Also in attendance were the rest of the rest of the ultra-good looking Beckham clan and, sitting right in front of them, Tom Cruise with his son, actor Connor Cruise.

David Beckham has announced he will be retiring from soccer after his current season with French team Paris Saint-Germain wraps.
The 38-year-old soccer star told The Guardian that he is thankful to PSG for giving him the opportunity to continue, adding “now is the right time to finish my career, playing at the highest level.” Beckham also mentioned he is honoured to represent England both “on and off the pitch.”
“I want to thank all my teammates, the great managers that I had the pleasure of learning from,” he said. “I also want to thank the fans who have all supported me and given me the strength to succeed.”
If we can’t admire him as he runs up and down the pitch, here’s to hoping Beckham chooses to dedicates his time to his underwear modelling career.

WTF: Expensive Leather Bear
I really do love Alexander Wang and am very much looking forward to seeing what he will do for french fashion label, Balenciaga. What I don’t love is this leather bear. There’s nothing cuddly about the bear at all, especially the $225 price tag. His sherling chest seems soft enough but please remember how terrible it is trying to sleep on a leather couch—you stick to it and it hurts like hell when you finally get off of it. So no, not cuddly whatsoever. Between this and designer skateboard decks (as a skating fan: blech), it’s safe to say I’m not a huge fan of typical items made luxurious because their over the top price tags are hardly practical. Nice try Wang, but I’m not buying it.
Beyonce and Jay-Z (duh) are the highest paid celebrity couple of 2012. Although they took some time off after having baby Blue Ivy, they scored big with Jay-Z’s Watch the Throne and Beyonce’s other ventures. Together, they earned $78 million which is absolutely INSANE!! Insane I tell you.
While you’re filing papers at work for less than minimum wage these two have forged a career they enjoy while cashing in big. I love them both but that salary seems a little lopsided compared to what most people earn.

David Beckham surprised 60 fans in Westfield Stratford City yesterday while they were posing for souvenir photos across from Olympic Park. The Galaxy midfielder hid outside an Adidas photo booth at a shopping mall and revealed himself from behind the wall. As soon as they saw him, their expressions changed to complete shock and excitement.
While I’d love to be photobombed by Beckham (yes please) I’m pretty sure my face would turn beat red and I’d erupt in a fit of nervous giggles. The most moving part is when one of the younger boys starts crying upon seeing his idol. ADORBZ!
Beckham is supposedly going to be involved in the London Games Opening Ceremonies on Friday even though he’s not on the British men’s soccer team. This clip shows what a genuinely good guy he must be!!

H&M just revealed its underwear commercial starring soccer icon David Beckham, who designed the entire line of undies himself.
“My design team and I spent 18 months developing the collection. It’s been a fantastic collaborative experience, and I’m very happy with the end result. Like every fan, I’m looking forward to Super Bowl Sunday,” he said in a statement.

Four of the hottest stars will honour ordinary teens doing extraordinary things at the third annual TeenNick HALO Awards.
Taylor Swift will join Lady Gaga, actress Jessica Biel and soccer phenomenon David Beckham as they award four young individuals who have made a difference in their communities.
HALO, which stands for “Helping and Leading Others”, will recognize teens like James O’Dwyer, who started the Magnolia Disaster Relief, a program offering aid to rural areas affected by tornadoes. Taylor is the celeb scheduled to present O’Dwyer with his award.
MTV News says Nick Cannon will host the special ceremony in Los Angeles. It will be broadcasted on November 6 on Nick at Nite.
Celebrity pinup couple Victoria and David Beckham have given birth to a baby girl (well Victoria did at least). The baby popped out Sunday morning in Los Anegeles, reports PEOPLE.
The baby girl has not been named, but she is weighing in at 7 lbs., 10 oz.
“Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz are excited to welcome their new baby sister to the family,” says Beckham spokesperson Jo Milloy.
If her parents are any indication, expect to see the unnamed baby on a runway in 15-20 years.
Orlando Bloom has been voted ‘Most Stylish Celebrity Dad,’ reports CTV.
The actor is a new dad to his five-month-old son Flynn, with supermodel wife Miranda Kerr.
In a poll conducted by MyCelebrityFashion.co.uk, Bloom beat out celebrities such as soccer star David Beckham and film hunk Matthew McConaughey for the top spot.
“With Father’s Day coming in the UK we wanted to put celebrity dads under the fashion spotlight. As a new dad, it was interesting to see Orlando Bloom fly straight into the charts and clinch the top spot as the ‘most stylish celebrity dad,’” says Andy Barr, the Marketing Director of MyCelebrityFashion.co.uk.

The couple are due next month, and have chosen the ‘Desperate Housewives’ star as the godmother among other friends like Gordon and Tana Ramsay and Heidi Klum and husband Seal.
Brooklyn and Romeo, their two sons, have famous godparents as well – Sir Elton John and Liz Hurley. Talk about lucky kids.
“Victoria ran it past David and they both want Eva,” a source told The Sun. “She’s extremely honored.”
Longoria is a long time friend of Beckham, and is reportedly thrilled over the news. ”She’s very loyal and very, very funny. Everyone loves her,” Longoria says of Beckham.

David and Victoria Beckham are welcoming a baby girl into their family, a source tells Perez Hilton. The two stars have three boys, Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, eight, and Cruz, six, but will welcome their first daughter into the family. I have no doubt in my mind that Victoria will dress her in Chanel and Prada baby clothes.
David made the announcement at an LA Galaxy press conference on Friday, March 11. Earlier, on Wednesday, David made a visit to the Los Angeles Children’s Hospital and said his wife is feeling good in her fifth month of pregnancy.
“She’s great, she’s very healthy. She’s feeling good. She’s in London at the moment working,” the Daily Mail quoted David. ”We’re very excited. It’s an exciting time for the family,” he added.
I’m so happy that they got a girl, I’m betting they really wanted one to balance out their three younger boys. Every parent says “oh, it doesn’t matter what sex it is!” but I know they are lying. Victoria, without a doubt, wants a little girl to dress up and go shopping with. I can just imagine the luxurious and brand-filled closet that little girl will have. Either that, or the daughter will be a true daddy’s girl and be into sports. Then, she will have the best coach to help her improve her game. So either way, it’s a win-win for this baby!
Victoria hardly looks pregnant, though. I mean – she’s in her fifth month of pregnancy and has only the slightest bump (if you can call it that). I don’t understand, does she not eat? Is this pregnancy a scam? Put on some weight, posh, it’s in style to have a belly during pregnancy!
Victoria Beckham is denying reports that she knows the sex of her forthcoming child.
The former Spice Girl has openly announced that she has no idea whether her next child with David Beckham will be a boy or a girl, but she seems excited either way.
When asked what the Beckham children thought of her pregnancy, Victoria said “They’re excited about having a little brother to teach how to play soccer. But, if it’s a girl, we’d be over the moon as well.”
Beckham added that they may decide to leave the baby’s gender as a surprise for labor.

Beckham has been accused of sleeping with a prostitute, who was quickly sued by Beckham’s crack legal team, and with a married woman, whose millionaire husband cited the affair in their divorce proceedings.
We sure hope all’s well in Beckhamland and that this new baby isn’t a last-ditch effort to save the high-profile couple’s marriage.
