When I was young I remember sitting in the living room scribbling with crayons in my Disney colouring book while my dad watched Cops. I don’t remember these two particular scenes, but if I saw them I really hope I didn’t understand what they were talking about.
The first clip features an addict demanding a crack cocaine refund from a woman and her son. She rants to the cop about the unfair ILLEGAL deal as though she was innocently buying a lotto ticket from the local Variety Store.
The second clip features an intense pursuit which results in a little person attempting to escape by climbing a pole. We have to ask, which scene has the better surprise ending?

Crimes in Canada are really getting out of hand these days. Two drunken University of Victoria students were heading home one night when they saw an effervescent chip package tempting them from an open garage. The hard to obtain chips, which are from the soon-to-be closed Zellers, were just too hard to pass up so the ladies decided to swipe them.
Awoken by her yippy Chihuahua, the homeowner alerted the authorities and the so-called chip bandits were discovered and arrested on Tuesday. They are now being charged with breaking and entering.
Investigators discovered the chips close to the crime scene.
“Apparently the chips had been accessed and there had been some illicit chip tastings,” said Sgt. Dean Jantzen at a press conference. “These are first time chip offenders” he said trying to stifle a laugh.
CTV reported on the incident with the most serious tone they could muster. While I think the charges are a little steep for something so silly, all I can think about is how I have to get my hands on some Zellers brand BBQ chips.

I KNEW something had to be captured on tape. Yesterday we talked about the new police report filed against Chris Brown for grabbing the phone of a young woman in Miami. Now there’s video of the woman just after the alleged incident. Brown is like a ticking time bomb these days so of course there would be paparazzi following him everywhere.
The woman, Christal Spann, was captured on video by TMZ telling the cops “He snatched my phone” and ” I just want my phone back.” Her two friends are also upset and one of them claims Brown told Spann: “Bitch, you not gonna put this up on no website.”
According to TMZ the police are aware of the video and are deciding whether to charge Brown. The incident seems believable to me. Spann seems focused on talking to the cops rather than the nearby cameras and seems to only want her phone back. Well, I would too! [TMZ]
Do you think he did it?
Nicolas Cage was arrested earlier this morning in New Orleans for alleged domestic abuse, reports Perez Hilton.
He was booked by the police at 6:33 am on one count of domestic abuse and one count of disturbing the peace. He is apparently still in custody.
According to sources, Cage was spotted violently shouting at his wife Alice early this morning on the streets of the Big Easy. The police were called by a passing cab driver, who additionally saw Cage push Alice into the street.
When the police arrived, it was clear that Cage was “very drunk,” but the cops were willing to let the incident slide, so long as he and Alice just went home. That’s when Cage allegedly dared the cops to arrest him and his behavior was disrespectful enough that the cops obliged him. He was carted off and charged with domestic abuse and disturbing the peace.
The Oscar winner faces $10,000 bond for the abuse charge and $1,000 for disturbing the peace. He’s tentatively scheduled to appear back in court May 31, though as it stands, no stay-away order has been issued.
He’s always been sort of a weird guy, so this news isn’t anything new. His mugshot definitely shows that he wasn’t in the right state of mind – some people just don’t agree with alcahol. Celebrities believe they are above the law, which is ridiculous, so I’m glad he got some repercussions for his actions.
TMZ reports that Heidi Montag’s Mother is currently at the home of Heidi and her husband Spencer Pratt and she refuses to leave.
The website reports that police have arrived at the home after the couple called the police. The website spoke to Heidi who says “My mom [Darlene Egelhoff] just showed up to the house unannounced … and after what did to me on national TV, I have no desire to see her.”
Heidi is referring to the recent episode of “The Hills” where Darlene says she does not approve of her daughter’s plastic surgery.
Heidi told TMZ that her personal security team were called and that her Mom is speaking with police.
Montag continues, “Her showing up is completely out of line and psychotic. I’m getting a restraining order against her.”

In fact, in addition to going out on patrol, Seagal is an expert marksman who has worked with their SWAT team and has instructed Jefferson Parish officers in firearms and hand-to-hand combat.
Until now, Seagal has never sought attention for his work with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office. However, over a span of almost two decades, he has regularly gone out on patrol and worked major cases.
