Beyoncé’s back with a new collaboration and as usual she does no wrong. In this clip of The-Dreams new song “Turnt,” Beyoncé flawlessly lends her voice to the chorus. Rapper 2 Chainz also lends his talents to the track. The song is super catchy and just with this clip, its beat will be stuck in your head. The track is the first single off of The-Dreams latest album IV Play, which will be released later this month on May 28.

Between acting, studying and writing, James Franco (AKA celebrity superhuman), has released a duet with Smokey Robinson.
And to no one’s surprise, it actually sounds pretty funky.
The single, called “Crime”, is the first release from Daddy, a collaboration between Franco and musician-artist Tim O’Keefe. Their debut EP, MotorCity, was released on September 25th.
Meeting on a plane one day, James said the two clicked and decided to make music together.
“When we landed I woke up with a smiling face standing over me,” Franco told Spin Magazine. “He said, ‘Hey, I’m a big fan.’ I just stared. ‘It’s Smokey,’ he said. If Smokey Robinson was a fan of mine I wasn’t going to let him get away. Six months later after Tim and I had written the songs I called Smokey from Detroit and asked him to sing on one of the songs and he said sure.”
And as a musical duo was created, we were graced with this:
Having seen Franco sing “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You”, I wasn’t sure how I felt about him embarking on a musical career. But this new single proves that I might be wrong. What do you think??
No Doubt had a great surprise last night during a show in Las Vegas.
Playing to a massive crowd at the iHeartRadio Festival, No Doubt’s frontwoman Gwen Stefani invited fellow singer P!nk! on the stage to sing with the band.
Closing their set with the band’s classic hit ”I’m Just a Girl”, P!nk! came out mid-song and playfully did some push-ups as Stefani greeted her with a peck on the cheek. And as the two singers jumped around the stage belting along to the song’s verses, the crowd just knew that they had witnessed something amazing in person.
With No Doubt’s comeback album about to come out on September 25, this just makes me even more excited.
Taylor Swift came out of left field with this one, mildly shocking us all with a B.o.B collaboration, but I LOVE it. The song, “Both of Us” manages to fuse country and hip hop. It’s also another one of those songs that I want to put on after a long, hard day because it makes me feel a little bit better: “I wish I was strong enough to lift not one but both us
Some day I will be strong enough to lift not one but both of us,” she sings.
The song is on B.o.B’s forthcoming album Strange Clouds, which will be out on May 1. Though Swift only contributes two lines in the chorus, the harmony works.

It’s kind of strange that Deadmau5 would release a collaboration with My Chemical Romance’s frontman Gerard Way considering what he recently posted on his blog.
Deadmau5 went on his tumblr account and posted a lengthy rant against big name collaborations: “There’s a perfectly valid reason why I don’t usually enjoy the idea of a ‘collaboration’ … All too often, there’s an influx of ‘big names’ that would get thrown around the label from time to time and of course, they fly off the table and out the f**kin’ door faster than they hit my desk. eg. do you want to do a track with big name X, remix huge pop act y, etc etc.” Then he said: “No. I f**king don’t. I really REALLY don’t.”
The track then appeared online this morning but neither Deadmau5 or Gerard Way have confirmed that they are on it. However, a spokesperson for My Chemical Romance told NME that Way does appear on the track.
What do you think of it?
