Britney Spears is no stranger to having her personal life broadcast to the public. But this time, it will be done using superheroes, powers, and action sequences.

The pop music star is the subject of a new one-shot comic book, reports Billboard. The comic is done by Bluewater Productions Inc.’s ongoing “Fame” series, which has profiled other celebrities including Lady Gaga, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, among others.

The Spears comic will focus on her rise to stardom, her documented private life and her efforts to be understood, said Patrick McCray, who wrote the issue.

“She is far more complicated than most people realize. No matter what preconceptions you have about her, there will always be more layers and surprises,” he said. “Beyond the performer, there is a real human being there, struggling for a real life, struggling to connect with her art, and struggling to be understood.”

“She was created in the Internet Age to be put on a pedestal, but no one can stand the glaring lights of celebrity that intensely,” Bluewater publisher Darren G. Davis said. “The title seeks to find the person within.”

The 32-page issue, illustrated by Ricardo Jaime, comes out Wednesday in comic book stores and online retailers.

An interesting concept – as a super-fan, I’m really tempted to buy this. I don’t know how Britney feels about her personal life being, once again, under scrutiny, but if it’s done in a cool way I’m sure she won’t mind.

Yes, comics and video games are not strange bedfellows, but EA is taking the next step and releasing (through IDW Publishing) comics revolving around their popular Army of Two franchise, as well as the Bioware RPG inspired Dragon Age. These comics will be available for purchase as hard copy, as well as digital versions for the iPhone, iPod Touch and “other emerging digital platforms”.

Interesting, to be sure. But what is perhaps the coolest thing about this announcement is that Orson Scott Card, author of the eternally awesome Ender’s Game will be involved with the Dragon Age comic. Booyah!

Alright, time for another award winning comic!
I’ve been busy warping up Metroid Prime Trilogy and have spent close to 90 hours on the entire set. Well worth it if you ask me so expect my review to go up shortly after this comic!

We all know ODST hit stores nationwide so it’s obvious that I had to do a Halo comic.
Seems like no matter how bungie tries to promote the game, it just isn’t the same without ol’ 117. Not to say it’s a bad game just … we miss Master Chief.

Well, this certainly was an interesting week…almost finishing my review on The METROID PRIME TRILOGY, played Arkham Asylum and unlocked tons of achievements and I saw Kanye act like a total douche on TV.
What else is new?? OH how about the MARVEL buyout?? It’s sad eh? But maybe that’s a plus for Marvel, imagine a good CG marvel movie made by Pixar?? Truth be told a lot of us aren’t sure yet since Disney just has this creepy vibe to it.

Don’t get me wrong I love the animated movies, just not sure I’d trust such cool source material with them. I mean what happened to a sequel to the stellar return of Turok?? (Disney bought out Turoks rights).

So this comic is LOOONG overdue.. and by now almost every artist has touched base on this topic.
I’m the last one then.

For the last entire week Ive sort of tried to get more exercise, maintain the weightloss and keep fit for the entire summer. You know how it is.. come early spring we all start working out like crazy, by summer things are good then BAM end of summer you look worse than you did in the beginning.

So anyhow, I’ve been taking long walks early in the morning. I’m up at 5 anyways.
Now I am walking  on a trail and it hits me.. something’s walking behind me.. I look back and nothing is there.

Didn’t really freak me out since there were other people in the park but for some reason my gamer toasted mind thought of PACMAN…
And so this NOT SO ORIGINAL COMIC was born.

So here it is! YAY new comic!

I should tell you I had trouble getting some of my software to work properly.. I just love hand drawn stuff too much but not to say I can’t use painter or PS. At the very least now you’ll get clear text and not some messy lazy hand written stuff (that I am  used to doing).

So Enjoy, what I believe is the next setting for the resident evil franchise.  Last week the producer of the series (if I’m not mistaken) talked about how they’re not too sure where the series will head towards.
Since resident Evil 5 seems to tie up most if not all of the lose ends in the series.. everyone’s wondering what new threat will either Chris or Leon face in the next installment.

Alright.. had some online troubles but I’m back with another gem… yes..

So the story goes that we saw overlord come out a while ago.. perform rather poorly and all of a sudden about a thousand platforms were covered with its sequel… I mean it’s on every system.

Made me wonder how such a title had gotten the green light. So here is my logic behind it.
Go ahead and try to find another reason why such a title got a sequel.

ALSO this week I got excited about the MMVAs! you know, the MUCH MUSIC VIDEO AWARDS!! probably the best thing out there when it comes to music award shows.. I mean it’s outdoors and it has great live performances!

So I did another comic.. Again it may be at the expense of Rob at andPOP. He was a great sport and I hope he knows it. But no ill intentions.. more like a tribute .. to my early work from 2 weeks ago.

Its been a very busy and unusual week. But Thanks to some much needed inspiration and direction I’ll be making a miniseries based on Prototype. I figured after every 3 to 5 comics ill do something of a change.. in style etc.. just to keep things interesting.

SO PROTOTYPE IS OUT NOW!!! Well it has been as of Tuesday, the 9th of June . The game is really fun and if you were a fan of Hulk Ultimate Destruction, well, you’ll love it.

Available for PS3 and 360.. and PC. You control Alex Mercer.. a strange person who wakes up in a morgue.. finding out the city is fighting some weird virus and you having no memory what so ever, things get even more complicated when you discover you have some pretty insane killer powers.

The main story arc is Alex is trying to remember and figure out his past.. By consuming people.. Literally consuming their minds.. assimilating these people with himself.. quite violent and entertaining. So Ive taken the liberty and made it seem like Alex just consumes their thoughts.. to make the comic sort of G rated.

Alright let me stress this, I LOVE andPOP.com!! I LOVE THEM!!
E3 came and went and we did not go. Every game writer here knows how dear E3 is to any gamer.
Especially Josh!

We were amazed at this years offerings and cant wait to see these games get released.

Anyhow for the sake of the comic, let’s pretend it’s pre- E3 and this is how things went down.. it only makes it funnier!
