Tallulah Belle Willis, the 17-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, has been arrested for underage possession, reports TMZ.
Law enforcement sources say cops spotted three girls getting out of a car in Hollywood at around 11:00 PM, carrying what appeared to be two bottles of alcohol. The officers probed further and determined it was indeed alcohol. Problem is, all three girls are underage.
Tallulah Belle and her friends were then cited at the scene for underage possession, but since Tallulah Belle is a minor, cops couldn’t just release her. They needed to find an adult to pick her up, so Tallulah Belle called Bruce , where Demi ended up picking her up. I bet she wasn’t happy.
Tallulah has appeared in “The Scarlet Letter” and “The Whole Ten Yards,” and seems to be well on her way to the troubled path of many other child actors. Just kidding, all youngsters go through a partying stage, so hopefully hers is short-lived and doesn’t continue on into her twenties (A-la-Lohan.) Bruce and Demi seem like cool parents, so I’m sure Tallulah will get a good talking to and smarten up.
I’ve got a question for you: how much are you willing to pay for the necklace that Lindsay Lohan stole? Personally, I’d say five cents, but I think even that might be too much.
According to TMZ, Kamofie and Co., the store Lohan stole a necklace from, is auctioning off the necklace for charity.
Lohan, who was reported to have stolen the $2,500 necklace back in January, is being charged with felony grand theft by the L.A. County District Attorney. According to TMZ, Lohan claims that the necklace was a loan, and a video has recently surfaced showing Lohan wearing the necklace around the store for at least 45 minutes, and even talking to the store owner, before leaving.
“We have decided to sell the diamond necklace through auction, and give the proceeds to charity,” said a representative from Kamofie and Co. “We invite the public to make suggestions as to the most appropriate charity to receive the benefit of the sale’s proceeds.”
Good luck raising more than $10! If Lindsay didn’t even have $2500 to spare on it, what makes them think anyone else will?
Now, I know your money is burning a hole in your pockets after hearing this, but unfortunately you’re going to have to keep it in your wallet for a little while longer! According to the rep, the auction won’t take place until after the case is resolved, “by plea bargain, or trial or some other means.” Until then, the L.A. County District Attorney is holding the necklace as evidence.
Do they really think that Lindsay’s necklace will be able to top Justin Bieber’s hair selling for $40,668? The sad thing is, it just might!

Ben Harper, former guitarist for Yellowcard, was arrested on May 14 for suspicion of DUI, reports MTV.
According to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s department, Harper’s vehicle was pulled over at 4:27 a.m. for speeding. The officer smelt what appeared to be marijuana in Harper’s vehicle.
“The officer then asked me to perform a Breathalyzer test, and I declined, because I had been at a show and had a few drinks,” Harper told MTV News.
He was arrested under suspicion of DUI, took the test at the station where, according to Harper, he blew a number over the legal limit.
He was released on bail for $5,000 and is set to return to court on June 8 for charges relating to a separate speeding incident.
Former “Lost” star Michelle Rodriguez is facing jail time yet again, according to eOnline.
This after the actress admitted to breaking her 2004 probation agreement for a DUI charge with the Los Angeles court systems.
Rodriguez was pulled over in Hawaii in December of last year and charged with DUI. She spent four days in jail and paid a $500 fine. It was because of this infraction she faced new charges in L.A., as the charges in Hawaii had violated her parole from her 2004 incident in L.A.
For her new sentence, it is expected she will spend 60 days behind bars, serve 30 days of community service for the L.A. Sheriff’s department and she must abstain from alcohol while undergoing an educational alcohol monitoring. As well, her probation was extended until 2009.
It is assumed Rodriguez will turn herself in by May 31.
