HIT: Rihanna picks up numerous awards, puts Chris Brown in his place
Amidst the sad Twitter spiff between Rihanna and Chris Brown, she shows no sign of backing down as she swept up four awards for Top R&B Artist, Top R&B Song (“Diamonds”), Top R&B Album (Unapologetic), and Top Radio Songs Artist. If you haven’t heard, Chris Brown recently dumped Rihanna – who does he think he is – even after she TOOK HIM BACK following the domestic violence scandal. He stated: “I can’t be focused on wife-ing somebody that young” on Australia’s 2day radio show. She shot back on twitter saying: “Settling is not an option! Nothing less than 100% loyalty, honestly, and respect!! Love ain’t for kidz #butimsleeptho.” You said it, Riri. Plus he’s allegedly been hanging out with ex girlfriend Karreuche Tran again. Can somebody say downgrade??
MISS: Justin Bieber Booed at The Billboard Music Awards
After beating out the likes of Bruno Mars and Taylor Swift, Just Bieber went on to win the first ever Milestone Award. Unfortunately, the Biebs was shamelessly booed even before he opened his mouth to give a thank you speech. How rude! After a few awkward seconds of listening to the screaming fans’ yet somehow extremely loud boo’s, he starts his speech with “I’m 19 years old…I’m 19 years old…I think I’m doing a pretty good job.” Didn’t stop the booing though and he had to thank Jesus Christ for that to end. I really feel bad for the kid, I mean he tries so hard (granted, sometimes too hard), but I don’t think he deserves this. Watch the video here. HIT: Eva Longoria Graduates
That’s right! After 3 years of studying, our 38 year-old favourite Desperate Housewives star has earned a Master’s Degree in Chicano from California State Northridge. Her thesis was entitled: “Success STEMS From Diversity: The Value of Latinas in STEM Careers” (STEM stands for science, technology, engineering, and math). She tweeted, “You’re never too old or too busy to continue your education!” How is she so perfect?

No word on how Miley Cyrus is celebrating her big 19th birthday today, we know exactly what she was doing yesterday: getting a tattoo removed.
According to the Hollywood Life, Miley was seen at an L.A. dermatologist’s office that specializes in laser removal. Since she has nine tattooes already, we’re going to go ahead and assume Miley’s just bored of looking at one of them already.
Miley, like many young girls, has a long list of questionable tattoos including sappy words like ‘karma’ and ‘love’ and symbols like a cross and a heart. This young starlet obviously doesn’t think before she inks. At least Miley has so far refrained from getting her boyfriend’s name tattooed on her body.
Here are three celebrities with regrettable tattooes all done in the name of love.
Angelina tattooed her boyfriend’s name on her arm only to have it laser removed once they parted ways. Luckily, she never got one for Brad, meaning she probably learned her lesson.
Johnny Depp is another celeb with a history of tattoo removal. When he was in love with Winona Ryder in the ’90s, he tattooed “Winona forever” on his arm, only to change it to “wino forever” (whatever that means) years later after their separation.
Eva Longoria also got matching tattoos of her wedding date with her then-husband Tony Parker. When she divorced him over his infidelity, she joked about the tattoo, saying “I’ll probably ink the divorce date under it!”
Victoria Beckham and husband David have asked Eva Longoria to be the godmother of their new daughter, reports Digital Spy.
The couple are due next month, and have chosen the ‘Desperate Housewives’ star as the godmother among other friends like Gordon and Tana Ramsay and Heidi Klum and husband Seal.
Brooklyn and Romeo, their two sons, have famous godparents as well – Sir Elton John and Liz Hurley. Talk about lucky kids.
“Victoria ran it past David and they both want Eva,” a source told The Sun. “She’s extremely honored.”

In celebration of Eva Longoria’s 36th birthday on Tuesday, the recently-divorced actress went all out, throwing a 1920’s Flapper-themed birthday bash! Among attendees were Penelope Cruz and hubby Javier Bardem, Kim Kardashian, Heidi Klum, and Kanye West. Definitely sounds like a party!
Apprently Kardashian thought it was, because she took to her twitter, saying, “Me and my girl Heidi Klum getting [our] gangster on! I love this 20′s era!” How cute!

You have probably heard about Tony Parker’s alleged sexting scandal which prompted his wife Eva Longoria to file for divorce, but just earlier today Parker filed a divorce petition himself.
TMZ is reporting that a legal battle could be coming between Parker and Longoria, as the basketball star filed his petition in Bexar County, Texas. The issue being that Longoria filed in L.A., meaning there will be a little pushing and shoving before one of the courts can continue with the divorce.
The divorce petition that Parker filed states: “The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationships and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation.”
There’s also something about this case that’s either a giant coincidence or a little weird; Parker’s legal council is Richard Orsinger, the same lawyer who’s representing Brent Barry—the husband of the woman who was sending the naughty messages to Parker and started this whole thing.
After the news broke out yesterday that supposed sweethearts Eva Longoria and Tony Parker filed for divorce, new reports have surfaced that Parker was seeing another woman. SURPRISE, SURPRISE.

TMZ.com is reporting that Eva Longoria has filed for divorce from her husband, NBA star Tony Parker.
The couple originally tied the knot in 2007 after Parker had won his 3rd NBA Championship with the San Antonio Spurs and Longoria had become a superstar on ABC’s Desperate Housewives.
Longoria was often seen in the stands at Spurs games and commentators would remark on how rare it was that such a busy TV actress still made time to fly to Texas to see her husband play. This fact perhaps lends itself to the shocking nature of this news. It seems with these two, no one saw the split coming.
Parker’s Spurs are playing well right now, and as a basketball fan, one can only hope this doesn’t affect the team. As a Desperate Housewives fan, well, I think one housewife just got a whole lot more desperate.

Longoria’s representative officially shot down the claims in a statement saying the allegations, “are completely, 100 per cent false and untrue. All high-profile couples fall victim to these sorts of things in the course of their relationships,” the rep said.
The Desperate Housewives star released her own statement saying “Tony has been nothing short of the perfect husband.” Parker also denied the affair by saying “[Eva is] the best thing in my life, and I have never been happier.”
The famous couple wed in a lavish ceremony in France in July.

Eva Longoria has spoken out against rumours that she is set to appear as Beyonce Knowles’ girlfriend in an upcoming film.
The rumours, which started about a week ago, also mentioned that Sofia Coppola would be directing the movie.
“Stop the madness,” Longoria told People magazine. “Believe me, I would love to work with Beyonce one day. She’s so talented. But this is definitely not something we are doing together. It’s completely and absolutely not true.”
The film was said to be an adaptation of Sarah Waters’ book, “Tipping the Velvet.”
Actress Eva Longoria slipped on the stairs of her trailer at the “Desperate Housewives” set last week, prompting a visit to the hospital.
“Nothing is broken, but her ribs are very bruised,” said her publicist Liza Anderson, reports the BBC.
The actress, best known for her role on the hit show (as Gabrielle Solis), shouldn’t need time off to recovery from the injuries.
Longoria, 31, has been hurt before on the show’s set. She was taken to hospital last year after being hit on the head by a falling pole.

She also revealed that she is flying to Paris tonight to join Parker in France. The NBA star is playing exhibition games in the country.

“They did break up. It’s amicable. They are talking and trying to figure the best course of action for their future. They are trying to work things out,” a source tells People.
Longoria, 31, and Parker, 24, met in 2004 after a San Antonio Spurs’ game, where Longoria fell instantly in love.
“It’s distance and demanding careers and not living in same city. It didn’t happen yesterday. It’s been going on for a while,” said the source.
According to Page Six, Parker attended “The Departed” premiere after party with other celebs such as Leonardo DiCaprio and Bono. Instead of chatting with the boys, Parker got up close and personal with a mystery blonde woman.
“Eva was devastated when she found out. The blonde was an ex-girlfriend of Tony’s, and they apparently swapped numbers, but he swears nothing else happened. Eva and Tony are talking right now, trying to work things out,” said a friend of Longoria, reports Page Six.
However, all Longoria’s representative Liza Anderson announced Friday was, “Eva and Tony are going through a very difficult time right now, just like any other couple with extremely demanding careers.”
Longoria is currently working on the third season of Desperate Housewives while Parker is going to France for training camp with his teammates.
For the second year in a row, Eva Longoria, star of ABC’s hit “Desperate Housewives,” has topped Maxim Magazine’s “Hot 100″ women list, the Associated Press reports.
The women are among the most successful in television, film, music, sports and fashion.
According to the AP, Longoria was shocked to hear of her win for a second consecutive year.
“I was actually really shocked last year when I made the list,” Longoria told the news service, because the year before she ranked No. 91.
“So 91 to No. 1 was a big jump, and then to get it a second time in a row, I just couldn’t believe it. I was like, ‘Surely there are more beautiful women in the world.’ I can name 10.”
This is the first time the number one spot has been occupied by the same woman for two consecutive years.
The number two spot went to Jessica Alba. Lindsay Lohan, Angelina Jolie, Stacy Keibler, Scarlett Johansson, Cameron Diaz, Kate Bosworth, Keira Knightley and singer-actress Christina Milian round out the top 10.
The only other two Housewives to make the list were Nicolette Sheridan (number 48) and Teri Hatcher (number 73).
Eva Longoria was hit by a falling pole on Wednesday while filming a scene for ABC’s “Desperate Housewives”.
Longoria, 30, who plays the sexy, adulterous Gabrielle Solis on the show, was struck in the head by the pole and treated at an area hospital for injuries. She was released the same day.
Longoria will return to work as scheduled, ABC spokeswoman Liz Anderson said, adding, “She’s got a hard head.”
Reuters reports the accident occurred while members of the cast were on location at Pasadena City College, near Los Angeles.
Anderson said the pole, a part of the construction material from the set, fell while Longoria was shooting a jail scene for the show’s second season.
