We must give Sarah Palin one compliment – she is a hot grandmother. And she can now add another grandchild to her grandma resume.

Sarah’s son Track and his wife Britta (where do these names come from) of three months just had a daughter. The baby was named Kyla Grace Palin

“Kyla Grace is great. She’s beautiful. I’m very happy,” Britta’s Mom told Radaronline.

Hopefully this is more incentive for Sarah to drop her political aspirations and focus on being Grandma Palin.

Billy Bob Thornton’s Daughter Guilty Of Child Manslaughter

Billy Bob Thornton’s daughter has been found guilty of manslaughter, reports CTV.

The actor’s daughter, who has reportedly been estranged for years, has been found guilty of aggravated manslaughter of a child in Florida.

The Orange County State Attorney’s Office delivered the verdict on Friday to the 32-year-old, named Amanda Brumfield. She faces murder charges in the death of her best friend’s 1-year-old daughter, Olivia Madison Garcia, who passed in 2008.

Wow, not only is she guilty of murdering a child, but her best friend’s child? Disgusting.

Brumfield’s defence claimed the child hit her head after trying to climb out of a playpen. Prosecutors did not believe that for a second though, saying it was “impossible” that a fall from that height would cause the three-and-a-half inch fracture on the child’s skull.

This is a very tragic case, and I feel horrible for those affected. I can’t imagine what Thornton must think of his daughter.

Outkast’s Big Boi To Launch Kids Record Label With Daughter

Outkast rapper Big Boi is launching a kids record label with his daughter, Billboard reports.

The rapper says he and his 16-year-old daughter, Jordan, have formed Purple Kidz, a new record label that will launch in the coming weeks. The label will feature younger artists but will target fans of all ages.

“My daughter just turned 16 years old, and you can see it on MTV’s ['My Super Sweet Sixteen'], where they get cars, and things that depreciate and just don’t mean nothing,” says Big Boi. “I wanted to give my child something that she can grow and build and nurture. So I gave her her own label.”

Big Boi, 36, says that Purple Kidz’ first signee is Gabbie Rae, a 12-year-old singing prodigy who has appeared on ‘The Tyra Banks Show.’

The rapper, who already heads the Purple Ribbon All-Stars hip-hop label, says that he and Jordan are the sole partners on the new imprint.

As for Big Boi’s solo career, he says that all is running smoothly as he continues working on the follow-up to last year’s ‘Sir Lucius Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty.’

“I had a conversation with Barry Weiss, and he was like, ‘Hey Big, great album,’ and he’s ready for the next album,” says Big Boi. “And he wants it ASAP. So, you know, everything’s good.”

I actually think gifting his daughter with a record label is a really sweet gesture. Sure, she is probably spoiled to death, but he seems to be implying hard work on her. She will have to maintain the label and nurture it, as opposed to her just being a singer or model or whatever. I’m guessing she has a huge passion for music, so this path will be a good one for her.

‘Teen Mom’ Amber Portwood Afraid of Jail and Losing Her Daughter

We are embarrassed to talk about “Teen Mom’s” Amber Portwood but apparently it’s news. Amber is quite regretful about how life is shaping up, and she now prefers if she have never done the MTV show in the first place.

“I wouldn’t have been in jail because nobody would have known about it,” she told Life & Style in her first post-incarceration interview. In her view the TV show made the incident public, which in turn got her arrested.

In regards to losing her baby, “I just can’t even imagine not seeing my little baby if I go back to jail.” Unfortunately Amber is obviously a little nuts so that may actually happen, and it maybe in everybody’s best interest.

Jesse James’ ex-wife Janine Lindemulder wants full custody of their 6 year old daughter, but she unfortunately can’t afford the legal bill to fight Jesse.

TMZ reports that Janine gave up custody of their daughter Sunny James after being imprisoned for tax evasion in 2009.

As she can’t afford the legal bills, Janine has filed documents in Orange County, CA to ask a Judge to make Jesse cover her legal costs. She is seeking a 50-50 split in custody.

Lost’s Josh Holloway and wife Yessica welcomed a daughter on April 9 in Oahu, PEOPLE reported. They named their daughter Java Kumala Holloway.

PEOPLE reports that a source told them that “Dad and Mom are absolutely thrilled,” and that “Everyone’s happy and healthy.” The couple has been married since 2004 and this is their first child.

Holloway’s co-star Daniel Dae Kim said “When you talk to him about his baby, his face completely lights up.” Kim believes he will be a fantastic father.

Depp Makes Huge Donation To Hospital That Saved His Daughter

Who says a pirate can’t be generous? Johnny Depp donated £1 million yesterday to the hospital that saved his eight-year-old daughter’s life.

The Daily Mail reports that Depp visited Great Ormond Street Hospital unexpectedly yesterday to personally thank the staff. Last year, Depp’s daughter, Lily-Rose, contracted E. coli poisoning so severe that her kidneys failed. Production of “Sweeney Todd” had to be halted as Lily-Rose’s condition took a turn for the worse. But doctors at Great Ormond were able to save her.

“It was the most frightening thing we have ever been through,” Depp later said of Lily-Rose’s illness. “It was hell. But the magic is that she pulled through beautifully. Great Ormond Street was terrific, a great hospital.”

This isn’t the first time Depp has surprised the residents of Great Ormond. On Nov. 29, Depp donned his Jack Sparrow costume (which he had flown over from Los Angeles) and read bedtime stories to patients for four hours.
