Amy Winehouse has drug-related brain damage resulting from a series of recent drug binges, claims the UK Sun.
Winehouse first overdosed last year, on a combination of cocaine, heroin, ecstasy, ketamine and crystal meth. She has a fit of convulsions and began displaying “multiple personality traits.”
Winehouse has supposedly also overdosed this past July, after smoking hash for 36 hours straight, leaving her convulsing again.
“She had smoked an inhuman amount of hash which resulted in acute cannabis poisoning,” a friend of Winehouse told the paper. “You have to take a shitload of pot to suffer that severe a reaction. “It’s thought she had been smoking it for 36 hours. Amy’s fits were as bad as the convulsions she had during her overdose in August last year. No one has mentioned her meth use before – but that stuff is truly nasty. She is in need of years of psychiatry and medical treatment if she has a hope.”
Amy Winehouse has been caught on video taking illegal drugs again.
News of the World has the exclusive video, allegedly taken in a night club last month. Winehouse can be seen snorting something off of a CD case.
Winehouse’s mother in law, Georgette, has called for Amy to be put in prison after viewing the footage.
“I’m shocked by the video,” Georgette said. “When I look at Amy I think: ‘For Christ’s sake, just get a grip of yourself. Enough is enough. As the police know Amy is a drug addict – and she has now been caught twice on film taking illegal drugs – they should arrest her and put her behind bars. Rehab clinics are a waste of money, unless you want them to work. Amy doesn’t want to give up drugs, so shes got to learn the hard way in prison. Police have to act. She is making a mockery of the law. It has got to stop. The price Amy has got to pay is losing her freedom.”
Winehouse’s husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, is currently incarcerated.
Mary Kate Olsen is adding to suspicion about her involvement in Heath Ledger’s death by refusing to speak with authorities unless she has immunity.
Olsen was the first person called after her masseuse found Ledger’s body. She also owned the apartment where he died.
Drug Enforcement Administration are still trying to find out how Ledger acquired some of the drugs that formed his deadly cocktail.
According to CBC News, “Authorities have obtained a subpoena that could force Olsen to appear before a grand jury if negotiations with her lawyer fail.”
Olsen’s lawyer has released a statement insisting that the tiny twin had nothing to do with the drugs Ledger was taking.
Jack Black has admitted to a one-time experience with heroin.
The “Kung Fu Panda” star told Blender magazine: “It didn’t agree with me. I couldn’t really feel my legs, and my heart felt like it was slowing down too much. I thought, ‘Oh my God, it’s going to shut me down. I’m going to die.’ I went down to the 7-Eleven at the bottom of the hill, and I had this strange sensation that my legs were pumping, but the feet were just sort of lifeless stumps. I did a little shopping and then walked back up the hill and survived. And never did it again.”
Black has recently opened up about his troubled childhood, when he used to sniff glue and steal money from his mother to buy cocaine before the age of 15.
Amy Winehouse was taken to the hospital after fainting in her home, reports Us Magazine.
“Amy was at home this afternoon when she briefly fainted,” her rep told the mag. “Fortunately, her manager’s assistant was there to stop her falling. She quickly recovered and her father Mitch took her to hospital as a precaution. Doctors are unsure of the cause of the incident and Amy is currently undergoing tests… [She] may be kept in [the hospital] overnight for observation.”
Winehouse has a history of drug abuse, and was in rehab in January. There is no word yet whether any illegal substances were involved in the fainting spell.
Is the man behind good guy doctor Jack Shephard really a bad boy?
“Lost” star Matthew Fox opened up about his history of misbehaving recently to Empire Magazine. “I break the law all the time!” he told the mag. “I’ve done plenty of illegal narcotics, but I think everyone knowingly breaks the law pretty often, don’t they? I can’t imagine living my life abiding by the law completely. That’d be tough to do.”
Fox says his wife shares in his habit of taking drugs. “My wife and I travelled to Jamaica 15 years ago. Oh God, it was a crazy trip! We stayed in this little bungalow out on the water, baked out of our minds for the first three days. We were just so stoned! And then we got sick and proceeded to continue to get stoned because that makes you feel better.”
Fox, 41, has two children.
Lindsay Lohan may have broken up with her rehab boyfriend, Riley Giles, but that doesn’t mean she can get rid of him.
Giles is taking his relationship with Lohan straight to the bank, telling all to British tabloid News of the World. According to him, Lohan is addicted to sex and used it as a replacement for drugs. “Lindsay’s definitely a nymphomaniac,” he said. “She’s wild in bed. We’d have sex a couple of times in the day and then go to it through the night. We once did it four times in a row straight. That was crazy. Lindsay was insatiable. She’d demand sex again and again. We’d go at it for hours.”
Lohan and Giles locked themselves in a cabin near their rehab facility shortly after completing treatment. But once Lohan moved back to Hollywood, she also moved on to other men.
There’s a lot of things she could conceal in that hair.
Amy Winehouse’s incarcerated husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, was found to have a class A drug in his blood last week, rumoured to be heroin. He has been in jail since November. The UK Sun newspaper reports that due to this incident, Winehouse had some of her visitation rights taken away, and now can only speak to him through a bullet-proof glass screen. Fielder-Civil was also stripped of some privileges and relocated to the jail’s “sex perverts wing.”
Winehouse has reportedly avoided visiting Fielder-Civil since he failed his drug test. A source told The Sun, “She’s paranoid and shaking every time she goes there and has decided to give it a miss for a while.”
This development does not bode well for Winehouse’s well-being. Even before she was relegated to hands-off visits, she was so distraught about being separated from her husband that she cancelled the rest of her 2007 tour dates.
