Just in case you still can’t get over Sunday’s utterly heartbreaking episode of Game of Thrones, here’s an alternative ending that will make you feel at least slightly better about the whole “Red Wedding” ordeal.
The final reaction at the end of the video was basicall how I felt after reading/watching that whole scene play out.
Last night’s Game of Thrones episode “Rains of Castemere” episode (a.k.a. when the Red Wedding) had me feeling all kinds of emotions. And I’ve read the books. I knew what was coming and I was still emotionally distraught.
Without spoiling anything, I went into the episode with a feeling of dread but luckily the episode DID NOT DISAPPOINT. It’s basically the equivalent of season one’s finale (Ned Stark) in terms of emotions and season two’s “Battle of Blackwater” when it comes to being epic.
Apparently I wasn’t the only one with lots of feelings as Twitter pretty much went off last night. Here’s the Daily Beast‘s super cut of the best Red Wedding reaction videos. All I’m going to say is GPOY.
I don’t know what it’s like in your part of the world, but it’s still damn cold and snowing up in Canada. According to this Polish newspaper, winter won’t give up on them either.
No truer words have ever been printed than when Ned Stark is photoshopped with a shovel with the caption, “Brace yourself. Spring is not coming.”
Game of Thrones is definitely not for everyone but being one of the most pirated shows on television right now should count for something (EIGHTEEN DAYS UNTIL THE PREMIERE!). That something warrants a high school re-imagining and now a 1995-esque intro.
Yes, we know the first instalment of George R.R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire series was first published in 1997 but I kind of love Queen’s “I Want It All.” Seriously, can you get more epic than Queen? The answer is no, you can not.

Proving once again what an amazing woman she is, the trailer for Beyonce’s documentary “Life is But a Dream” features some up-close and personal moments of the star.
In the video, we witness a vulnerable and low-key Beyonce as she is shown traveling, rehearsing dance numbers and examining her pregnant belly.
“I always battle with how much do I reveal about myself. How do I stay current? How do I stay soulful?” Beyonce says in a voiceover during the trailer.
“People see celebrities and they have money and fame, but I’m a human being,” Beyonce explains in a “celebrities are just like us” moment. “I cry, I get scared, I get nervous just like everyone else.”
I love seeing this side of Beyonce because it’s refreshing to see her admitting her weaknesses and asking personal questions about life like any human being would. She is truly one of a kind.
“Life is But a Dream” premieres on HBO on February 16 at 9 p.m.

HIT: Beyoncé directing HBO Doc on Herself
We’re already predicting that Queen Bey will OWN 2013. On top of headlining the Super Bowl half-time show and reportedly releasing new music in the next year, she’ll now also direct an HBO documentary on herself. Between her and Jay Z (you’ve seen this adorable video of him talking to an old lady on the subway, right?), there’s no doubt Blue Ivy will be an ambitious, thoughtful young lady.
MISS: Channing Tatum to Take a Break from Acting

According to Entertainment Weekly, Mr. Sexiest Man of the Year has decided to take a year-long break in the near future to focus on finding a project to direct with his production partner. Take a deep breath, ladies, here’s a tissue. It’s just a break. After the kind of year Tatum has had (pretty much a movie every two months), you wouldn’t want to see him overexposed and burned out, right? Anyways, four for you, Channing Tatum. You go, Channing Tatum.
HIT: GIFs of Justin Timberlake During his Male Pageant Days

Go call Honey Boo Boo Child and tell her all future pageants are cancelled because Justin Timberlake just won all the awards (even though this took place years ago, but we’ll ignore that)! Thanks to the lovely folks at Buzzfeed, we can now marvel as Timberlake coyly plays with the audience during his young pageant days. Together now: I can’t even. This is too precious. SQUEAL!

Sometimes when you run out of instruments to play the theme song for Game of Thrones, you have to resort to desperate measures. Like the plastic kazoo… Nick Henderson did just that, rocking out the HBO theme song with four instruments: a drum, guitar, bouzouki and a kazoo.
He plays the song devoid of ALL PASSION. Though if you look really closely, you can see it in his eyes, which occasionally widen when he plays intense parts.
Best comment on YouTube? Steven Crawford says he’s adding the track to his sex playlist.

Let’s face it: the real world is a scary place, especially for new graduates, myself included. It’s even more terrifying as the world economy seems to be going down the toilet, bringing what would’ve been prospective jobs with it. But not every commencement address tells us that. Many tell us that we are all special which are, in my humble opinion, the worst kinds of speeches. The best kind are the ones that tell us exactly what to expect after we receive that oh-so-expensive piece of paper.
That is exactly what Emmy winner Peter Dinklage (star of HBO’s blood and sex fantasy series, The Game of Thrones) does. Dinklage spoke to the graduating class at Bennington College in Vermont, a few days ago to share some astute words of wisdom. Even if you’re in the middle of your college years, or will be graduating from high school and are too young to even be watching GoT, his words can still apply to you.
Dinklage first starts his speech with a great number of jokes, explaining why he had a mace with him as he approached the podium. Though, he gentle eases away from that and recounts his time after he graduated. To sum it all up, they were not the greatest years. While it may sound romantic to some, working a dead-end job, living in a terrible apartment, and being financially cut off from your parents is extremely scary and the reality for most. Yet, as we all know, Dinklage rose above all that and is now a very huge star.
The point of his speech, though, was that sometimes it takes a while to find your rhythm. For him, it took years because he was scared, like we are right now. We just have to get over that fear of failure, and fail. And for that, I think Dinklage’s commencement address is the best of all celebrity commencement addresses of the year, and even more rousing than Tyrion’s speech at Blackwater Bay.
Watch below for the whole speech:
Rumors have been circulating for years that Entourage would become a movie. Now it looks more certain than ever that it’s going to happen, considering the HBO series is just finishing its last season.
During a recent press tour, creator Mark Wahlberg and executive producer Doug Ellin more or less said it’s a sure thing. “If I had to finance it myself, I would do it,” Wahlberg said. Ellin was even more direct.
“We’re going to do a movie. We’re going to do it, the question is when and how quickly. Hopefully we’ll come down with an idea and make it happen,” said Ellin.
We are concerned about the plot of the movie. How do you change this ongoing series into a 2 hour story? Also will it involve the same cast? All these questions are yet to be answered. However even if this movie sucks, with the loyalty of the Entourage audience and the star power of Wahlberg, it will easily make some records at the box office.
We love Leon on Curb Your Enthusiasm, but is he worthy of a spinoff? Well there are suggestions of that on the Twittersvere.
Coincidentally, TMZ caught up with JB Smoove who plays Leon on Curb. Not surprisingly JB is in favor of the idea. He was also asked if Leon’s character is based on JB. JB replied that he wasn’t worthy to carry Leon’s jockstrap.
As far as suggested names for Leon’s show? JB suggested “The Ruccus” or “That’s How We Dooze It.”
In the spirit of Leon, below are some of our favorite Leon clips.
As we all know, HBO debuted the concert event “Lady Gaga Presents the Monster Ball Tour: At Madison Square Garden” this weekend, delivering 2 hours of musical and visual brilliance from Gaga’s ‘Monster Ball’ tour.
Sure, everyone is buzzing about the documentary. But one of the most talked-about moments of the special was Gaga’s soulful backstage A Cappella rendition of “Born This Way,” which kept everyone screaming for more during the closing credits.
Take a listen below. If you have, at any moment, ever doubted Gaga’s singing capabilities, you can take that back right about now. Such power, such soul!

We have already reported that Julianne Moore will be starring as Sarah Palin in the upcoming HBO film, based on the best-selling book, Game Change. EW.com, reports that Ed Harris (A History of Violence, Stepmom) has been cast as John McCain.
The film will be a portrayal of the controversial 2008 election. There is no word as to who will be playing Barack Obama or Hilary Clinton but surely they will be well known and possibly Academy Award nominated actors, like Ed Harris.
The film will attempt to truthfully document the politics and publicity surrounding the election. This month HBO’s Mildred Pierce will be released, judging by the quality of the show and its popularity will give a good indication as to what Game Change may be like.
Charlie Sheen is not taking the news that “Two and a Half Men” would be cancelled well. He is so pissed that he claims to be moving to HBO.
In a message to RadarOnline.com, Sheen called the decision “crazy” and “sad” and said that he was moving to HBO to do his own half-hour show titled ‘Sheen’s Corner.’ The deal would reportedly get him $5 million for an episode.
Sheen reportedly said, “I’m close to securing a deal with HBO for a 10 show guarantee. It will be epic, all types of guests, and we will focus on the truth and the absurd!” Radar notes that HBO could not be contacted for comment.
So is Charlie bull sh**ing or do you think HBO is a real alternative?
Gaga’s much anticipated HBO special began shooting today according to Radar Online.
Paparazzi caught the pop sensation in between takes sporting torn fishnets, a huge hair poof, and spiked fingerless gloves.
Gaga tweeted excitedly about the event, exclaiming “What a dream come true! Filming my HBO special of the Monsterball today.”
She also spilled some new info about the video for her new hit, “Born This Way,” which has apparently finished post-production and could be release any time now. “Announcement soon! X” the chanteuse added coyly.
Looks like it’s gonna be a busy year for Gaga! Are you excited about her upcoming announcement?
HBO’s “True Blood” star, Anna Paquin said little that revealed a lot, as part of a videotaped public service announcement.
“I’m bisexual, and I give a damn,” the 27-year-old actress says as part of the True Colors Fund’s Give a Damn campaign that was taped January 30 and kicked off April 1. The campaign features celebs encouraging people to work toward lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender equality, MTV news reports. Paquin was a bit of a surprise, as organizers were unaware that she was going to declare her bisexuality through the PSA.
The campaign includes a series of videos that also include stars like: Kim Kardashian, Elton John, Cynthia Nixon, Clay Aiken, Whoopi Goldberg, Wanda Sykes, Jason Mraz, Mya, Sharon and Kelly Osbourne and True Colors Fund co-founder Cyndi Lauper.
It is not doubt that Kid Cudi has reached much success in the music industry in a short period of time. He has had three Grammy nominations and is featured on tracks with the likes of Jay-Z, Kanye West and Shakira. Now, Cudi is ready to take his success to a new level, as he is ready to hit the big screen.
According to MTVnews.com, Cudi, whose given name is Scott Mescudi, is making his acting debut in HBO’s new show “How to Make It in America”.
“The fact that everybody is finally getting to see me act and stuff is part of my dream coming true. It’s just really dope, and people could see me be silly. My album was so deep and serious, and that was just me showing my dark side,” Cudi said. “Acting is therapeutic — just being able to pretend to be somebody else for a little bit, it’s dope.”
Say it isn’t so? E!Online is reporting that real life Entourage couple Jamie-Lynn Sigler and Jerry Ferrara have called it quits. The couple had met on the set of the HBO show, however in September 2008 it surfaced that in real life the couple were dating. E!Online tried to get a comment from Ferrara’s representative about the possible breakup, who had this to say, “I don’t know anything about that. It’s news to me if it’s true.”.
So if this news ends up being true, it is certainly a let down for all the Entourage fans out there. Additionally this comes as a shock as very recently reports surfaced that Sigler and Ferrara were looking to buy a home together in the Hollywood Hills.
After just two hilarious seasons, Flight of the Conchords is ending its television run.
In an announcement on their website, Bret McKenzie and Jermaine Clement informed fans they would not be going ahead with production of the third season of the HBO television series, one that garnered them two Emmy nominations earlier this year.
“We’ve noticed the less we say about the future of the show, the more people want to talk about it, so in an effort to reverse this trend we are today announcing that we won’t be returning for a 3rd season,” the post read. “We’re very proud of the two seasons we made and we like the way the show ended. We’d like to thank everyone who helped make the show and also everyone who watched it.”
“While the characters Bret and Jemaine will no longer be around, the real Bret and Jemaine will continue to exist.’’
In a real-life re-enactment of an Entourage episode, Mark Wahlberg will head to the golf course with series stars Adrian Grenier, Kevin Dillon and Jerry Ferrera.
The group will play at L.A.’s Wilshire Country Club this Monday at a charity event for The Mark Wahlberg Youth foundation.
Along with the Entourage will be fellow actors Jack Nicholson, Don Cheadle, Greg Kinnear, Jon Hamm and James Denton.
“I cannot be put in this position and forget where I came from,” Mark explained to etonline.com. “A lot of people don’t have the opportunity to really get a second chance, so we try to create an opportunity for the kids.”
Sarah Michelle Gellar’s upcoming project, a comedy on HBO called The Wonderful Maladys, may not be premiering in 2010 as planned, reports E! News.
Nate Cordrry, Gellar’s costar on the show about a family of eccentric geniuses, said on Facebook, “Didn’t get picked up… boo.”
Alan Taylor, who directed the pilot back in May said, “Sadly, the rumours are true. WM will not be going to series.”
