Looks like Mariah Carey had a bit of a whoopsie moment on Good Morning America.
Set to perform live on the show, the 43-year-old diva was caught cursing on live TV when the back of her Versace dress split open when she was talking to host Lara Spencer.
But unlike most people who would have probably tried to mask their embarrassment, Carey made light of the situation.
“Oh shoot, now the back of my dress just popped,” she said. “I love you Donatella, but it popped.”
Calling the mishap a “TV moment” Spencer saved the day by cutting to commercial to allow the chanteuse change into a pink number.
Now that’s the way to handle situations like these…but girl, maybe a better-fitting dress would be more comfortable next time?
Mariah has a great body for someone who’s 43 and she should be able to flaunt it in clothes that FIT.
Tom Hanks accidentally dropped the F-bomb on Good Morning America today during an interview and host Elizabeth Vargas treated it like he slandered Justin Bieber or something. Hanks was putting on an accent when the blasphemous word came out and Vargas held onto her seat like she was going to fall off.
Do they really think all the little children in America will regurgitate their morning cereal and turn into Dallas Winston while their parents fan themselves and say “I do proclaim, how will life go on!?”
The censorship police Parents Television Council have already drafted an angry response: “Once again, a morning news show has allowed the harshest profanity to be broadcast into every living room and breakfast table in the country,” said the director of public policy Dan Isett.
Calm the f*ck down people. I’m sure he’ll remember to use the accepted swear words “drats,” “curses” and “the word that must not be named” next time.

I can only imagine that sometime in the future when we purchase our favourite musician’s record they’ll appear right in front of us in holographic form just to say “thank you for being my number one superfan [insert name] and may I just say you look dayam fine.” A girl can only dream but in the meantime some artists are patting you on the back in other interactive ways.
Adam Lambert paired with an app called Zappar for his album Trespassing, which is out today. If you have Zappar when you buy the album, you’ll get a personal video message from the singer and will be able to take a photo with him. You’ll also receive a Golden Ticket that will earn you a special promotion at the cash. Winning.
And please, someone tell us what the surprise is because we’re dying to know.
Also, Lambert stopped by Good Morning America this morning to answer a few quick questions and perform a few of his Trespassing tracks, including his latest single “Never Close Our Eyes.”

Demi Lovato had an amazing performance on Good Morning America this morning. Demi said she’s, “back in the game with a vengeance” with her new album Unbroken that drops Tuesday, Sept. 20.
“‘Skyscraper’ symbolized the journey that I was on. I was broken and … I overcame it all. I’m standing her today, not to sound cheesy, but as a skyscraper.”

ABC has made a formal apology regarding the Nicki Minaj tit slip incident this morning on Good Morning America. Viewers launched complaints regarding the incident, which caused ABC to apology.
“Although we had a five-second delay in place for the Nicki Minaj concert on GMA, the live East Coast feed of the concert regrettably included certain fleeting images of the performer that were taken out of later feeds of the broadcast in other time zones. We are sorry that this occurred,” ABC said in its statement.
Big deal! Her tit popped out. WOW! We want to know who the people are who complained about this. Seriously, what nerd has that much free time on their hands?
Nicki Minaj had a small wardrobe malfunction on Good Morning America this morning.
During her performance, her low cut top adjusted, revealing her left breast. The entire East Coast of North American got a free peep show for the morning. Unfortunately, the West Coast version will most likely edit that part out.
Thanks Nicki!
Australians love their surfing, their crocodiles, their Veggimite and taking cute cracks at winning the Masters, but one thing they evidently don’t fancy is Chris Brown.
Perez Hilton is reporting that Brown’s latest show is struggling so mightily to sell tickets in Australia, promoters have had to resort to things like 3-for-1 offers and virtual give-aways for his show at the Burswood Dome and several others.
Chris Brown’s people however refuse to move the shows to smaller venues. And after all, concert organizer Daniel Prichard claims ticket sales have tripled since Brown lost his cool on Good Morning America and trashed a dressing room.
Chris is scheduled to trash two more dressing rooms and punch Rihanna in the boob before heading to Aussie in an attempt to completely sell-out his shows.
“It’s Wednesday, Wednesday, gotta get down on Wednesay…” Nope, it just doesn’t work the same way. Oh well!
Rebecca Black has done the unthinkable – according to Gossip Cop, Black’s awesome*cough* music video for “Friday,” has officially become the most disliked video on YouTube in the site’s history, surpassing Justin Bieber’s “Baby” music video’s 1.16 million “dislikes”, with 1.17 million. Congrats, Rebecca, you officially have more haters than Justin Bieber! Now that’s an accomplishment.
However, Bieber still beats black in the fan department, with his 500 million views trumping Black’s mere 64 million.
Apparently, though, none of this is stopping Black from getting a recording contract of her own. Perez Hilton reported that while on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show this past Thursday, Ms. Black expressed how “overwhelmed by the sudden burst of attention” her and her daughter are, so Seacrest hooked the singer up with Debra Baum, a manager from DB Entertainment.
Just because she’s signed doesn’t mean that she will be able to sing any better…although I will give the girl credit, her two-second rendition of the American national anthem on Good Morning America was not terrible! She might not be Christina Aguilera, but it didn’t make my ears bleed. That’s a start, right?
Check out Black singing the national anthem here, and be sure to head over to her “Friday” music video on YouTube and “dislike” or “like” it! And remember people, yesterday was Tuesday, today is Wednesday, tomorrow is Thursday, and the day after that is FRIDAY! Just in case you forgot.
TMZ reports that Chris Brown and his publicist have decided to go their separate ways.
The details are still very sketchy, but we think you can figure out why it happened. Brown is a loose cannon, (as can be demonstrated by his actions earlier this week at Good Morning America) and his publicist probably can’t take it anymore.
However to be fair to Chris, his album has just skyrocketed to the top of the charts, so give the guy some credit.
Despite all his …cough…display of anger…backstage and Good Morning America a couple days ago, Chris Brown’s new album, F.A.M.E. (Forgiving All My Enemies) is doing really well! This just goes to show that good music will always be good music, no matter what.
Regardless of his GMA outburst, which ended in broken windows and Brown storming out shirtless after being questioned by Robin Roberts on ex-girlfriend Rihanna, ABC still wants the star to perform next Tuesday on Dancing with the Stars, reports Perez Hilton.
According to Perez, Roberts commented on Brown’s behaviour, saying:
“I wish him the absolute best. We extended the invitation to him [to come back], and sure hope he takes us up on it because I’d sure love to have another chat with him…Any time we have a guest, we let them know ahead of time the subject matter and the topics. And even right before the interview I let him know. I was shocked like everyone else, because we’ve had a wonderful relationship. I’ve been to his home, he’s very gracious, and we’ve had easy conversation…We’ve extended an invitation. We’d love to have him back. He’s seriously considering that.” Pretty reasonably handled on Robert’s part, in my opinion! We hope Chris “forgives all his enemies” and accepts, because that would be one interesting interview.
And now, Brown’s album (s released March 22) is already in the 250-275k range in terms of sales, falling just behind Adele’s 21 which sold 351k copies, according to Perez. Impressive! His album currently holds the #1 spot on iTunes’ Top Albums, along with ten out of the 17 singles of the deluxe album holding spots in the top 100 songs, the single Next 2 You featuring Justin Bieber leading the way at number four.
Not too shabby for someone who’s had some pretty bad press lately. Can’t wait to see what good fortune will follow Brown next!
If Britney Spears was scheduled to sing on Good Morning America March 29th, but you found out she taped her performance two days earlier, would you hold it against her?
Because that’s exactly what Miss Spears is planning to do. According to Perez Hilton, Britney will tape her performance two days before the show is set to air, on March 27, at the Castro Theatre in San Francisco.
A source close to Spears says, “We are pre-taping because we would have had to perform at 4 in the morning from San Francisco to be live on the east coast, and it would be pitch dark at that time. We were dying to perform Till The World Ends in darkness. GMA didn’t allow us.”
So there’s that reason, but something tells me the opportunity to do several takes is at play here.
Regardless, I know who I’ll be waking up with on March 29th.
Capri Anderson has come forward to talk about the night she spent with Charlie Sheen while he was on a crazy cocaine bender.
Radar Online is reporting that Anderson has given exclusive interviews to Good Morning America and Nightline about the incident. Initially she was hired to escort Sheen to dinner, but after she was invited back to his room Anderson says “He started yelling racial slurs… he put his hands around my neck [and] I really thought to myself, you have gotten yourself in a bad, bad situation.”
Anderson “feared for her life” as she struggled out of Sheen’s grip and locked herself in the bathroom until the police arrived. Sheen was completely naked, coked up, and according to a source “shouting [the n-word] for no reason at all.”
Sources have revealed that Sheen was ‘very nervous’ about the interviews, but there’s been no word yet from the Two and a Half Men camp.
What are you doing, Charlie?! Your sitcom grosses RIDICULOUS amounts of money per episode and my grandma LOVES you. Why would you throw that all away?!
Miley Cyrus appeared on Good Morning America Friday morning to promote her new album, Can’t Be Tamed, reports People.
During her interview, Miley made it clear that she’s dropping the Disney look for good, saying, “This record is the first album where it’s completely me.”
“It’s always going to be hard because there’s so much stuff you’ve got to get through before you can get to the stuff that’s real,” says Miley. “There’s all the people that are like, ‘Yes! It’s gonna be great! You’re the biggest thing ever!’ when really, I just want the truth. ”
As her Disney Channel series Hannah Montana comes to an end, Miley is set to show off what she says is really inside of her. “You have to be who you are to the full,” she said during the interview. ”There’s nothing that I’m holding back. And that’s what I want to give to my girl fans. Just be who you are.”
Miley also performed a duet of “Every Rose Has Its Thorn” with none other than Bret Michaels himself on the morning show Friday. “She’s a great musician and she’s one of those people who will make that huge transition into remaining a superstar. She can rock it for sure,” says Michaels.
What do you think? Is this new look the real Miley Cyrus is, or is it just a shift in the young singer’s brand?
With a fitting Dr. Seuss line, Diane Sawyer was gone.
“I’m going to take the advice of that immortal philosopher Dr. Seuss, who said, ‘Don’t cry because it happened, smile because it happened’,” said Sawyer, who officially resigned from her duties as co-anchor of Good Morning America. She has been a host on the show for ten years, and will be moving on to a different area within the ABC television studio. Next stop: World News.
According to E! Online, she greeted her audience with an emotional, “This morning I am beaming at all of you. My heart is smiling and the privilege of sharing my mornings with all of you have been more than I can say.”
Good Morning America anchor Chris Cuomo says he will not be leaving the show after Diane Sawyer leaves, reports Perez Hilton. George Stephanopoulis is expected to replace Sawyer when she becomes the anchor of ABC World News in 2010.
Rumours stated Cuomo was going to NBC’s Dateline.
“That’s 100 percent untrue,” he said.
He is reportedly also in the running for Elizabeth Vargas’ spot as 20/20 co-anchor.
“Chances are good or better that Chris will stay at ABC,” said a source.
There have been countless rumours surrounding the paternity of Michael Jackson’s three kids, but one has been shot down. During his appearance on “Good Morning America,” Dr. Arnold Klein addressed the rumour of being the biological father of Jackson’s kids.
“I can’t say anything about it, but, to the best of my knowledge, I am not the father of these children,” he said to Diane Sawyer. “I can’t answer it in any other way. I don’t want to feed any of this insanity that is going around.”
During his appearance, Klein also insisted he isn’t being investigated in regards to the king of pop’s death.
