Isn’t he always kind of drunk and high? Andy Dick was arrested last night in Temecula, CA after cops say he was acting disorderly. Police say he was under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

TMZ reports he former “Celebrity Rehab” star was taken to a nearby jail … where he was booked at 9:48 PM. Bail was set at $500.

Somebody call Dr. Drew.

Michael Lohan will be part of next season’s Celebrity Rehab, Radar Online has learned.

Dr. Drew Pinsky’s VH1 reality show will also feature ‘celebrities’ such as actress Bai Ling and Jeremy Jackson from Baywatch.

“I am at Celebrity Rehab and participating in the show to deal with the issues of codependency, to stop getting involved with and living through people who have addictions, who exhibit negative behavior and to avoid living vicariously thru them,” Lohan wrote. “I am looking to give my life the balance.”

So basically, Michael is saying he’s going to rehab so he’ll stop meddling with his daughter Lindsay’s life. As we all know, Lindsay Lohan has just come out of rehab and is slowly on her way to recovery. Props to her, she’s on the right path. But her path has been a bumpy one as Michael insists on telling the media every single detail of her life. And Dina? Well, Dina is the one who needs rehab the most, but we won’t get into that.

And now her father is going into rehab for ‘balance’? I mean, come on. The man obviously has bigger problems than what he says he does, and I think he needs to go to rehab for more serious things. And maybe he should do so, say, not on a TV show for the whole world to see. Fame whoring is what he’s addicted to, and that’s pretty much what he says he’s getting treated for. So good luck with that.

I don’t think his talking to the media will stop anytime soon. As long as Lindsay is involved in some sort of scandal, Michael will be there. Talking, blaming, and talking some more. But at the end of the day, I wish he would realize he is causing the biggest problems in his family. Just keep your mouth shut, don’t get television deals, and be a father. I bet you Dr. Drew doesn’t have that kind of advice.

Perhaps that last tidbit was obvious foreshadowing, but TMZ is reporting that Starr was in possession of six pills of a painkiller called Opana and six pills of Xanax, a well-known anti-anxiety drug earlier today.

According to the report, Starr didn’t have a prescription for either drug and was therefore arrested on 2 felony counts of possession of a controlled substance.

He was taken to a nearby police station where he is still being held on $20,000 bail.

TMZ is reporting that former ladywrestler Chyna was admitted to UCLA medical centre earlier today. Initially it was thought that she had alcohol poisoning, especially due to her complicated past with the substance, but it was later discovered that she overdosed on Benadryl.

Chyna took 4 to 5 times the suggested dosage of the allergy medicine to help her sleep last night. She woke up this morning unable to walk and with intense nausea.

It looks like the WWE star is going to be fine. She’s been put on an IV drip in the ER to rehydrate and will probably be released soon.

Chyna’s substance abuse problems came to light on Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehab, where she openly admitted to having a severe alcohol dependency. Hopefully that addiction hasn’t been transferred over to Benadryl! That stuff can’t be good for you in high doses.

It now has become public why Rachel Uchitel ran away from “Celebrity Rehab.” And it has nothing to do with Tiger Woods.

Sources close to the production tell TMZ that Uchitel’s breaking point occurred during a one on one therapy session where they discussed her father’s death. Uchitel’s father died in his 40′s due to a cocaine overdose. Rachel was 15 at the time.

Rachel left for the night but returned the following day after being encouraged by her fellow cast mates.

Donald Trump initially offered Rachel Uchitel a spot on NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice,” however Trump has taken the offer back.

PerezHilton reports that once he heard that Uchitel was appearing on “Celebrity Rehab,” he rescinded his offer.

“It’s a terrible decision. We have zero interest in her now. Look at what Celebrity Apprentice did for Piers Morgan. He’s getting Larry King’s job. She made a bad mistake.

“Celebrity Apprentice is a huge show and Celebrity Rehab is not. I have 10 people who want to be on the show for every slot that’s available. I’m moving on.”
