy and Levi Johnson knocks up another girl.
HIT Hilary Duff tweets first pics of baby for free
In an unheard of celebrity move, Hilary Duff decided not to famewhore her adorable baby and tweet photos for free! I always knew you would do the right thing, Lizzie!
MISS Alaska’s Biggest Douche, Levi Johnston, knocks up another girl

Levi Johnston confirmed the news the same day Sarah Palin was on the Today show. Burn! He also apparently plans to cash in by selling interviews. I wish someone would teach him how to put a johnson on his Johnston because he needs to stop reproducing to make money.
HIT Beyonce shares personal photos on tumblr

Beyonce is notoriously private with her personal life but posted some intimate photos on her tumblr blog, which recently went live. It features moments from her honeymoon with Jay Z too.

Hilary Duff announced on Twitter yesterday that she and her hockey player husband Mike Comrie welcomed a baby boy on Tuesday evening, named Luca Cruz Comrie.
The Disney star said both her and her Canadian Beau feel like the luckiest parents in the world. The couple already knew they were having a boy and revealed it in December.
Duff is only 24 but she’s already accomplished so much in her career, including acting, singing and penning a book. I’ve always admired how Duff has remained a positive role model for her fans, despite having so much fame at a young age.
Though there’s a possibility she’ll return to music, she told Us Weekly that she’s going to focus on being a mother: ”I think that after I have the baby I’ll want to sit still for a few months and learn how to be a really good mom,” she said. “And then there’s no reason why I can’t put a record out and tour… It might take a little while but I’m really excited about it.”

When Aaron Carter was interviewed recently by PopStar Magazine, he was asked about his thoughts on ex-girlfriend Hilary Duff’s pregnancy.
The two young singers used to date back in 2001 for three years on and off. Flash forward ten yeas later and Hilary’s married with a baby on the way, while Aaron’s still reportedly living the bachelor life.
In the video posted below, Aaron has nothing but kind words to say to his former flame. He says he still has a sweet spot for her in his heart and hopes her husband Mike Comrie takes good care of her.
It’s nice to see that Aaron has no hard feelings for their relationship ending. Hilary’s expected to give birth in a couple of months.
Aw, Lizzie McGuire is all grown up! Actress-turned-singer-turned-hockey-wife Hilary Duff who’s only at the ripe ol’ age of 24 is expecting a baby with husband Mike Comrie.
JustJared reports she recently taped an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres show that will air this Monday. She told Ellen she’s expecting a boy.
The So Yesterday singer, who got married only a year ago, is four months into her pregnancy.
I know when you’re young and in love you just want to take the fast lane but there’s a reason the expression “only fools rush in” exists. Hold your horses, Hilary or before you know it, you’ll be exiled from Hollywood, driving minivans in suburbia and shopping for the kids at K-Mart.
Following the footsteps of Gwneth Paltrow, Hilary Duff’s older (and less famous) sister, Haylie, has started her own healthy cooking website called Real Girl’s Kitchen.
Since Napoleon Dynamite in 2004, Haylie hasn’t had much luck in film, although she has been starring in a healthy amount of Made-for-T.V. movies like Betrayed at 17 and Love Takes Wing. Sometimes being Hilary Duff’s sister doesn’t get you far.
So, with all the celebrity websites and magazines out there, like Gwenyth’s Goop, Elizabeth Berkley’s Ask Elizabeth and Zooey Deschanel’s Hello Giggles, it’s no wonder Haylie jumped on this bandwagon. Prior to launching her own site, Haylie contributed weekly home-made recipes for Zooey’s female oriented site.
Let’s hope Haylie’s recipes turn out better than any of her movies ever did.
It’s official. A baby is on the way for Hilary Duff and her husband Mike Comrie.
In a first anniversary post on her website, the 23-year-old actress/singer wrote how she couldn’t believe how fast time has flown by with her hubby Comrie, who is a hockey player with the Pittsburgh Penguins.
“We also want to share the exciting news that… BABY MAKES THREE!!! We are extremely happy and ready to start this new chapter of our lives,” she wrote.
The news of the pregnancy comes as a surprise, as Duff has admitted to Access Hollywood that she feels she’s too young to have children at this time.
“We talk about it. Yes, we’re excited to do that, but I think I want to work a little more. I’m tossing around the idea of making another record… We want it, and we’re excited for it but think it can wait a while longer… He is supportive of me. We both are excited to do that, but he knows I’m still young,” she said.
Though I will always see Hilary as Lizzie McGuire, I am extremely happy for the couple. Yes, she is young. But at least she hasn’t had any bad press compared to many past Disney stars. She sounds like she has a good head on her shoulders.
I hope her and Comrie all the best! Congrats!!
Hilary Duff and Canada’s own Kevin Zegers could soon be the new faces of Bonnie and Clyde.
According to Reuters, the pair are in negotiations to star in an indie drama about the infamous 1930s bank robbers.
“The Story of Bonnie and Clyde” will be directed by Tonya S. Holly, who says the project should not be considered a remake and will feature never-before-seen periods of the outlaws’ lives.
The fugitive lovers have been the subject of several movies in the past, including the 1967 classic “Bonnie and Clyde” starring Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway.
Holly’s film is slated for a 2010 release.
Duff, 21, recently appeared in the action-comedy “War, Inc.,” while Zegers, 24, has starred in such films as “Fifty Dead Men Walking” and “Transamerica.”
Hilary Duff is attached to play a teen lawyer in the upcoming NBC sitcom “Barely Legal.”
The network has ordered a script for the show, which is based on the true story of Kathleen Holtz, an 18-year-old who in 2007 became the youngest person ever to pass the California bar exam.
The project is being executive produced by “Numbers” actor Rob Morrow, with “Little Black Book” scribe Elisa Bell tapped to write the pilot.
Duff, 21, had signed a one-year deal in November to star in her own series for NBC.
“Hilary is an incredibly versatile talent with a huge following whose career we know will continue to soar on NBC,” Teri Weinberg, executive vice president of NBC Entertainment, said in a statement at the time. “We are confident we will develop great ideas that would feature her vast talents and are thrilled to have this opportunity.”
Duff starred in the hit Disney Channel show “Lizzie McGuire” from 2001 to 2004. She also launched a singing career and has appeared in such movies as “A Cinderella Story,” “Material Girls” and “War, Inc.”
Canadian Shenae Grimes will soon be getting a new postal code. Specifically, “90210.”
According to TV Guide’s Ausiello report, the “Degrassi: The Next Generation” star has just signed on for a role on the new “Beverly Hills, 90210″ spin-off.
The role was originally offered to Hilary Duff.
Ausiello describes Grimes’ character as “Annie Mills, a theater-loving teen who relocates to Beverly Hills from Kansas with her adoptive bro and their parents.”
Hilary and Haylie Duff’s cheating father was ordered yesterday to pay $100,000 in support to mother Duff.
Susan Duff won her request for Bob Duff to pay her $20,000 per month for living expenses during their pending divorce proceedings. According to the Houston Chronicle, that’s in addition to the $100,000 in living expenses and legal fees he was previously ordered to pay, which he has not done.
Mrs. Duff testified that she was largely been supported by her famous daughters for the past five years. When asked if the Duff sisters would not continue to support her, Mrs. Duff snapped, “Of course they would, [but] it is not their job to pay for their father’s philandering and divorce.” An accountant told the Chronicle that the divorce is already approaching a cost of $1 million in legal fees.
The young Duffs have not testified in court, but have attended court in support of their mother.
Hilary Duff?s 20th birthday is tomorrow, but Canadian hockey player Mike Comrie couldn’t wait to give his new girlfriend her gift: a Mercedes-Benz G-class SUV.
Comrie, 27, placed a big red bow on the SUV and parked it in Duff’s sister’s garage last week.
Duff told People Magazine that she was shocked by the $100,000 gift, but she had perhaps influenced his shopping decision.
“I was planning on getting a big car and I drive a big car anyway, and I was just like, ‘You know maybe I like the G-Wagen,’ and then I was like, ‘No, maybe I like the [Porsche] Cayenne,’” Duff said.
Comrie, originally an Edmonton Oiler, will face the New York Rangers tomorrow with his current team, the New York Islanders.
Pop star/actress HILARY DUFF struggles with sleep deprivation – because she can’t go to bed until her living space is spotless.
The So Yesterday singer also admits she cannot sleep past 7am, and even cleans up hotel rooms before checking out – because she can’t abide mess of any kind.
She tells Maxim magazine, “I’m OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) when it comes to cleaning. I can’t go to bed with a messy room. That would totally wig me out. It freaks me out to have dishes in the sink.
“I practically clean my hotel room before I check out. I wish I weren’t psychotic like that, but I am.”
And Duff’s early rising addiction disturbs her pals.
She adds, “No matter how late I stay out the night before, I will wake up at 7am. It’s kind of sick.
“My friends are like, ‘What are you doing up? Go to bed. That’s creepy.’” (KL/MX/MT)

Singer HILARY DUFF is unconvinced she has just one soulmate, insisting it’s unnatural to have only one life partner.
The star is currently single after splitting from Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden – who has since moved on to a new relationship with socialite Nicole Richie.
Although Duff is on the lookout for a new man, she admits it’s doubtful she will spend all her life with one partner.
She says, “I don’t believe in having one partner for your whole life, but I hope I get married. I want to have a husband and two kids and a nice little life baking pies.
“I’m quite romantic. It’s definitely important to have someone to make you feel special.” (ALM/WNBGUS/ES)

A teenager accused of stalking pop star/actress HILARY DUFF was sentenced to 117 days in jail after pleading no contest to the charges brought against him.
Duff, 20, gained a protection order against MAKSIM MYASKOVSKIY, 18, in October after he allegedly tried to contact the LIZZIE McGUIRE star in the California neighbourhood of her then boyfriend, GOOD CHARLOTTE rocker JOEL MADDEN.
Myaskovskiy was arrested on 3 November last year (06) when he threatened to harm the LIZZIE McGUIRE star at an event she was scheduled to attend. He was taken into custody for making criminal threats and stalking.
In addition to jail time, a Superior Court judge also ordered Myaskovskiy to serve five years probation at the hearing on Friday.

And the teen fights in Hollywood continue.
MSNBC reports that Hilary Duff has called Nicole Richie a “skank,” according to US Weekly.
The cause of the rift is apparently Joel Madden, who is currently dating Richie, but used to date Duff. Duff and Madden, the Good Charlotte frontman, broke up in November, but apparently he still calls her, although she doesn’t return his calls.
“[She] can’t believe he’s dating Nicole and thinks she’s a skank. She asked if Nicole had been coming from Joel’s. … She kept saying she never knew Joel at all,” a “source” told the magazine after Richie was arrested for DUI earlier this month.

Hilary Duff has won an Oscar. Well, at least her 12-inch self has.
The singer/actress/ex of Good Charlotte’s Joel Madden is the latest celeb to have her likeness immortalized as a Barbie doll.
Mattel Inc. unveiled its Red Carpet Glam Hilary Duff Doll, which depicts the 19-year-old in a polka-dot dress with a red satin sash and mini-Oscar in hand.
Jamie Wood, Mattel’s vice president of marketing said HilDu is a “great” role model for other girls in a statement, reports Yahoo!.
“Not only are they two of the most stylish entertainers, actors and fashion designers, but they also show girls there are no limits to what they can do,” Wood added.
The doll will be in stores late this month.

Whether or not you will like “Material Girls” can be summed up pretty easily. If you love Hilary Duff (and by extension her older sister Haylie) then “Material Girls” might be the best movie ever. If “A Cinderella Story” made you gag, then stay away. This is the ultimate Duff vanity project.
The movie stars Hilary and Haylie. It was produced by Hilary, Haylie, her mom and Hilary’s bodyguard. I’m not making that last one up. The movie features cameos by people associated with the Duffs and it’s fun watching the familiar faces pop up.
“Material Girls” doesn’t break any new ground; it is what it is. The girls play heiresses who lose their cosmetics company and then fight to get it back. Along the way they learn those wonderful life lessons about what it means to be poor and how to properly iron. The movie offers no surprises; it’s just an excuse for Haylie and Hilary to wear nice clothes, then the audience can laugh at them as they slum it, and, well, I won’t spoil the movie for the three people who can’t figure out the ending. There’s also a scene where Hilary spoofs Erin Brokovich. It’s Chapter 19 for those who care.
The movie is light on extras. There’s a commentary by director Martha Coolidge. She feels the need to explain every scene in the movie, like it’s a complex noir. There’s also a feature where the Duff girls talk about how much fun they had making the movie and how girls should be themselves.
There’s a making-of feature where you learn that Brent Spiner did the movie without reading a script. Insert joke here. There’s also a montage set to the Duff sisters cover of “Material Girls,” and Hilary’s “Play With Fire” video.
So to summarize again: If you love the Duff girls, “Material Girls” is a definite must-buy; If “Raise Your Voice” only raised your ire, then definitely take a pass. This will just make you hate them even more.
