
Reese Witherspoon is not pressing charges against the 84 year old lady who hit her.
PEOPLE reports Reese is recovering at home from her minor injuries, and wants to move on with life. Reese was struck on Wednesday by an 84 year old woman driver.
The driver, meanwhile, was cited for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.

EXTRA reports the lady accidentally struck Witherspoon who was jogging in an unmarked crosswalk. The 84 year old driver was cited for failing to yield to a pedestrian.
Witherspoon was taken to hospital with non-serious injuries, and was later released.

Jerry Seinfeld’s driver, a retired police officer, was caught using a Bronx police placard he should have turned in two years ago upon his retirement, reports E! News. He reportedly placed it in his window when escorting the star into the studio for a taping of reality show The Marriage Ref, which Seinfeld produces.
Elizabeth Clark Zoia, a representative for Seinfeld, said he takes responsibility for the incident and apologizes, even though he was not aware the pass was being used.
