In the world of celebrity news, there’s no shortage of hits and misses. This week, John Mayer is creepy and hits on Jennifer Lawrence and Justin Bieber feels “disrespected” by fans.
HIT: Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone are invading your magazine stand

Garfield is on Nylon Guys, British GQ, i-D and VMan, while Stone has New York Magazine and Vogue, with an extensive spread. They also look adorable together on Teen Vogue. The Teen Vogue interview is a good read as two banter with each other, Stone talks about the stupid questions she gets, and Garfield reveals his man-crush on Ryan Gosling. I may or may not rush into my local Chapters, place all the magazines together, and label that section “OTP.”
MISS: Justin Bieber is rude to fans as he waits for Selena Gomez
While JBiebs’ star shone at the legendary Apollo Theater in New York, the media blew up a scuffle he had with some fans at the airport. Apparently, Bieber was bothered by the number of fans who were asking for his autograph as he waited for Selena Gomez. “I’ve had a long day, I flew in,” said Bieber. “I don’t have to be nicer about it. You guys are in my face.” Bieber was probably having an off day and you have to admit, it must be frustrating to have no privacy. Everybody has those days once in a while!

This is a whole new soft side of 50 Cent that in my darkest dreams, I never imagined. But here he is, selling his SMS headphones on QVC shopping channel not long after revealing to Oprah that he enjoyed painting his dear grandmother’s toenails as a child.
Well, you gotta do what you gotta do to secure your coveted spot on Forbes right?
50 Cent as a salesman is pretty chill, especially compared to the advertising circus performer basically juggling the headphones around his head (which of course didn’t happen because that would be weird, but it’s kind of like that). 50 Cent appeared with the highly energetic host on “Anything Goes with Rick and Shawn,” which had twice the star power that day since Jimmy Fallon also made a quick appearance for his book Blow Your Pants Off.
50 Cent tries his darndest to sell it to “the kids” but is a bit of a clumsy pants, dropping the headphones a few times… but IT’S OKAY he tested them to be durable because (shock) he accidentally breaks his headphones a lot.
That said I kind of like this entrepreunerial side of 50 Cent. I mean, the headphones are wireless and can transmit sound from a device up to 50 feet away. That’s pretty swag.

In the world of celebrity news, there’s no shortage of hits and misses. This week, Sarah Hyland gets personal in the latest Seventeen magazine and Lady Gaga wears another meat dress.
HIT: Sara Hyland talks kidney transplant with Seventeen Magazine

Sarah Hyland, a.k.a. Mila Kunis Jr., plays Modern Family’s Haley Dunphy so well, you’d think they’re the same person — you’d never guess she suffers from kidney dysplasia. The young starlet has been suffering from the disease since she was nine-years old, and recently received a kidney from her own father. Hyland is the kind of person young girls should look up to because of her strong work ethic and sense of self.
MISS: Justin Bieber apparently had a thing for Vanessa Hudgens, says an unreliable source

According to the National Inquirer, the two met on the set of Spring Breakers when the Biebs was visiting current fling Selena Gomez, and then yadda yadda yadda. Let’s be honest here: trusting the National Inquirer as a reputable source of “news” is like trusting Bristol Palin to be the voice of reason when it comes to the sanctity of marriage. You’ve got to be certifiable crazy to be do either.
HIT: Someone FINALLY writes an accurate bio for Kim Kardashian’s IMDb page

Kimmy K.’s cultural relevance boils down to her ass, a sex tape, and now Kanye West. So, it warms my black heart to see IMDb writer Jon C. Hopwood’s brutally honest profile — or roast if you will — of the reality star. Here’s a sample: “… Kardashian is possessed of [sic] photogenic good looks but is short of any other discernible talents outside of the bedroom.” IMDb has taken it down since, but you can still read it in full here.

Mac Miller was recently listed on Forbes “30 Under 30: The Youngest Stars in the Music Business.” Miller explained how he was able to achieve so much success and what it’s like being on the list.
“Making history is super-cool. I still don’t think I necessarily ‘made it’ — my whole thing is always, no matter where I get, to never be satisfied,” Miller told Forbes.
And how did he promote himself, considering he was signed to a small label.
“I flood the internet with what I feel is quality content. I’m just looking for creative ways to get all that content out there. And just being reachable. Not necessarily sitting there and responding every tweet or every fan, but being a symbol of someone who doesn’t think that [he’s] anymore more special than anyone else,” Miller explained.
Speaking of quality content, here’s our interview with Mac which we did earlier in 2011.
Lady Gaga is the highest paid celebrity under 30, reports Reuters.
The 25-year-old pop phenomenon topped Forbes ‘Highest Paid Celebrities Under 30′ list this year, earning a whopping $90 million dollars.
In second place comes 17-year-old Justin Bieber, who earned $53 million, while 26-year-old Lebron James is in third with $48 million.
Other notable mentions include Taylor Swift at No. 5, with $45 million, and Beyonce at No. 8, with $35 million. Beyonce was number one last year, where she earned $87 million, but that was most likely because she was touring.
Those who didn’t make the top ten include Rihanna at No. 11 and Lil Wayne at No. 20.
See the full list below!
1. Lady Gaga, 25, who earned $90 million.
2. Justin Bieber, 17, who earned $53 million.
3. Miami Heat’s LeBron James, 26, who earned $48 million.
4. Tennis Star Roger Federer, 29, earned $47 million.
5. Taylor Swift, 21, earned $45 million.
6. Katy Perry, 26, $44 million.
7. Real Madrid soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo, 26, earned $38 million.
8. Beyonce, 29, $35 million.
9. Barcelona soccer star Lionel Messi, 23, earned $32 million.
10. Tennis Star Rafael Nadal, 25, earned $31 million.
The men and women of Forbes’ annual Celebrity 100 list have been revealed, and Lady Gaga, Oprah, and Justin Bieber are just a few who made the top ten.
The list of celebs, which highlights the most powerful people in the entertainment business, earned $4.5 billion collectively over the last 12 months by starring in films, making music, modelling clothes or playing sports.
Lady Gaga took the No. 1 spot this year, beating Oprah Winfrey who came in at No 2. Oprah’s only given up the No. 1 spot three times in seven years.
Gaga made the top of the list because of the $90 million she earned with her monster tour, and her 32 million Facebook fans and 10 million Twitter followers. She also generated 1 million digital downloads of her recent single ‘Born This Way’ in only five days.
Oprah earned $290 million last year, earning big from her syndicated show and the stars she’s spawned, including Dr. Phil, Rachael Ray and Dr. Oz. She is now starting her own networnk OWN, so no wonder she’s still deemed powerful.
Canadian-born Justin Bieber came in at No. 3, debuting on the list at the young age of 17 with $53 million earned over the last 12 months. This major profit is thanks to concerts, music sales and a 3-D documentary movie that grossed $100 million at the global box office. He can thank teenage girls for this.
Surprising stars that made the list include reality TV star Bethenny Frankel at 42nd place and Tiger Woods at No. 10, despite his recent love scandals. Notable absentees include Britney Spears, who ranked sixth in 2010, and Harry Potter’s Daniel Radcliffe, who ranked 82nd last year.
Angelina Jolie managed to take the post previously held by Oprah Winfrey on Ford’s list of The World’s Most Powerful Celebrities.
Their reason: She’s a gossip column favourite and never fails to get Oscar nods. But most importantly, Jolie’s latest blockbuster “Wanted” raked in an impressive $340 million at the box office.
Oprah doesn’t have too much to worry about. The self-made billionaire came in second and shows no signs of slowing down. Winfrey continues to host “The Oprah Winfrey Show” and a monthly magazine. The talk-show host has also sealed herself a three-year $55 million contract with XM Satellite radio and has developed a partnership with Discovery Communications to create an Oprah Winfrey Network.
