Lindsay LohanDennis DeSantis is claiming he will resort to legal action if Lindsay Lohan doesn’t pay the $12,310 she allegedly owes him, reports Perez Hilton.

Lohan racked up the bill renting various luxury cars from DeSantis’s company, Specialty Car Craft, in May. The fee for renting the cars is $10,260, while an extra $2,050 was added for detailing and towing required by the vehicles Lohan rented.

Lohan has not commented on whether the claims are legitimate or if she plans to pay DeSantis, who directs pornography films on the side.
