‘Harry Potter’ star Emma Watson is enrolling at Oxford University, reports CTV.
After quitting Brown University in April, the actress will now study English at the prestigious British university in October.
Watson said she found it difficult trying to juggle filming, modelling and studying at Brown.
“Recently I’ve had so much to juggle that being a student AND fulfilling my other commitments has become a little impossible,” says Brown. ”I’ve decided to take a bit of time off to completely finish my work on ‘Harry Potter’ and to focus on my other projects.”
Now that she has a little more free time since ‘Potter’ filming is done, Brown can focus more on her studies. Since she has lived in Oxfordshire practically her whole life, she will probably find it much easier to attend Oxford as well.
Watson said she underestimated how famous she was at Brown, saying “I was in denial. I wanted to pretend I wasn’t as famous as I was. I was trying to seek out normality, but I kind of have to accept who I am, the position I’m in and what happened.”
Good for her for sticking with school, though. I can imagine how difficult it must be with a full-time career, but she seems smart enough to pull it off.
R&B star BOBBY BROWN was fighting to save his marriage to WHITNEY HOUSTON right up to the point when she served him with divorce papers, according to the singer’s manager/friend Alicia Etheredge.
Etheredge, who has been romantically linked to the My Prerogative hitmaker since his marriage split, claims Brown never gave up on his marriage – and always felt he could repair the damage done by repeated prison stints, drug-taking allegations, child welfare controversies and public spats.
She says, “Bobby is like a romantic… I just know that he tried until he
didn’t have a choice, because even when I saw him at the hardest time, he was still hoping and believing that they were somehow gonna reconnect and get it together.”
Etheredge claims Houston and Brown were considering counselling to fix their broken marriage when the diva decided to end it.
She adds, “They were going to go to therapy or whatever and none of that
happened.”
But, despite the heartbreak, Brown isn’t giving up on marriage.
His manager reveals, “I think that Bobby is a big romantic and really does
believe in love.
“His parents are still married after all these years and I think that he will
find that again.”
Etheredge has denied reports she is engaged to Brown, insisting the pair are just long-time friends and business partners. (KL/STS/GES)

Troubled singer BOBBY BROWN insists executives at a Washington, D.C. radio station did not bail him out of jail, despite press reports.
The 39-year-old claims his friends raised the funds and bailed him out of prison and accuses radio station bosses of lying about providing the cash.
Brown was arrested in Massachusetts on February 25 for failure to pay child support, and spent three nights behind bars before posting $19,150 bail.
Bosses at local radio station Hot 99.5 claimed they bailed Brown in exchange for a week of on-air appearances.
The DON’T BE CRUEL singer has since called into the TOM JOYNER MORNING SHOW and slammed the radio station, explaining, “That didn’t happen. They didn’t pay it. A bunch of my friends got together and got me out.”
Brown’s lawyer, PHAEDRA PARKS, told Joyner she had spoken to the radio station about a possible deal, but “they never paid a penny” and that Brown’s brother TOMMY actually collected the bail money.

After mourning the loss of her partner James Brown, Tomi Raye Brown has something else to cry about.
The 36-year-old was greeted with a padlocked door upon arrival at the South Carolina home her and Brown shared with their five year-old son.
“This is my home,” she told a reporter for a Georgian newspaper outside the gate of the house.
“I don’t have any money. I don’t have anywhere to go.”
According to Brown’s lawyer the two weren’t leagally married.
Tomi Raye Brown met the godfather of soul in 2001 and at the time was married to a Texan. The two never went on to sanctify their union.
