Stephanie Pratt, sister of The Hills star Spencer Pratt, explained her DUI arrest last weekend via Twitter, reports E! News.
“I was pulled over four tinted windows three blocks from where I was sleeping and blew a 0.08, which was two drinks. I made the wrong choice to drive and I take full responsibility. I would never put other people’s lives at risk and want to be very clear that I was not pulled over for unsafe driving. Two drinks, call a taxi! Please learn from my mistake. Love you all!”
David Hasselhoff is at the centre of yet another 911 scandal, according to TMZ.
And it’s the same story as last time: he wasn’t drunk, he was sick. Hasselhoff’s people released a statement saying yesterday’s incident was because of an ear infection which he was treating with Antivert.
This medication clashed poorly with Antabuse, another tactlessly-named medication the Hoff is taking to keep him from drinking. The cocktail resulted in a loss of equilibrium, so when the paramedics arrived, Hasselhoff opted to go to the hospital for help.
His teenage daughter Hayley Hasselhoff alerted her mother Pamela Bach last night saying her dad was drunk. One of Bach’s friends dialed 911, who answered the call shortly after to escort Hasselhoff to hospital.

Kiefer Sutherland, who plays Jack Bauer on Fox drama 24, made an appearance at Comic-Con in San Diego Friday, reports TMZ. He discussed the future of the show, which takes place in real time.
“I don’t know with regards to ‘the last season’ or anything, I really don’t,” Sutherland told reports after the 24 panel Friday. It is the last season that I’ve been contracted to do 24, but I really don’t know. We’re so focused on making season eight. But obviously the requirements would be that the writers felt that they could really bang it out. If Howard [Gordon] came to me and said, ‘The way I saw those last scenes play, I have an idea for season nine that would be unbelievable,” I would have to listen to him for that. I think we’re all very aware of wanting to protect what we believe is a very strong and important legacy that is 24. All of those things. Again, the choices to do or not to do it have nothing to do with my contract, have everything to do with whether or not an audience still wants to watch it and cares and whether or not we feel we have something to offer.”

Chris Paciello, who dated Madonna, is being accused of convincing a police friend to arrest his former business partner on fake charges for driving under the influence, reports Perez Hilton. Sandy Sachs, who owned the restaurant Murano in West Hollywood with Paciello, says he organized her arrest out of revenge after she sued him for failing to deliver on a $600,000 investment.
Sachs’ lawyer, Gerson Horn, says dispatch tapes from April 16 of this year reveal Paciello telling Sheriff Ralph Garay to arrest Sachs. Garay was off-duty at the time, but still made a call for the arrest.
The police initially reported there was “no evidence Sandy was drunk.” However, they subsequently went to her home to arrest her.

Lohan’s attorney Shawn Chapman came out of the courtroom Monday morning announcing that Friday’s $50,000 warrant has been cleared. The judge ordered that the star must show proof that she is following the court orders so that it doesn’t happen again. E! news reports that Lohan spent most of her weekend hibernating in girlfriend Samantha Ronson’s Hollywood home. E! News also reports that Lohan will be enrolling in a new alcohol counseling program and is required to provide proof of enrollment in the new program by April 3.
Lindsay Lohan can add evidence to the “Friday the 13th” superstition.
According to E! News, the 22-year-old celebrity got a hefty dose of bad luck, when a $50,000 warrant was issued for her on Friday- which arose from a May 2007 DUI arrest.
“In response to media inquiries, [the] Beverly Hills Police Department is confirming a warrant was in fact issued today for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan,” said the Beverly Hills Police Department in a statement last night. ” The $50,000 warrant issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court stems from a May 2007 arrest of Miss Lohan for DUI and hit-and-run. The circumstances leading to the issuance of the warrant by the court are not readily available at this time. It is our hope that Miss Lohan will surrender herself so that this matter will be resolved in a timely manner.”

Mischa Barton was sentenced to three years probation in LA yesterday after pleading no contest to DUI charges.
The 22-year-old actress was also given a $2,000 fine and ordered to attend a three-month alcohol-education class.
Barton was also caught with possession of marijuana when she was arrested in late December, but the drug possession charges were dropped.
The London-born actress is best known for starring in the hit teen soap “The O.C.”
Former O.C. star Mischa Barton has accepted a plea deal in her DUI case.
The deal will save the young star from spending any time in jail, People magazine reports. Barton is set to plead no contest and accept three years of unsupervised probation at her arraignment on Thursday.
Barton’s other charges will also be lessened. The marijuana possession charge will be dropped and the “charge of driving without a license will be reduced to an infraction,” according to the magazine’s source.
The 22-year-old will also have to go to alcohol education classes for three months.
She was arrested on Dec. 27 after she was found weaving between traffic.
A violation of police protocol may save Chad Kroeger from spending up to six months in jail, reports the Surrey Leader.
Chad Robert Turton, a.k.a. Chad Kroeger, plead not guilty to impaired driving on June 22, 2006. The results of his breathalyzer test may be thrown out if Judge Peter Gulbransen finds that the Surrey RCMP violated Kroeger’s rights. Defence lawyer Marvin Sterns claims that Kroeger’s belongings were illegally searched and seized during his arrest.
In addition to jail time, Kroeger would have to pay a $600 fine and one-year driving prohibition if convicted. The trial was originally slated for Nov. 23 and 24 of last year, but will be postponed until Feb. 20 while the judge makes his decision.
Kiefer Sutherland pleaded guilty on Tuesday after he was arrested for driving under the influence.
As part of his plea deal, Sutherland will serve 30 days for this DUI, his fourth, and 18 days for violating probation on his 2004 DUI arrest.
“I’m very disappointed in myself for the poor judgment I exhibited recently,” Sutherland said in a statement, “and I’m deeply sorry for the disappointment and distress this has caused my family, friends and co-workers at ‘24′ and at 20th Century Fox.”
Sutherland will start his service on December 21, while the show is on hiatus. He was also ordered to enroll in an 18-month alcohol education program and attend weekly alcohol therapy classes for six months.
