Buddies Chris Brown and Justin Bieber were spotted having dinner together and gave a cheesy thumbs up to illustrate how much fun they were having. Bieber tweeted: “i will have the pasta. very nice.”

Meanwhile, Brown said on Instagram: ”Celebration dinner! We live our fans! But we hungry too!” We’re guessing he meant love…  It’s pure speculation but the dinner was probably in celebration of the Billboard Music Awards, where Bieber nabbed Top Social Artist and Brown took hom R&B Artist of the Year.
