Is Rihanna too sexy for skin care? Apparently she is, considering Nivea didn’t renew her endorsement for another year. The new CEO of Nivea’s parent company Stefan Heidenreich said to German media: “I do not understand how to bring the core brand of Nivea in conjunction with Rihanna. Nivea is a company which stands for trust, family and reliability.”
If you follow Rihanna on Twitter, you would know that she’s an avid photo uploader and anything goes (ie. smoking marijuana, partying, IV drips). She recently took time out of her fun-filled holidays in Barbados to make it clear to everyone that she saw Heidenreich’s comments, by uploading a picture of him captioned: “No caption necessary.”

TMZ caught up with Rihanna in LA this weekend, where they taunted her, asking if she still used Nivea. Okay, what kind of stupid question is that? She’s obviously going to get pissed. The pap continued: “You look great Rihanna, seriously though.” She replied sarcastically: “Even without Nivea?”
You’ll also be able to watch Rihanna sit down on Oprah’s Next Chapter airing Aug. 18. She candidly talks about her break-up with Chris Brown telling Oprah “I lost my best friend.”

Lady Gaga and her longtime choreographer Laurieann Gibson have parted ways – basically Gaga fired Laurieann.
MTO reports that an insider says it was a clash of egos since Laurieann got her own reality show. The insider explained, “Laurieann is a bit of a diva, but she had her ego under control – not anymore.”
And its been a steady buildup – with Laurieann telling the LA Times she is responsible for developing Gaga’s images. She said, “Listen, [Madonna] should be bitter because I [made Lady Gaga in her image] on purpose and you can quote me. I did it on purpose because for all those kids who believe that you can’t, I wanted to let them feel that you can.”
Last week sh*t took a real turn for the worse after the two got into a heated telephone argument. So Gaga fired her.
My Chemical Romance has fired their drummer Michael Pedicone for stealing from the band. TMZ reports Pedicone was found red handed.
In a statement on their website the band explained, ”He was caught red handed stealing from the band and confessed to police after our show [Thursday] night in Auburn, Washington.”
MCR added — “The band has no intention of pressing charges or taking this matter any further than we have to. We just want him out of our lives.”
Michael posted on Twitter, ”What happened is more complicated than it sounds but I did make a mistake. It was never my intention to hurt this band or all of you.”
We are curious what he stole. Any ideas?
This must be the easiest $100,000 ever earned in history. Hillary Duff pocketed $100k for not doing the new Bonnie and Clyde movie.
As we reported earlier, Hillary lost the role because she is pregnant. However, her contract still requires the producer to cough up $100k if they fire her, reports TMZ.
Duff told TMZ, “I dont wanna give them any more press than they’ve already gotten off me … I think [my] baby is a little bit more exciting.”
Here is a perfect example of why you should never piss off your Company’s I.T. guy as they will get revenge. Walter Powell was able to do it, after being fired from Baltimore Substance Abuse Systems.
MSNBC reports Powell was fired in September 2009, but he still wanted revenge. According to court documents, Powell stayed active on the Company’s computer system for 32 days, in which he tried to get even.
Powell hacked numerous employee accounts, sent fake emails, but his real prize is nicely described by The Balitmore Sun:
“It happened one day last year, as more than a dozen board members of a Baltimore substance abuse center had gathered around a conference room. The CEO was giving a PowerPoint presentation on his accomplishments.
Suddenly, his computer shut down, then restarted, replacing the latest slide with an image of a naked woman onto a 64-inch screen. The board members include city officials and foundation heads and is chaired by Baltimore’s health commissioner.”
Although it’s somewhat sad Powell went through that much effort to get sweet revenge, it’s still a pretty funny story. Do you have a revenge story after getting fired?
Jon Cryer, star of ‘Two And A Half Men,’ spoke to David Letterman last night about former costar Charlie Sheen’s very public meltdown.
Cryer apparently never saw it coming that Sheen would be fired and embark on a crazy media frenzy.
Even though Sheen has publicly bashed him, calling him a “troll” to the media, Cryer also still considers the troubled actor a “good friend.”
As for Sheen’s new replacement, Ashton Kutcher, Cryer feels confident about the new direction of the show.
“We had a very quick meeting to see if we could deal with each other, and we could,” Cryer told Letterman.
“They threw everything together very quickly and they had to fly us to New York so they could parade us in front of advertisers. And they put us in the CBS corporate jet, which was very snazzy.”

Jessica Szohr is more than glad that she is no longer on ‘Gossip Girl,’ reports CTV.
The 26-year-old actress, who played the ever-so annoying Vanessa Abrams on the show, has gone on the record to say she is happy with the network’s decision to axe her character. Taylor Momsen’s character, Jenny Humphrey, was also cut from the fifth season of the show.
And the world cries with joy.
“When I started the fourth season, I kind of had a talk with the producers. We didn’t know what we were going to do with the characters. After playing someone for four years, it can be a little repetitive. So I was ready for a change,” says Szohr.
“I had so much fun and I made friends I’ll have for a lifetime and it was so great to work in the city, but I got the most I could out of Vanessa.”
Szohr says she will “probably” stay in touch with other cast members, including Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, and Ed Westwick, whom she previously dated, but is concentrating on a movie career.
The actress told E Online: “I have two movies that I start in August and July and I have a couple movies coming out in the next couple months.”
I’m so glad with this decision – both Momsen and Szohr’s characters were clingy, annoying, and dragged out. The show has kind of been going downhill lately, so maybe some fresh characters will help revive it.
Ashton Kutcher will be replacing Charlie Sheen on ‘Two and a Half Men,’ reports The Hollywood Reporter.
Two sources close to the deal-making say the actor is putting the final touches on a deal to replace Charlie Sheen as the star of TV’s No. 1 comedy.
The exact dollar figure he will be paid is not known, but a source says Kutcher is getting a “huge payday” to join the hit sitcom.
The deal came together after Hugh Grant passed on the opportunity to join the show. Now, sources say the show’s creator Chuck Lorre has crafted a storyline to introduce Kutcher in a way that satisfies the network and studio. “It’s really funny,” says one source. “People are going to love it.”
This will be Kutcher’s first regular series gig since rising to stardom on Fox’s ‘That 70’s Show.’ He also executive produced the hit MTV series ‘Punk’d,’ among others.
Kutcher was chosen as he brings a youthful fan base to the CBS show, as well as a big online profile with 6.7 million Twitter followers, which could help CBS promote the show.
As we all know, Sheen was fired from the show in early March due to erratic behaviour and mucho-substance-abuse.
I think Kutcher is a good choice, actually. If he’s expected to take on Sheen’s role as an arrogant ladies man, then he’ll definitely be able to pull it off. Much better choice than Hugh Grant, that’s for sure. Kutcher hasn’t made any great films lately, so I think this will be a good career move for him as well.
It seems like a curse has been placed against Lindsay Lohan, and she just can’t get a job. Lindsay was supposed to play Victoria Gotti in the upcoming film “Gotti: Three Generations,” but now that’s not going to happen.
Executive Producer Marc Fiore tells TMZ he has ended negotiations with Lindsay’s team because, “It just didn’t work for me.” Money was an issue, but also some of the demand were ludicrous, however there is no info on the specifics of those demands.
There is still hope. Fiore says, ”Maybe if Lindsay calls me up, we can talk about it.” So perhaps there is still a chance for Lindsay to keep the job, and hopefully hire better management.
Former Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen was forced to bulk up security at his Chicago show after experiencing safety concerns in Detroit.
Perez Hilton reports that the decision came from the Sheen camp after Charlie was booed off the stage at the Michigan show by angry fans who are now trying to get their money back. Security at the Chicago Theatre have been told to strictly enforce all security and crowd control policies in effect for Charlie’s safety.
One Sheen fan in Detroit claims that the Violent Torpedo of Truth show was “the worst thing I’ve ever witnessed,” while hoards more are fighting for a refund.
Well come on, were you expecting Mona Lisa Smile?
Scalp your Sheen tickets while you still can!
Charlie Sheen officially got the boot from Warner Bros, according to TMZ.
Warner Brothers issued the following statement: “After careful consideration, Warner Bros. Television has terminated Charlie Sheen’s services on ‘Two and a Half Men,’ effective immediately.”
There is no conformation whether or not the show will continue with production. Poor Ducky is likely sitting at home pondering his next move. In the meantime, the world (@CharlieSheen’s followers just cracked 2 million) will be hanging on his every tweet.
Want to work for the warlock himself? A few moments ago, Sheen posted a link on his Twitter offering a summer internship: “I’m looking to hire a #winning INTERN with #TigerBlood. Apply here – http://bit.ly/hykQQF #TigerBloodIntern #internship #ad“. There is no set price, but micro-endorsements can net a celebrity anywhere from $1,000 to $50,000 per tweet.
Between the Twitter, Sheen’s new online show (Sheen’s Corner on uStream) and the potential of starring in a new show on Mark Cuben’s channel… I don’t think we’ve had our last dose of him just yet.
Cuban said in a press release Sunday, that there hasn’t been a decision of whether to make it a reality show, a talk show or something else. It will be up to Sheen.
Cuban described Sheen as “somebody that everybody has a whole lot of interest in who is doing some interesting things, to say the least”.
Looks like it’s just the beginning of the self-proclaimed F-18′s destruction.
It hasn’t been a good few days for former CNN anchor Rick Sanchez. After making some racist and inappropriate comments regarding Jon Stewart and the “white, liberal establishment point of view” while appearing as a guest on XM Sirius, Sanchez was fired from CNN.
Rick’s wife Suzanne issued a statement on her Facebook page Monday updating people on Rick’s situation. ”Rick apologized to jon stewart today.” She also blamed her husband’s comments during the now infamous radio interview last Thursday on an intense work schedule that caused him to “mangle his thought process,” reports Fox News.
“They had a good talk. jon was gracious and called rick, ‘thin-skinned,’” she wrote.
“His exhaustion from working 14 hr days for 2 mo. straight, caused him to mangle his thought process inartfully. he got caught up in the banter and deeply apologizes to anyone who was offended by his unintended comments,” added the stay-at-home-mom — who has four children with Sanchez.
How could you ever consider firing Randy Jackson from “American Idol?” The guy is just so lovable and cool!
However, TMZ reports that was almost the case for Mr. Jackson. Sources tell the website that “American Idol” producers were considering a clean sweep of the judging panel, now that all the original judges are gone with the exception of Jackson.
After some intense discussions, it was decided to keep Jackson in order to keep some connection to the original show.
Excellent decision because in our opinion Jackson was the most logical, charming and down to earth judge the show has ever had. It would be crazy to fire the dawg!
TMZ reports that sources tell them Kara DioGuardi has been fired from Fox’s “Amercian Idol.”
The show will return to a three judge format, which should include Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler.
The only way Kara will be able to return is if the negotiations with Lopez fail. However sources say the deal is pretty much done.
As we reported earlier, Ellen DeGeneres announced Thursday she would not be returning to “American Idol.”
Wait, wait… Chad Kroeger has a girlfriend?
Sorry, enough jokes. Here’s the scoop.
As CHARTattack.com reports, Nickelback lead singer Chad Kroeger has made headlines recently for firing his housekeeper, Arlene Morris.
The firing took place just a few days before Nickelback’s Vancouver concert on June 3. Morris says that Kroeger had promised her tickets to the show for her five songs, but took the offer back after she was fired.
To add insult to injury, Morris’ 11-year-old son was so sad over the events that he wrote a letter to the Vancouver Sun newspaper.
“[Eight] months were waiting and the day is just about here when my mom gets a call,” Morris’ son wrote. “Oh wow how hard that was, she tells us the tickets were cancelled guys im sorry and not only that he fires her too.”
“Well mr CHAD KRUGER WE dont think your cool and we took your stupid picture off our rockstar wall cause you dont deserve to sit up there with john lennon, mick jagger or bob dylan,” the letter continued.
Jonathan Simkin, Nickelback’s manager, told the Vancouver Province newspaper that Morris was fired for taking Kroeger’s girlfriend’s discarded clothes - an act that Morris denies. Simkin also said that Morris was not directly employed by Kroeger, but had actually been hired by a fellow employee. That same employee was apparently the one who decided to fire her.
We don’t want to spend so much time on Kate and Jon Gosselin, but we have to give the people what they want.
So here’s the most recent Jon and Kate Gosselin update. Jon has fired his attorney and he tweeted about it this morning.
“Kate, her attorneys and I are moving forward to work out things privately and amicably.”
And, as for his ex-legal representative? “Mr. Anthony List Sr., Esq., is not my representing attorney; I terminated him on April 15, 2010. He has no legal right to speak to the press or anyone on my behalf.”
List was apparently a long time friend of Jon’s father, reports PEOPLE. List promised Jon’s father before his death that he would help Jon.
Will “The Hills” drama ever end? According to Usmagazine.com, Heidi Montag has fired her husband Spencer Pratt as her manager. She later hired her psychic Aiden Chase as her manager, and now he’s been shown the door also.
“A source tells Us that [Pratt] was ‘horrified’ when he showed up on set demanding a significant portion of herHills money,” Usmagazine.com reported. The article further explains that Chase had his eye on Audrina Patridge also. “He tried to move onto Audrina[Patridge], whom he not only offered his healing/spiritual services but also asked to be her manager.”
Although you can still see Tiger Woods sporting Nike caps, t-shirts and shoes, don’t expect to see any Gatorade his hand. E! reported that a day after Nike pledged commitment to the now controversial golf pro, PepsiCo-owned Gatorade announced that they were dropping Woods. Like he’s hot.
“We no longer see a role for Tiger in our marketing efforts and have ended our relationship,” said a spokeswoman for Gatorade, which discontinued its Gatorade Tiger Focus energy drink in December. “We wish him all the best.”
It is not official whether the company dropped him due to his recent marital woes, but it’s not too difficult to figure out.
Gatorade is not the only company to let go of the apologetic athlete; Accenture was the first to cut him, followed by AT&T. Watchmaker Tag Heuer and Gillette let him off a little bit easier; without completely letting him go, they have decided to give him smaller roles in advertising for the near future.
Conan we all were rooting for you, but it doesn’t look like you are going to pull through. Although your ratings were up this past week (possibly because of the media hype) NBC is siding with Jay Leno. Jay Leno will now have the 11:35-12:35 time slot, moving from his 10pm show. Consequently it looks like Conan O’Brien is going to hit the dusty trail. However we are confident there is another network that would be happy to host Conan. Did someone say FOX?
Corrine Gehrls, a former flight attendant on Oprah Winfrey’s private jet, claims she was fired in July after two other flight attendants falsely told Winfrey she had “inappropriate intimate behaviour” aboard a flight, reports TMZ. The man alleged to be involved with Gehrls, the chief pilot, was also let go as a result of the incident.
Gehrls is now suing Winfrey’s company, Harpo Productions, as well as the two flight attendants who allegedly lied – one of whom is the daughter of Winfrey’s best friend, Gayle King – for damages in excess of $75,000.
