This fall we certainly are getting our fair share of killer deals, just like the CAPCOM TRIPLE PACK!
Out on store shelves now, for your 360 you can pick up Dead rising/Devil May Cry 4/Lost Planet for the amazing low price of $39.99. All three titles have been platinum hits best sellers and sold 3 million copies in North America alone.
Hey if you haven’t played at least one of the three titles, it’s totally worth picking up this compilation.

Announced earlier this week three Capcom games will be making the PLatinum Hits triple Pack coming out September 8 2009. With Lost Planet Extreme Condition: Colonies Pack, Devil May Cry 4, and the zombie fest Dead Rising available for an ultra low suggested retail price of $39.99. Available only for the Xbox 360, this triple platinum pack is sure to please a lot of gamers out there.

With three top notch titles at such a low price, if you haven’t played most of the games included, you owe it to yourself to try them out!

Marvel VS Capcom 2, successor to one of the greatest fighting games ever released, is now available on the PS3 over the PlayStation Network or any GameStop location.

It goes for $19.99, and if you get the retail box, not only do you get the download code for the game, but also a month’s subscription to the Marvel online digital comic library. But, there’s only 15,000 copies of the retail box, so don’t wait!

Pretty sweet deal… now where the hell do I find a GameStop?’

Monster Hunter Tri Is Coming To Our Side Of The World, Wii Style.

I’ve played Monster Hunter before, I’ve enjoyed it at first but then a few things always bugged me. First off I would always play it on the PSP, the screen was too small and the controls hurt my hands. Secondly, The online play would force me to use my PSP at home, something I am not a fan of (if I’m gaming at home, I want to play a console). Third, there was no local split screen type of gameplay. Finally, no one in North America really knew of Monster Hunter so it was tough to talk about it in public. Luckily, it looks like all this will soon change!

Monster Hunter Tri is coming to North America and Europe in 2010, and it’s coming on the Wii! With this new rendition, not only will we be able to play what the Japanese gamers have been able to enjoy for years, but we also get to enjoy it on a broader platform.

Monster Hunter Tri will have four player Online Co-op (a must for monster hunter titles), 2-player split-screen action (for when you have a chum over, and new underwater environments.

Thanks to Capcom, maybe the Monster Hunter craze will finally catch on in North America beyond the few PSP titles out there now. The facts again: Monster Hunter, Wii, early 2010.

Marvel VS. Capcom 2 Is Finally Here, And It’s Glorious

That’s right folks, if you’re anything like me (and I guess it’s ok to assume that you are not… or else the world would be a very strange place) than you’re stoked for Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 to finally make it’s way back onto our consoles and our hearts.

Available for download NOW on Xbox Live Arcade for 1200 MS points (later on PSN), Marvel Vs. Capcom has stood the test of time and is back for another round on this generation of consoles (as long as it’s PS3 and Xbox 360). With MvC2 players can now battle online as one of 56 Marvel or Capcom fighters utilizing unblockable attacks, infinite combos, and other frustrating maneuvers that everyone online seems to be able to do except for me.

Want to see who would win in a fight between Wolverine and Ken? Perhaps Spiderman Vs. Megaman? Ohhh how about M. Bison pitted against Magneto? (I don’t know about you but it feels like the Marvel characters would ususually be the ones to come out on top). Forget Mortal Kombat Vs. DC Universe, this is the real deal here.

Spyborgs FTW (For The Wii) in Sept. ’09

Capcom’s new action-packed beat-em up title Spyborgs continues such successes as Final Fight in the two-player co-op brawler genre.

Players will take control of one of three cyborg heroes – Bouncer (the heavy hitter), Stinger (the balanced fighter) and Clandestine or “Clan” (the quick, agile-fragile one). Together or solo they can traverse the four-chapter saga and pound on robots and other enemies.

Looks interesting… with “look” being the operative word in that sentence. Spyborgs‘ real surprise is the graphics, which are way above the bar set by previous Wii titles.

So if you’re looking for some good old bionic death-dealing cyb0rg chainsaw nuclear cross-dressing megadeath action, check out Spyborgs on the Wii, being released September 29th!

Marvel vs. Capcom 2 gets a solid date! … for Xbox

That’s right boys and girls, men and women; My favourite (and quite possibly some of yours as well) arcade fighter Marvel vs. Capcom 2 has finally decided on a solid date to release their awesomeness to the downloadable console world. Only July 29th, 2009 players from AROUND THE WORLD will have the opportunity to pit the Hulk against Ryu, Spiderman against Megaman and pretty much have one of the most out-there battles I can think of pitting… well, Marvel characters vs. Capcom characters… part 2.

As mentioned above, the release date to download Marvel vs. Capcom 2 on Xbox Live Arcade is July 29th globally and will set you back 1,200 MS points. This release is part of Microsoft’s “Summer of Arcade” promotion and I don’t know about you but I plan on getting alot of online play out of this title when it finally lands.

Unfortunately there is still no date for the release of Marvel vs. Capcom 2 for the PlayStation Network, however we are told it is coming soon.

Capcom Secures MotoGP Rights Until 2012

MotoGP fans everywhere can sleep comfortably knowing that Capcom has secured the exclusive platform rights for the video game until 2012.

To refresh your memories: THQ has published all the previous iterations of the MotoGP series including the last two next-gen versions, 06 and 07, while Capcom purchased the rights to publish a PS2 version back in 2007.

This new agreement covers all platforms and grants Capcom the exclusive right to publish games based on the MotoGP franchise.

“We are very excited to have signed this long term agreement with Dorna Sports, which for the first time grants one publisher worldwide multi-platform rights to the adrenaline fuelled world of MotoGP,” said Mark Beaumont, executive vice president, officer and head of Capcom’s consumer software publishing in the Americas and Europe. “We feel this move to a single publisher will greatly benefit our ability to develop titles that deliver more authenticity and excitement to the consumer.”

Equally happy are Dorna Sports, owners of the MotoGP franchise.

“Capcom has already shown its ability to deliver a title that captures the essence of MotoGP and we look forward to working with them over the next five years,” said Carmelo Ezpeleta, CEO of Dorna Sports.

Capcom announced that it plans to release a game based on the 08 season on the Xbox 360, PS3, PS2, Wii, PC and mobile devices but no release date is set.
