Posted on andPOP:

This week, QuickerTek announced the availability of its new external batter/charger for 15 and 17-inch MacBook laptops. The charger can provide MacBooks with an additional ten hours of power.

The MagSafe technology of the MacBook is built into the external battery charger. Users can monitor the charge left in the battery by looking at the Apple battery charge indicator. The battery charge stays at 100 per cent for hours before it starts to taper off. The external battery is also able to recharge in three hours.

The MacBook External Battery Charger is available online at www.quickertek.com for approximately $460 U.S.
