Chris Brown didn’t shy away from proudly singing Rihanna’s song “We Found Love” at an Orlando nightclub and TMZ has footage.
Brown was at Club Vain on Sunday night for an NBA All Star Weekend finale party. He was on the stage where everyone could see him and they all start cheering when the song came on. It sounds like the moment was sneakily constructed too, as the DJ calls out Chris Brown. No worries though, Brown knew the song by heart and awkwardly danced along with it.
Earlier this month we saw a controversial reconciliation between the two when they released collaborations on Twitter.

At the “California casual” Independent Spirit Awards — or as it’s better known, the cheap award show before the Oscars — Seth Rogen poked fun at Chris Brown.
Among jokes about Martha Marcy May Marlene and Drive, he burned Brett Ratner for being fired as producer of the Oscars. Ratner was recently fired for using the word “fag” during a Q&A session for his film Tower Heist. “You say a few hateful things, they don’t let you within a few hundred yards of the Oscars,” said Rogen. Then he recommended Ratner look to the Grammys because you can “beat the shit out of a nominee and they ask you to perform twice at the Grammys.”
Ouch! You know the world isn’t ready to forgive you when the entire entertainment industry is making fun of you — not just musically minded shows but movie award shows too. Although one nameless woman isn’t too happy about the joke, most of the audience erupted in laughter.
Brown continues to make headlines — whether it’s for award disses or his remix with Rihanna — but I’m sick of hearing about him. It kind of seems like we’re just validating his behaviour at this point by giving him more attention. But still, you have to admit Seth Rogen was funny! Oh, and if you want to fast-forward to the joke, it’s around 5:22.
Brittany talks about Sacha Baron Cohen’s Oscar dis, footage of Chris Brown’s robbery victim and a photo of Miley Cyrus outside a marijuana dispensary.

I KNEW something had to be captured on tape. Yesterday we talked about the new police report filed against Chris Brown for grabbing the phone of a young woman in Miami. Now there’s video of the woman just after the alleged incident. Brown is like a ticking time bomb these days so of course there would be paparazzi following him everywhere.
The woman, Christal Spann, was captured on video by TMZ telling the cops “He snatched my phone” and ” I just want my phone back.” Her two friends are also upset and one of them claims Brown told Spann: “Bitch, you not gonna put this up on no website.”
According to TMZ the police are aware of the video and are deciding whether to charge Brown. The incident seems believable to me. Spann seems focused on talking to the cops rather than the nearby cameras and seems to only want her phone back. Well, I would too! [TMZ]
Do you think he did it?

In the continuing saga that is Chris Brown’s life, comes a new police report filed against the singer for allegedly stealing a woman’s cell phone outside a Miami club. Sometimes people take advantage of a celebrity’s situation to get their name in print, but Christal Spann didn’t go straight to the National Enquirer’s offices, she headed to the local police department.
In the police report, Spann claims Brown and artist Tyga exited the club to a black Bentley. When Spann approached the vehicle to take a photo of Brown, he allegedly reached through his car window and snatched the phone from her hands. Brown allegedly told Spann, “Bitch, you ain’t going to put that on no website,” before grabbing the phone, shutting his car window and dashing off. The felony offence is listed as “robbery by sudden snatching.”
Oh Brown, he just can’t catch a break can he? Brown is still on probation for assault charges from the 2009 beating of then-girlfriend (and maybe current?) Rihanna. With the backlash of his behaviour at the Grammys there’s really no sympathy for him either. I’m wondering if anyone got it on camera considering how many paparazzi there are following him these days. [Access Hollywood]
On #FreshPressLive, Jordan talks about Adele flipping the bird during the Brit awards, Chris Brown picking a fight on Twitter and Obama Singing.
Last night WWE wrestler CM Punk called out Chris Brown to over six-hundred thousand followers. The wrestler probably wasn’t expecting a reaction but as Chris Brown has proven in the past, he’ll take any opportunity to talk sh*t on the internet.
andPOP would like to preface the following argument with a disclaimer: we do not endorse either of the disputing parties and refuse to pick sides on any disagreement that takes place over twitter. Having said that, here’s what happened.
CM Punk initiated the fight, taking the first shot at an easy target:
Chris Brown responded with a two tweet rebuttal, only to delete his second insult shortly after.
The deleted tweet sent CM Punk into a furious rant that was too long for twitter. He took to Twitvid to post his response.
(video credit: TMZ)
The feud eventually ended with an onslaught of feel good preachy bullish*t from Brown. See below (photo credit: Buzzfeed):

As we indicated above, it’s against our company policy to pick fights over twitter wars but we do enjoy them. The most entertaining part of the trash talking was the hashtags battle. Brown started a #notnopunks trend last night to which Punk retaliated with #aintnowomanbeater.
I look forward to Chris Brown picking taking on more of his haters, high school students and someday maybe even old people. Stay classy Twitter.
If I didn’t know any better, I’d say Rihanna is pretty damn tired of people picking on her ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown. Though the world won’t let go of Chris Brown’s previous sentence for her assault, Rihanna seems to have moved on. Just over a week ago, there were rumors of her and Brown reuniting at the pre-Grammy party followed by speculation that they were recording together.
Turns out those rumors were true, as they released two songs online featuring each other. Rihanna’s “Birthday Cake” and Brown’s new single “Turn Up the Music” are a surprise for some people who thought they severed all ties after the assault. Somehow though, I’m not surprised — it seemed to be coming.
On Monday, Brown wished Rihanna a happy birthday on Twitter. When she asked who wanted a cake he quickly replied “YIKES!!! Cake, cake, cake!” and a link to a remix of the song “Birthday Cake.”
Of course, rumors followed that the two are back together. I understand that the assault happened three years ago and that the media can spin a story from what actually happened. But I also know enough about the situation to know that these new songs leave me a little uneasy.
Brown was convicted for beating Rihanna until she was bleeding and unconscious in a rental car. In most professions, private life and public life are separate but when it comes to entertainment it seems to be inseparable. A lot of girls look up to Rihanna as a strong independent woman, but her flippant and public behaviour seems contradictory to the severity of the assault.
Billboard reports the duo were pressured to keep the song private. Instead, they put it up on Twitter and Rihanna remarked: “They can say whatever, Ima do wahtever… No pain is forever <—– YUP! YOU KNOW THIS.”
Brown tweeted “Let them be mad!!!!! We make music. Don’t like it, don’t listen! Turn up the music remix is coming soon too! Guess who’s on it?”
We’ll let you decide what you think about the songs for yourself.
Birthday Cake
Turn Up the Music
I know we’re all on a Chris Brown-hating rampage, but we do have to take a moment to admire the guy’s dance skills in his new video for Turn Up The Music.
The video, which was co-directed by Godfrey Tabarez and Brown himself, starts with him drinking booze out of a brown paper bag, hopping into a hoover-cab (yes a hoover cab) and asking to be taken to the best spot in town. Brown is definitely hopped up on something because everyone at the club is wearing animal masks.
Then we move on to the synchronized, Matrix-esque dance portion of the video. His moves are a mixture of Michael Jackson (of course) and even Justin Bieber’s Somebody to Love video ran through our heads at the andPOP offices.
What do you think of the video?
There are even more reasons to dislike Chris Brown today.
First we heard a story about an alleged pick up line he used at the Grammy gift lounge. I’m a little skeptical about this one because I just don’t see how he could make a joke about something so serious. A woman claims he came up to her and said:”Can I get your number? I promise I won’t beat you!” Then one of his friends yelled “That’s his new line!”
Brown’s mom, Joyce Hawkins, is also starting to get nauseous from her son’s behaviour. During the Sunday awards show either he or someone who was running his Twitter account wrote: “HATE ALL U WANT BECUZ I GOT A GRAMMY Now! That’s the ultimate F**K OFF!”
Radar Online is exclusively reporting that gis mom, who has stood by him in the past, doesn’t understand how the tweet was published in the first place. It’s not uncommon for celebs to have an assistant run their Twitter feed but still!
Chris Brown showed off his impressive footwork at last night’s Grammys but his presence left others feeling queasy. His controversial return to the Grammys comes about three years after he assaulted ex-girlfriend Rihanna, a night before he was scheduled to appear at the 51st Grammy Awards. Although the performance was seen as his “comeback” it was also seen as some type of screw you to any women who has experienced domestic violence.
However, some Tweeters released a slew of upsetting posts. If Brown’s performance didn’t upset you, these posts will probably do the job. They’re only a few of the countless tweets.

Chris Martin & co. are back with their latest video off their fifth studio album, “Mylo Xyloto”.
This Mat Whitecross-directed video features the chaps performing in a mysterious small venue before a lucky group of fans covered in glow in the dark paint. The fast-paced video features “Misfits” star Antonia Thomas and Elliott Tittensor from “Shameless”.
Coldplay look like they had a lot of fun on the set of “Charlie Brown”. This is probably their most cheerful music video to date. It’s nice to actually see a smile on Chris Martin’s face when he’s singing.
As we reported earlier, rumors were swirling that Rihanna and Chris Brown were getting back together. However, Brown denies there is any truth to that.
“He and Rihanna are just friends,” his rep tells ABC News. “He is with his girlfriend, Karrueche, and is not cheating.”
An informed source told Us Weekly that the former couple “meet up very casually,” adding, “She comes to see him anytime she’s in L.A.” Other sources say that “they can’t get enough of each other. I don’t see it ending well.”
“Rihanna loves to live dangerously,” another source added. “And talking to and hooking up with Chris is all part of that.”
Rihanna definitely does like to live dangerous. There is nothing more dangerous to your health than a beat down from Chris Brown. Hasn’t she learned her lesson?

Just like the Jay-Z story from today, we also hope this headline isn’t true either.
Many websites and magazines including US Weekly are claiming Rihanna is hooking up with her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown. We all know Rihanna’s been single for a very long time now. We also know Chris Brown is nothing but a violent and crude man desperately in need of anger management. This just doesn’t make sense.
Apparently, Rihanna likes to catch up with Chris whenever she’s in L.A. It’s been three years since he assaulted her.
One “insider” told US Weekly, “Rihanna loves to live dangerously, and talking to and hooking up with Chris is all part of that.” Sounds like BS to me. Rihanna may be a bad girl but she’s one hell of a smart, independent girl.
Even since repeatedly pestering that poor DJ to turn the record up in 2005, Robyn Rihanna Fenty has been a chart-topping powerhouse representative of Def Jam Records. With her collaborations dominating the charts as of late, it seems that the recipe to Billboard success is a Rihanna hook. After all, she has the most digital number-one hits with eleven and counting.
That’s more number-one’s than Stevie Wonder or Janet Jackson. That’s two away from Michael Jackson and nine away from the untouchable Beatles. Are we talking quantity, not quality? It’s up for debate. How does she compare to the Gaga’s, Perry’s and Beyonce’s?
Turn on the radio. Open a music magazine. And if they’re on a break from their teen-preganancy programming, watch MTV. From Maroon 5 to Eminem to Coldplay to Lonely Island, there is that familiar sultry croon of the official ambassador of youth and culture for Barbados. She is considerably the most-featured female singer of this millennium. She’s no Fitzgerald, or Goulding for that matter, but it’s either she has a remarkable talent or impeccable timing. OK, maybe Jay-Z has a little something to do with it.
Going back to 2008, she was featured on two of the biggest songs of the year: Maroon5′s “If I Ever See Your Face Again” and T.I.’s redemption-song “Live Your Life.” Two opposing ends of the musical spectrum that equally delivered as hits in their respective genres.
Recently, her collaborations haven’t slowed down, they’ve been unescapable on the pop-charts. She duels with Nicki Minaj, harmonizes on Kanye’s “All of the Lights”and even trades verses with Chris Martin in Coldplay’s “Princess of China” In response to his appearance on “What’s My Name?”, Rihanna flourishes in the role of a wounded-love on the title track of Drake’s upcoming Take Care EP.
Her solo success should not be ignored. In Billboard’s 53-year-history, Rihanna is in a third-place tie with the legendary Whitney Houston for most chart-toppers, behind Mariah Carey and Madonna. That’s a fine line between jaw-dropping and head-scratching. She was also named Digital Song Artist of the Decade in 2009, passing Mr. West, Beyonce and Taylor Swift.
In a recent study, the most popular videos on YouTube are unsurprisingly, music videos that occupy an incredible 86% of the top 60 most-viewed. What’s even more mind-boggling is that a trifecta of pop-artists total a 25% of those 60 videos: Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga and Rihanna. Bieber impregnates the rest of the pack with 1.664 billion views. Mother Monster rolls in with 842 million views and Rihanna clocks in with 715 million views.
With her new album Talk That Talk on the horizon (due out November 21), critical pop-singles are expected to stampede the airwaves. She took to Twitter on Tuesday to confirm that her mentor would appear on the title track: “Yes sir! Jigga man is on the title track #TTT.” What a clubhouse that must be, with Kanye and Jay meeting their female counterparts of Beyonce and Rihanna for an afternoon picnic.
Hova and Ri-Ri previously collaborated on her mega-hit “Umbrella” and he featured her on that Blueprint 3 power-house single, “Run This Town.”
She’s definitely beating Chris Brown’s success to death.
What are common New Year’s Resolutions? To lose weight, exercise more, or quit smoking. But in Chris Brown’s case, his resolution is to avoid interviews in 2012.
Tina Davis is Brown’s manager, and she explained it to Billboard. “[The goal for 2012 is to] not have him do interviews but to concentrate on performing and recording,” said Davis. “It was something we set a while back. We’re not trying to be rude, selfish or disrespectful to anyone in any way. If people are going to judge anything, judge him for his talent. He signed up to sing and entertain. Not talk about his personal life.”
That’s probably a good idea. Although Chris did do a lot of interviews in 2011, they generally didn’t end well. So Chris is going to keep questions to a minimum, and focus on music. Good idea Chris.
There’s never a dull moment on Twitter if you follow these outrageous celebrities, comedians and random humans on the social networking site.
Here at andPOP, we love reporting about the latest twitter feud (usually started by Chris Brown) or the latest awkward photo Jessica Simpson uploads. Needless to say, 2011 was an entertaining year on the internet.
Here are our top ten favourite Twitter accounts we recommend you follow, if you need more laughter in your life.
10. Justin Bieber

Twitter is usually the first place the singing sensations reveals important information. For instance, news broke out of his latest Christmas album by a simple tweet.
9. Questlove

We love following Late Night With Jimmy Fallon’s Questlove, because he’s always posting the freshest music and the funniest YouTube clips. He always adds his two cents, of course.
8. Slashleen

For an unknown girl in Toronto, Slashleen already has over 60,000 followers, waiting for her to make the next crude remark. Her latest: “When I get upset I think about rappers farting dollar signs of marijuana smoke and it cheers me right up.”
She may have the same intelligence and talent as a Kardashian, but at least she’s funnier to have on Twitter. You can tell Courtney loves to expand her vocabulary with a Thesaurus as she tweets such things as “As the sensuous streets of LA are saturated in residual raindrop romance… I seductively dream of delicate sentiments by the fireplace.” She definitely has a career in romantic fiction!
Braden Graeber tweets on behalf of Hipster Mermaid and he does a great job at it. The L.A. comedian is always on the cusp of what’s trendy and popular online.

One of the best female comedians around, Sarah never filters herself when she tweets to her 2 million followers.
4. Chris Brown

The aggressive hip-hop singer is always a good person to have on Twitter because you never know the next time he’s involved in a train wreck. A few months ago he got into a very heated argument with a female rapper from Toronto and we couldn’t look away.
3. Kanye West

Like Sarah, Kanye never filters himself on Twitter. Come to think of it, he never filters himself in real life, either. But the point is, following him on Twitter to get his opinions on basic day-to-day tasks is hilarious. “I just threw some kazoo on this bitch” is a classic Kanye tweet.
2. Rob Delaney

This comedy writer doesn’t have the same amount of followers as Kanye or even Kim Kardashian but we’re hoping more people follow him after this post. Rob always goes for the glory, especially with “Just found out my wife’s first husband also called 911 on her for farting.” His other funny tweets are more rated R.

We all jumped for joy when our favourite late night talk show host joined the Twitterverse. He may have 4 million followers around the world, but he’s only following one lucky fan back. Her name is Sarah Slowick and we’re incredibly jealous.
While we thank celebs for all the ridiculous news they make sites like andPOP write about, we hope said celebs are taking a moment today to ask themselves that they’re grateful for. Here’s what we think some celebrities should be thankful for on this American holiday.
Lindsay Lohan: Thankful for her lawyers. Without them, she’d be in prison still, eating stuffing from something that’s not a Turkey.
Mariah Yeater: Thankful for her baby. Because at least she’ll have somebody that actually values her now.
Kim Kardashian: Thankful for her big ass. At least next time she gets knocked down by the media, she’ll have a nice landing.
Kate Gosselin: Thankful for Spanx. And condoms.
Ashton Kutcher: Thankful that razors exist. Now he can shave his poor excuse of a beard.
Chris Brown: Thankful for sunshine and rainbows. No, actually, he’d want to punch that too.
As one man quits on Demi Moore, another man quits on Twitter.
Just when we thought we couldn’t escape the wrath that is Chris Brown, the guy goes and deleted his twitter account, according to the Superficial.
We posted last week about Chris’ latest outrage on the social media site. He lashed out at people who constantly bring up the violent incident with former girlfriend, Rihanna.
Technically, Chris Brown’s twitter handle @chrisbrown is still valid. He just deleted 99% of his timeline. All that are left are a few tweets. The last one, made on November 15 reads “live LIFE!”
With him dropping off the face of Twitter, we are one step closer to having him drop off the face of the Earth.
