Denise Richards has increased security for herself and her daughters after Charlie Sheen public attack on her.
“Denise and her girls live a simple life,” an insider tells PopEater. “She wants Sam and Lola to have normal lives, but after the recent threats and verbal attacks, she has increased her security. When you are dealing with a mad man, it’s better to be safe than sorry.”
Although there has been problems with the couple for a while, the most recent incident took place when Charlie called Denise a “traitor and loser whore” via Twitter over allegedly stealing his dogs.
“How Denise has managed to keep all this secret for so long is a miracle,” a friend of the former couple tells PopEater. “If Charlie is willing to put those evil tweets out in public, you can only imagine what he has called Denise in private.”

Hollywood man whore Charlie Sheen had a wild night last night that has resulted in a hospital stay and an altercation with a female escort.
According to the New York Post, when the authorities arrived at around 2AM on Tuesday to The Plaza Hotel in New York City , Sheen was both drunk and naked, having badly damaged his surroundings in a fit of rage. Police described Sheen as being “emotionally disturbed” when they arrived.
According to Life & Style magazine that the star was entertaining an escort at the time of his alleged outburst. “She was fearing for her life and was naked,” the source says of the woman, who was allegedly hiding in the hotel room closet. “Charlie was incoherent but started screaming slurs at the cops.”
Sheen was given an option to go to jail or go to the hospital. He chose the hospital and was accompanied by his ex-wife Denise Richards.

With all the turmoil in his current marriage with Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen has decided to give full custody of his kids to ex-wife Denise Richards.
Richards and Sheen have two kids, 6 year old Sam and 4 year old Lola. TMZ reports that Richards and Sheen signed this agreement two weeks ago which gives Richards full custody. Prior to this new arrangement, both parents had joint custody.
Richards initially started this process after Charlie was arrested on Christmas Day. Sheen has been charged with felony menacing and misdemeanor assault, but the actor’s lawyers are said to be working on a plea deal.
Aspen authorities may call Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, Denise Richards, to testify about an incident that occurred when the two were married, reports TMZ. Richards claims the Two and a Half Men star got physical during an argument while she was holding their daughter, Lola.
“He pushed me, shoving me with his two hands between my shoulders,” she said. ”I was forced backward and tripped over one of the children’s toys and fell on the floor with Lola.” He then reportedly pointed his finger at her and screamed, “I hope you f*cking die, bitch.”
Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards faced quite the scare yesterday, as their two daughters were victims of a car collision.
Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, were being driven around by their nanny in a Mercedes SUV when the driver of a Honda made a sudden left turn, cut them off and hit two other vehicles.
Sheen rep Stan Rosenfield tells E! News, “I spoke to Charlie and the girls are fine. He is very grateful because the accident could have been worse. He was very grateful the girls were in their car seats and for the safety features of Mercedes.”
“The accident happened yesterday at 3:28 p.m,” said Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Lt. Richard Erickson. “A car pulled out from a side street before traffic was clear. The car pulled into the path of the car that contained the Sheen children.”
Erickson says that the driver who caused the accident was the only one injured. That driver was cited for failure to yield.
Charlie Sheen and new wife Brooke Meuller are expecting their first child together, In Touch Weekly is reporting.

Sheen did not attend the hearing as he was not required to do so but, according to his publicist Stan Rosenfield, the actor is content with the results.
“Charlie was very grateful and more than pleased with the court for how they dealt with the custody issues regarding his two children this morning,” stated Ronsenfield.
Sheen requested the emergency hearing and although his motion remains unclear, it is likely tied to Sheen’s revelation on Wednesday that their two daughters failed to show up for a planned visitation.
Actor Charlie Sheen has released a statement saying he is sorry for using the N word in an angry voice message he left for ex-wife Denise Richards.
The message, which is three years old, was leaked onto the Internet this week.
Sheen can be heard on the voice mail calling Richards the N-word and swearing profusely.
According to MSN.com, Sheen said in his statement, “”I deeply apologize by my choice of words to all I have obviously offended, especially to Tony Todd, an African American, who was my best man at my first two weddings.”
Sheen also said in his statement that his children did not show up for a custodial visit this week for which he has not received an explanation.
“So three and one-half years later, the reasons that caused the anger and frustration displayed on that voice mail continue to be manifested on a daily basis,” Sheen said.
Sheen has accused Richards in the past of using their children against him.
The couple divorced in 2006 and have been in an ongoing and heated custody battle for their two children.

According to sources, Richards is pretty desperate to get details about Sheen’s recent wedding to Brooke Mueller and has apparently requested an advanced copy of this week’s issue that will feature Sheen’s wedding on the cover.

After years of public bickering, name-calling and verbal mud-slinging, estranged exes Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen are finally making nice.
The ex-couple has reached an agreement in their two-years running bitter custody battle. No specific details of the deal have been released but it is reported that both parties are happy with the outcome.
“It is true that an agreement has been reached between the parties regarding their children,” Richards’ publicist said to E! News. “Denise is happy with the agreement and believes that it is in the best interests of their children. Although the parties have agreed that neither one will discuss the specific terms of the agreement, Denise is satisfied that the agreement has dealt with all of her concerns.”
The deal comes just months after Richards was pushing for legal grounds to cut Sheen’s visitation rights with their two young daughters. At the same time, Sheen was motioning for permission to hire his own childcare providers to watch the kids when both parents would be absent.
When the first reports surfaced that Sheen had adhered to Richards’ demands in the custody dispute, Sheen vehemently denied the rumours, calling them “absurd” and “derisive fiction.”
Now, E! Online reports that the settlement reached is favourable to both parties.

The “Wild Things” actress – who filed for divorce in March 2005 – still has to agree division of assets with her ex-husband as well as custody of their two daughters, but is now officially a free woman.
Charlie – who currently earns $350,000 an episode for his role in hit sitcom “Two and a Half Men” – is still seeking joint custody of one-year-old Lola and two-year-old Sam and has been having supervised visits with them since May.
He is currently dating 29-year-old actress and real estate investor Brooke Mueller.
Denise, 35, is dating Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora – the ex-husband of her former friend Heather Locklear.
Charlie, 41, has given the relationship his blessing.
He recently said: “Well, at least I knew the guy that she wound up with.
“To know that it’s somebody decent and smart and a good parent to be around your children, that’s a good thing.”

“The National Enquirer, Access Hollywood, Entertainment Tonight, Inside Edition, you name it, they’ve called,” RCMP Cpl. Peter Thiessen said, according to the Toronto Star.
“We’re still investigating to see what evidence might support any possible charges and whether it’s appropriate and in the public interest to lay a charge of any type,” Thiessen said. “We’re looking at other pieces of evidence that may be available through witness statements, video surveillance, those kinds of issues.”

A restraining order taken out against actor Charlie Sheen by his estranged wife, Denise Richards, has been extended once more.
According to People magazine, the court order will now be in effect through August 14, the date of the couple’s next hearing.
A judge, along with lawyers for both stars, needed only 20 minutes to hammer out the agreement in a closed-door hearing on Thursday.
The last restraining order taken against Sheen expired at the end of June, though the first such order was granted to Richards in April.
Sheen is required to keep at least 300 yards from Richards and their daughters, Sam, 2, and Lola, 1, aside from supervised visits with the kids.
The two married in 2002, with Richards filing for divorce in March 2005.
