Colin Farrell’s partner, Polish actress Alicja Bachleda, gave birth to a son, Henry Tadeusz Farrell Oct. 7, reports Perez Hilton.
This is Farrell’s second child. He also has a son born in 2003 from a previous relationship with model Kim Bordenave.
Irish actor Colin Farrell has been granted an extension to his restraining order against a woman who confronted him on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
As andPOP reported, the incident occurred on during a taping on July 20 when Farrell was appearing on the program as a guest. 31-year-old Dessarae Bradford, who was in the audience, began to approach Farrell and yell at him before being removed by security.
The BBC reports that the extended restraining order is good through August 2009. According to the order, Bradford has to stay at least 150 yards away from Farrell, his two-year-old son James and Kim Bordenave, the boy’s mother.
According to reports, Bradford has tried to take legal action against Farrell three separate times and have the restraining order revoked. None of her efforts have been successful.
During a taping of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, a woman from the audience leapt from her seat and began shouting at guest Colin Farrell on Thursday afternoon.
Reuters reports that Burbank police Sgt. Neil Gunn said no one was hurt during the incident, and that many originally thought it was part of a skit.
The woman was quickly snatched by security staff on the set, and a policeman at the scene told her she would be arrested for trespassing if she tried to return.
The heckler was identified as Dessarae Bradford by TV’s Access Hollywood. Bradford has file unsuccessful small-claims suits against Farrell alleging he badgered her with inappropriate phonecalls and text messages.
According to an audience member quoted by Access Hollywood, Bradford yelled at Farrell, “I’ll see you in court,” to which he replied, “You’re insane.”
The actor is currently promoting his appearance in the new film version of Miami Vice.
While actor Colin Farrell has bared it all for movies before, he’s not so comfortable with a sex tape he made with a former girlfriend appearing on the Internet.
The website dirtycolin.com was allegedly selling access to Farrell’s explicit tape before it was shut down yesterday. According to Farrell’s publicist, the site violated a court order blocking the 15-minute video’s release.
“A Web site attempting to distribute an unauthorized tape of Colin Farrell was shut down today. Mr. Farrell will take legal action against anyone who tries to distribute this tape,” said a statement issued by Farrell publicist Danica Smith.
However, that didn’t stop another website, idontlikeyouinthatway, to post what appeared to be censored stills from the video, reports the Associated Press. The site offered stills from the tape of Farrell engaging in sex acts with his ex-girlfriend and Playboy’s Miss January 2002 Nicole Narain. The site also posted a message from dirtycolin.com: “Colin tried to stop us from showing you this. Well, here it is anyways.”
This is not the first time Farrell’s sex tape has made headlines. Last year, Farrell sued Narain and accused her of trying to distribute the tape through an intermediary.
The actor argued that the tape was made more than two years ago on the understanding that it was to remain private. Its release to the public, he said, would harm his career.
A Superior Court judge in Los Angeles ordered that the tape be temporarily barred from sale, distribution or display.
Irish actor, Colin Farrell, 29, has been granted a temporary restraining order to stop the release of a sex tape he made with his ex-girlfriend, Nicole Narain, 31.
Narain, a Playboy model, attempted to make a commercial product out of the tape working with the owner of an internet porn business and contacting media. This all, of course, was after she made a oral contract or pact with Farrell that the tape would be for their own enjoyment only.
?Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Yaffe blocked Nicole Narain from selling, distributing, or displaying the 15-minute tape that show her and Farrell having sex?, reported Ireland On-line.
The lawsuit Farrell issued against Narain claims ?she did not have the authority to exploit the tape commercially,? said Ireland On-line.
The lawsuit also said ?the release of the tape would irreparably harm Farrel?s reputation and career.?
Obviously it?s a little late for saving any reputation, but the next court hearing is August 10.
Colin Farrell’s reputation for romancing the ladies of Hollywood has tragically backfired on him.
Farrell filed a suit against ex-girlfriend and former Playboy Playmate, Nicole Narain, in order to stop her from commercially distributing a sex tape they made two and a half years ago, fearing what the consequences could do to his career, according to E-online.
He is seeking general and compensatory damages, as well as a temporary restraining order and injunction prohibiting the tape from being sold.
Farrell and Narain met at the Playboy mansion and made the tape while in a “personal relationship” reports the New York Daily News. The couple also agreed no third party would ever view its contents.
The suit states Farrell’s representatives were contacted by David Scdmidt, who claims to represent Narain and wanted to arrange a meeting to discuss marketing the tape.
Although Farrell is reportedly distraught, he sparked headlines last year for his role in A Home at the End of the World, where the actor appeared in a full frontal nude scene.
Unfortunately, he joins a lot of other celebrities who’ve also filmed their private moments of passion.
