Heather Mills’ Rep Quits

It seems that Heather Mills’ rep has had enough of her client.

Michele Elyzabeth not only decided to part ways with Mills, but the publicist also had some harsh words for her client, reports E! News.

“After working for Heather Mills for the past four years, I have decided to cease representing her,” Elyzabeth said in a statement to E! News. “Since her divorce has become final, in my opinion, Heather has become an impossible person.”

“I have been very patient in my dealings with Heather. However, I cannot take any more. I have given her substantial unpaid time and attention. I am owed money. I refuse to be subjected to her outbursts.”

And as if Mills’ did not receive enough criticism from the UK press, the woman that once defended her had these final words to say:

“On reflection and given the way I have been treated, I now have sympathy with much of what the British press has reported about her.”

Mills Gets $50 Million in Divorce

Paul McCartney will have to shell out about $48.6 million to ex-wife Heather Mills in their highly publicized divorce case.

The U.K. usually maintains privacy laws pertaining to divorce cases but a court document was leaked Monday and revealed that a British judge awarded Mills $33 million, plus $15.6 million in assets.

The former Beatle and his estranged wife split in 2006 and the bitter divorce battle ensued. Mills accused McCartney of abusive behaviour and attacked the media for portraying her in a negative light.

Both parties were present at London’s High Court when the decision was ruled on Monday.

After the ruling, Mills told reporters that she was “pleased it’s over.”

McCartney’s camp said the 61-year old singer will not make a public statement on the issue.

False Alarm: No Paintings Stolen From McCartney Estate

Former Beatle Paul McCartney and estranged wife Heather Mills’ divorce just keeps getting uglier and uglier.

On Thursday night, Mills called police to report the theft of paintings – worth an estimated $19.5 million – from the country estate the couple once shared. They included works by Picasso and Renoir.

“We checked the premises, and spoke to Heather Mills, and as a result it was found to be a civil matter between her and her husband,” Sussex Police spokesman Paddy Rea said. “There’s been no theft.”

The Sun newspaper reported on Friday that McCartney had taken the paintings and reprogrammed the lodge’s alarm codes and only text messaged his wife about it Thursday night.

McCartney and his wife announced their separation in May and began divorce proceedings in July. Ever since, the two have been throwing verbal attacks at each other in the media.

Heather Mills Ready to Fight For Matrimonial Home

Heather Mills has been seen holding a notebook detailing her divorce plans.

The former model, the estranged wife of Sir Paul McCartney, was photographed at London’s Victoria train station on Tuesday (28.11.06) holding handwritten notes which suggest she wants to fight Paul for occupancy of their matrimonial home.

In the notebook, Heather had written: “I’m seeking an order for occupation of the matrimonial home.”

It is unclear whether the notes refer to the couple’s property in North London, East Sussex or the Hove property where Heather is currently living.

The Peasmarsh estate near Rye, in East Sussex, has been Paul’s family home for almost 40 years.

The house was a wedding present from The Beatles legend to his late first wife Linda when they married in 1969.

Heather, 38, who was embarrassed to arrive at the couple’s North London mansion in August to find the locks had been changed, also wrote that she wants “unlimited access” to the house until the divorce is finalised.

Lawyers have said Heather could force Paul out of the property if she can prove her claims of domestic violence.

In leaked divorce papers she claims Paul was violent towards her, and also drank and took drugs excessively.

Legal experts also suggest that because Heather has lived in the Hove home with the couple’s three-year-old daughter Beatrice she has the right to stay there unless a court rules otherwise.

Stephen Foster, head of the divorce department at London law firm Stewarts, said: “The matrimonial right to occupation arises not out of ownership of a property, but by virtue of living there. If Heather has lived there with a child, she has a right to remain there unless a court makes an order otherwise.”

Heather’s spokesman said: “We will not discuss private divorce matters.”

Sir Paul, 64, filed for divorce in July after four years of marriage, citing Heather’s “unreasonable behaviour”.

Heather Mills Fearing for Life

Heather Mills has been left fearing for her life after receiving a barrage of death threats.

The former model has been labelled a “gold-digger disgrace” and a “one-legged b***h” in a series of angry emails sent to her website, heathermills.org, since her split from husband Sir Paul McCartney.

The 38-year-old blonde – who lost her left leg after being run over by a police motorbike in 1993 – has been left so frightened by the vehement attacks she has asked her sister Fiona to screen all emails posted by the
public via the messaging facility on the site.

One of the offensive notes reads: “Dear Heather, you are nothing but a bloody gold-digger disgrace. go to your bloody minefields, preferably without a detector.”

Another says: “One-legged b***h! How dare you do this to Paul! Die ugly dog!”

Despite insisting on US TV last week that she gets “nothing but support” from the public, friends say Heather is constantly abused in the street.

A source said: “She is deeply upset about how people have turned against her. The reality is she often gets abuse in the street when she goes out.”

There is also no love lost between Paul’s fashion designer daughter Stella McCartney and Heather, and Paul supporters have also been keen to remind the former model about this.
One posting from an American read: “His kids were right about you. You will never be a lady! Linda was a real wife. You are a nobody. Now clear off and disappear!”

Heather Mills: Desperate Housewife

Paul McCartney’s ex Heather Mills has expressed interest in acting on the TV show Desperate Housewives.

Former Beatles star McCartney and the former model are going through a pretty nasty divorce battle right now. That pretty much qualifies her as a desperate housewife in her own right.

Housewives’ creator Marc Cherry told TV tabloid Extra that the idea was “fascinating” and revealed that “if Heather Mills McCartney can act I’d be interested.”

The Sun Asks Heather Mills-McCartney ‘Why?’

U.K.’s The Sun is firing back at Heather Mills-McCartney.

The Guardian reports that the paper is challenging the fact that Mills-McCartney is planning to sue The Sun, the Daily Mail and the London Evening Standard. The Sun asks Mills-McCartney to say what it was they published that wasn’t true.

“Come on Heather, what exactly did we get wrong? Is it that you’re a …”

The paper then asks the model to check the appropriate box from the following list: “Hooker, Liar, Porn Star, Fantasist, Trouble Maker, Shoplifter”.

The Sun admits in the paper today that Mills-McCartney is suing it, but that the paper has no idea why.

Mills-McCartney’s representatives announced yesterday that she was planning to sue the three papers due to “false, damaging and immensely upsetting” statements made about her divorce from Paul McCartney.

Heather Mills Flees Britain

According to the UK Daily Mirror, Heather Mills-soon-to-be-not-McCartney has gone to Slovenia to be with friends and get over her failed marriage to singer Paul McCartney.

Mills also fled to the country when her first marriage to Alfie Karmal fell apart.

The paper also reported the Mills will donate some of her divorce settlement to the victims of landmines, one of the charitable causes Mills is passionate about.

“Most of the money Heather has ever received goes towards supporting her various charities, the main one being Adopt A Minefield. I cannot comment on what the settlement might be, except to say that I am certain she wants the vast majority of it to be spent clearing landmines,” Mills’ spokesperson said to the press.

It is estimated Mills will receive between ?40 million and ?200 million in her settlement from McCartney.
