Surgery is never an easy thing to go through, but getting your wisdom teeth removed is apparently a wild emotional ride. Considering I don’t have to remove my own teeth (suckers!), I’m guessing the narcotics they put you on does some weird shit to your emotions.
Take for example, this girl who apologizes to her teeth for getting them removed. “They were trying to help me chew and I didn’t accept them!” she wailed during the drive back home. I wonder if losing all her baby teeth was a dramatic childhood experience.
Lindsay Lohan is apparently taking her time in rehab very seriously and staying clean and sober. RadarOnline reports that even after a painful dental procedure, Lindsay has refused anything to ease the aches.
“Lindsay had tooth surgery this week,” said a source close to Lindsay, continuing, “She had teeth removed and won’t even take any painkillers for the pain.” Lindsay has been seen as a complainer in the past, so it’s surprising that after a dental surgery she’d be so willing to stick to her program.
She is currently at the Betty Ford Center in California receiving treatment for her substance abuse addiction—namely her cocaine and alcohol problems.
“She’s taking her time at Betty Ford very seriously,” the source said. Well, you know what they say; the 5th time’s the charm! Err… at least we hope so for Lindsay’s sake.
Today was supposed to be the first day of Lil’ Wayne’s year-long jail sentence after the rapper plead guilty to attempted possession of a weapon in the second degree. As andPOP has already reported, Lil Wayne’s sentence start date has been delayed due to the rapper requiring “emergency” dental surgery.
However, “Weezy” didn’t leave home before saying a final good-bye to all of his fans.
“I’m out this bitch. To all my fans, my real fans, I really, really, really truly love you. I love you with all of me, for real. I’ll probably be loving everything else because I love you so much. Thank you from the bottom [of my heart]. Do not forget about me ’cause I will forever think about you, and I cannot wait for you to see me again. I’m out,” said the rapper as he choked back tears.
The sentencing for rapper Lil Wayne has been delayed until March 2 due to dental surgery, according to MTVnews.com.
His attorney made the announcement earlier today (Tuesday, Feb. 9) in a Manhattan courtroom. Wayne was scheduled to be formally sentenced by a judge and begin serving his one-year jail term that is based on a 2007 arrest for attempted weapons possession that resulted in a guilty plea.
