Socialite Paris Hilton pleaded guilty on Monday to two misdemeanors in her Las Vegas cocaine case, and because of that, she now has been denied entry into Japan.

PopEater reports that Japanese immigration authorities detained Hilton due to the charges and her pending sentence. Hilton was supposed to appear in Tokyo on Wednesday to promote her new fashion line, however that press conference has been cancelled. Hilton was forced to cancel the tour after she was denied entry into the country at Tokyo’s airport.

“I’m going back home, and I look forward to coming back to Japan in the future,” a smiling Hilton told reporters before departing on her private jet.

Wow what a shot to the ego that must be. E! Online reports that MTV’s “Jersey Shore” entourage were denied entry to multiple Miami hotspots.

According to the website, Miami clubs are hesitant to allow the group in with all of their fuss. So apparently tacky pricks and beating up girls may work in Jersey, but not in Miami.

Go figure.
