It’s a departure from Disney, that’s for sure.
The former High School Musical starlet released the music video Friday for her Spring Breakers track “$$$ex” and I have no words. Let’s just say that if I tried to describe this video, you would think I was recounting a particularly vivid acid trip from a wild rave in the 90s. It’s something you have to see to believe. I understand growing up and wanting to separate yourself from the squeaky clean Disney image, but I think the multiple nude photo scandals and risqué role in the movie were enough for her.
Check out the video here:
Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger’s former common-law partner of over six years, Marianna Goriuk, is taking Kroeger to court seeking $95,000 a month in spousal support.
According to legal documents, he’s currently only paying her $10,000 a month, but Goriuk is arguing that given his $9.7 million a year income and “lavish lifestyle,” she deserves to receive much more.
B.C. Supreme Court Associate Chief Justice Anne MacKenzie will take the issue to trial, where they can assess the couple’s “credibility and reliability” in their respective arguments.
For now, she ordered Kroeger to pay interim spousal support of $25,000 a month, which Goriuk previously declared to be her average budget.
“I find $10,000 a month to be unreasonable in all the circumstances. The parties’ lifestyle was extravagant. According to the claimant, they spent unlimited amounts to improve their properties. They ordered expensive food and wine, took private jets to Mexico and other places, hired helicopters at the last minute to fly in to Vancouver for the evening and travelled in limousines. He has a wide variety of assets, including corporations, trusts, partnerships, real property and other assets that are difficult to discern.”
Look, although $10,000 a month is nothing to scoff at, I’d be pretty pissed too going from rockstar living to commoner living. It sucks for Goriuk that she doesn’t have any legal rights to anything too, since they were a common law couple. Maybe she is to blame for not sealing the deal.
It looks like the ghost of scorned women past is haunting Jesse James, and we couldn’t think of anybody who deserves it more!
James’ ex and mother of his daughter Sunny, Janine Lindermulder, was released from jail this weekend and used her first free breath to condemn Jesse’s parenting skills.
“Jesse James does not want me to see Sunny and intentionally ambushed me so that I would go to jail,” claims Lindermulder, who was arrested Saturday after allegedly harassing Jesse with phone calls. “Jesse does not give me ways or any means to contact my daughter…there have been times where I have not spoken to my daughter in forty days.”
But it gets worse! Apparently Sunny was hospitalized late last year and the information never got passed along to Lindermulder. “[Sunny had] a life threatening infection and I didn’t know. That’s not good parenting,” she says.
Though Lindermulder’s claims have not been verified, we wouldn’t be surprised. Jesse James doesn’t have the best track record in the “being a good human being” department.
TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan just can’t let go of Samantha Ronson now that she’s out of rehab and feeling great.
Lindsay met up with her ex-girlfriend at a West Hollywood restaurant for some Saturday night girltalk. Though the topics on the table were not divulged, there’s probably one thing that came up – Lindsay and SamRo and officially neighbors now!
Oh wow! The only thing worse than clinging to an ex is moving in next door to them.
It’s been said that the girls are “getting along well” but are still “just friends.”
Good luck with whatever you’re trying to do here, Lindz!
With Anne Hathaway’s businessman ex, Raffaello Follieri, now behind bars, it looks like she dumped him just in time – or did she have a hand in his arrest?
A friend of Follieri’s told the New York Daily News that he suspects Hathaway of tipping off the feds.
“It makes sense,” the friend speculated. “She’s referred to as his former girlfriend in the indictment even though her spokesman never confirmed they broke up. I think that in return for her cooperation, the feds held off on arresting Follieri until she was out of the country.”
Follieri stands accused of “posing as an agent of the Vatican,” money laundering and wire fraud, and could spend 20 years in federal prison if convicted. His bail stands at $21 million.
