If you can recall, back in 2009 Charlie Sheen was arrested for assaulting his then-wife Brooke Mueller at a ski resort in Aspen, Colorado. Now, it seems Brooke’s been drinking Charlie’s “tiger blood” because she’s now been arrested in the same location.

The National Post is reporting the actor’s ex-wife was arrested over the weekend for assault and cocaine possession, or as Charlie calls it, “winning”.

The Aspen Police Department were notified by a woman that Brooke began attacking her. Brooke was found and arrested at a bar after midnight for the attack as well as cocaine possession. She posted bail at $11,000 bond but will show for a court hearing on December 19. Nothing says “happy holidays” like sucking on candy canes in prison.

Brooke Mueller in Mexico for Rehab

What’s the first place you think of when you think rehab? Why it’s Mexico of course. You would only assume the drug capital of the world would have a fantastic rehab program. Well, that’s Brooke Mueller’s thoughts at least.

TMZ reports that Brooke is heading to Cancun (a nice relaxing town without distractions) to a facility that specializes in using a special drug that is illegal in America. The drug is called Ibogaine and it comes from the iboga plant. Some studies suggest that it stops addiction to alcohol, cocaine, methadone and heroin.

We honestly wish Brooke the best of luck, but we do see some issues with the plan. Most notably a treatment facility in Cancun seems out of place, and we are skeptical about this drug. Nevertheless at this point Brooke should be open to anything, considering she is walking around town with a crack pipe. So the good news is this treatment can’t make her condition any worse.

Didn’t expect that headline did you? Rumors are swirling that Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are back hanging out. OKKKKK…….

TMZ reports sources say Brooke has even implied there could be a reconciliation. Brooke says they started hanging out again after the last Goddess moved out. Charlie has been a virtual shut in since that occurred.

The couple do have a lot in common, like:

- A couple of kids

- Recreational drug use

- Crazy sex life

- Drugs

- Irrational behavior

It’s true love and its fate. Good luck to the lovely couple.

If there was ever a couple that should be drug tested on an hourly basis, it’s Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller. However these parents of the year negotiated within their custody settlement that neither requires drug testing, reports TMZ.

This is an extra disturbing considering Charlie Sheen is obviously an onbnoxious cocaine mess, and Brooke was spotted late last week carrying a makeshift crack pipe. And the fact that they both requested a lack of drug tests in their settlement obviously proves something is going on.

The good news is some lucky psychiatrists are going to make a nice chunck of change helping Charlie and Brooke’s kids over the next 40 years. So Obama thanks Charlie and Brooke for helping stimulate the economy.

Brooke Mueller Hooked on Crack and Wearing a Toronto Maple Leafs Shirt?

TMZ has got hold of some photos of Brooke Mueller holding what is believed to be a makeshift crack pipe, and she’s also wearing a Toronto Maple Leafs t-shirt (Mike Myers must be so proud).

Mueller recently just finished another stint in rehab. Ironically she has custody of her kids, and was able to convince a judge that Charlie Sheen was not a fit caregiver.

An unfortuante situation – nice t-shirt though!

Charlie Sheen Salary Garnished for Child Support

Although Charlie Sheen has yet to miss a child support payment, his wages have been garnished to cover support payments moving forward.

Apparently Brooke Mueller doesn’t have confidence that Charlie will keep up with his payments. So according to TMZ, Brooke’s lawyers convinced a judge that the studio must pay Brooke directly.

So moving forward, Warner Bros. will be sending Brooke a cheque directly for $55,000 a month. Seems a little unfair considering Charlie hasn’t missed a payment, however we can see Charlie blowing all his money on some magic hookers. So it’s probably for the best.

With that being said Brooke is hardly an upstanding citizen, so it’s not inconceivable Brooke will blow the cash too.

Charlie Sheen Is Selling His Mega Mansion

Everyone’s favourite crazy person, Charlie Sheen, is selling his infamous Beverly Hills mega-mansion… for a very cool price of $7.2 MILLION.

According to TMZ, Sheen has just listed the 7,924 square foot estate, marketing the place as a “Celebrity Home” complete with 5 bedrooms and 7 baths.

It also comes with several sexually transmitted diseases.

Charlie struck a deal with his ex-wife Brooke Mueller in their divorce, in which he paid her $1 million to take sole ownership of the house. And now he’s selling it. He just has money to blow, doesn’t he!

The listing reads: “This custom-built Mediterranean in Mulholland Estates is an entertainer’s dream with spacious public rooms, most of which open to a beautifully landscaped yard featuring a professional outdoor kitchen with dining area, pool and spa. Other features include a screening room and top-of-the-line appliances and finishes.”

They make it sound so romantic and beautiful, when really, it was just a very large crack house and stripper den. But I know many people out there are obsessed with celebrity memorabilia, so some rich dude will buy the house and live vicariously through Sheen’s past.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller Officially Divorce

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have officially divorced, reports Perez Hilton.

After months and months of craziness and battles on both sides of this marriage, the couple have at last reached an agreement.

Here’s what’s been agreed upon:

Brooke will receive $55,000 each month in child support from her former husband. She’ll also receive a one-time payout of $757,698 and $1 million for her share in the home, which Sheen will end up keeping.

Plus, in the legal documents it indicated that child support for their twins, Bob and Max, will not be less than what he paid to his former wife Denise Richards for his daughters, Sam and Lola.

This is hard blow to Sheen, who recently was denied full custody to the children.

I think this payout is fair, though. Sheen can afford it, and Mueller deserves it after putting up with his crazy antics (not to say she’s perfect.) Do you think Sheen will ever find love again? I don’t know if his goddesses count as true love, but maybe he will take to the alter with one of them. Only time will tell.

Charlie Sheen Loses Custody Battle

Charlie Sheen has lost his custody battle against estranged wife Brooke Mueller.

The actor, who was hoping to win primary legal and physical custody of their two-year-old twins Bob and Max after Mueller refused to take a drug test last Friday and entered rehab. His plea was rejected.

Mueller, who was in court, seemed “unsteady on her feet”and “glassy-ed” at the hearing but smiled as she left, according to RadarOnline.com.

Sheen on the other hand, had no comment.

While on tour with his “The Violent Torpedo of Truth” show, Sheen reportedly left after his stop at Connecticut last night to be in L.A. for the hearing this morning to ask a judge for full custody of his sons, and possibly take them on tour with him for the final two weeks of his show.

It was said that Mueller refused a drug test last week, which was required as part of her custody settlement with Sheen. According to TMZ.com, video footage was caught of her hocking items in a pawn shop, generating rumours of a relapse. She later checked into rehab.

Sheen first learned of the news about Mueller during his second show in Toronto. Halfway through his performance , comedian Russell Peters (who co-hosted the Toronto gigs), read the report from TMZ about Mueller refusing a drug test, which the former Two and a Half Men star took to mean that he would be regaining custody of his children.

“I’m in Toronto and I get the best news of my life,” he said.

But seeing that Sheen has lost his custody battle, the actor certainly hasn’t been “winning” lately. His entourage also took a hit as one of his goddesses, porn star Bree Olson, decided to leave the tour, and return to her home in Indiana.

We don’t think anybody could call this a surprise – Brooke Mueller is back in rehab reports TMZ. After trying to pawn some items in Inglewood, CA last week, and refusing a drug test as part of her custody settlement with Charlie Sheen, Brooke has decided to get some help.

Sheen’s lawyers are going to court Tuesday to fight this issue, saying Brooke’s rehab stint is a stall tactic.

Whoever wins the custody of the kids probably will just be the lesser of two evils, and not necessarily a qualified parent. We think custody should go to Martin Sheen. He seems like a cool guy and he did a great job with Emilio Estevez.

Brooke Mueller Tries Pawning Men’s Watch for Cash

You would think with $55,000 a month in child support, and a multi million dollar marriage settlement with Charlie Sheen, Brooke Mueller would be OK for cash. So why is she at a pawn shop?

TMZ reports Mueller was in a pawn shop in Inglewood, CA trying to pawn an expensive radio and a men’s watch. Unfortunately a store employee reports they couldn’t do the deal as Mueller couldn’t produce ID.

So its a pretty safe bet that Brooke has probably fallen of the wagon. Luckily sources say Brooke’s mother is caring for the twins.

Can you imagine having your mother as Brooke Mueller, and your father as Charlie Sheen? With the exception of having a great hookup for cocaine, these kids are screwed.

Charlie Sheen’s Sons Taken Away by Police

As if Charlie Sheen hasn’t dominated news headlines already, here’s another story to keep you shaking your heads.

Police arrived at Sheen’s doorstep yesterday, taking his two sons with soon-to-be ex-wife Brooke Mueller after Mueller filed for a restraining order against Sheen following what her lawyer says was ”specific, descriptive threats.” The restraining order, which Mueller obtained a couple days ago, requires Sheen to stay 100 yards away from her. But of course this doesn’t bother him – he reportedly told TMZ that he was considering getting a restraining order against Mueller anyway, due to her erotic behaviour. Right, that’s what they all say.

Mueller is also fighting for custody, telling the judge he should return her sons to her after Sheen’s blow-up during a trip to the Bahamas with Mueller last week, along with the string of Sheen-bursts, following the cancellation Two and a Half Men for the remainder of this season. And apparently, the judge agrees – who wouldn’t?

According to Perez Hilton, this isn’t the first time Mueller has demanded the courts to take her sons away from Sheen’s home. Mueller had originally gone to the Beverly Hills Police Department with her plea, only to be turned away and told that she was at the wrong police department, since Sheen does not live in Beverly Hills. Good job!

Their two sons, Bob and Max, who are almost two years old, had been living with Sheen in his Mulholland Estates home since before the Bahamas debacle, but as of recently have been staying with Mueller.

“I was more surprised,” Moira Fiore, Mueller’s mother, told E! News in light of Sheen’s recent…outbursts, to put it mildly. “Everything in the past two days really surprised all of us, it’s just not like him. So yes, we’re very upset, but that’s life.”

Post-Bahamas, Sheen was saying he wanted to purchase a house for the family so they would be living closer to him – I sure hope it was at least 100 yards away!

Of course, Sheen still thinks he has a fighting chance in winning this battle, tweeting last night, “My sons are fine… My path is now clear… Defeat is not an option..!”, and claiming that he deserves full custody due to Mueller’s struggle with substance abuse and her erotic behaviour. Way to call the kettle a drug-addict, pot… I mean, Charlie. Right, sorry, Charlie doesn’t do drugs. Guess you’re not buying that house for Brooke and your two sons anymore, are you?

“Brooke does have the children now,” Fiore told E! News. “I’m sure if he’s going to go for full custody then she will, too.”

And so the Sheen-Mueller custody battle begins. All we can say is, good luck, Charlie!

Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen’s former wife, has checked into a rehab facility reports TMZ.

Mueller apparently chose to check herself in after telling people close to her that she “felt weak” and needed professional help.

Brooke’s two kids with Charlie Sheen are staying with her parents.

Maybe Brooke and Charlie can get group rehab rate?

Charile Sheen Heading to Jail for Assault

It looks like Charlie Sheen is heading to jail and will plead no contest to misdemeanor assault and serve 30 days in jail.

TMZ reports that Sheen was given the option of probation or serve jail time – but probation was too risky.

Charlie will arrive in Aspen on Monday and enter a no contest plea to 3rd degree assault and immediately begin serving time.

Sheen will be sentenced to 30 days buy maybe able to get out after 17 on good behavior.

Denise Richards Gets Full Custody of Kids from Charlie Sheen

With all the turmoil in his current marriage with Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen has decided to give full custody of his kids to ex-wife Denise Richards.

Richards and Sheen have two kids, 6 year old Sam and 4 year old Lola. TMZ reports that Richards and Sheen signed this agreement two weeks ago which gives Richards full custody. Prior to this new arrangement, both parents had joint custody.

Richards initially started this process after Charlie was arrested on Christmas Day. Sheen has been charged with felony menacing and misdemeanor assault, but the actor’s lawyers are said to be working on a plea deal.

Although it looked like Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller were going to be divorced, that apparently isn’t the case. Reps for the couple say the two are trying to work out their problems.

“Please let us clarify this: They are not seeking a divorce nor has one been contemplated,” according to a joint statement released Monday by Mueller’s attorney, Yale Galanter, and Sheen’s longtime friend and Two and a Half Men executive producer, Mark Burg.

Furthermore, “there has been no financial agreements between the parties of any sort. Stories to the contrary are false,” says the statement.

“This is a difficult time and they need space to see if they can work things out or not,” Yale tells PEOPLE.

It took long enough but it finally happened – Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller have split, according to E! Online.

After domestic assaults, rehab, legal issues and negative headlines, the two have decided to call it quits.

“Charlie has returned to old habits,” a source close to the Mueller family said, “Brooke has moved out of their family home. Brooke and Charlie still talk, but they don’t see each other.”

There have been reports that the 44-year-old ex-Two and a Half Men star moved back into his house with an escort, which made actress and real estate agent, Mueller obviously leave, is “totally false,” says the insider.

“Charlie is still in rehab,” the source explains. “He isn’t living at home right now.”

There was no comment from Mueller’s attorney on the split, however, Stan Rosenfield, Sheen’s publicist had another story. He was tight-lipped but admitted that the information was “not true” but did not elaborate.

So with that unclear, so is the fate of the hit show Two and a Half Men, since Sheen announced he was leaving the show in February.

Charlie Sheen still had his hit-sitcom Two and a Half Men, amongst all of the drama, but apparently he is ready to ditch that too, reports E! Online.

The troubled actor is planning to leave CBS’ top-rated comedy after this slightly shortened seventh season, which is to wrap up on April 9. The network as no comment at this time, and Sheen’s rep confirmed that the contract that made the veteran the highest-paid sitcom star is only to last until the end of this season.

The 44-year-old star returned to work on March 16, after a stint in rehab to cope with his various issues including his violent fight with wife, real estate investor, Brooke Mueller, which now has the Emmy-nominated actor facing a felony menacing charge. He pleaded not guilty to domestic violence charges in Aspen, and he and Mueller are apparently working things out.

Charlie Sheen was back at work Tuesday on the set of “Two and a Half Men” and apparently had a “normal day.”

TMZ also reports that staff working on the set of Sheen’s show would be immediately fired if they leaked information about Sheen to the press, but an anonymous source spoke up.

Charlie’s sober coach was also on hand throughout the day. Sheen is apparently taking rehab seriously and went back the facility after work.

Brooke Mueller is committed to her marriage and loves her husband Charlie Sheen, but she wants him to take sobriety seriously, reports TMZ. However, those on Charlie Sheen’s side say that his wife is the real problem.

Brooke has now left rehab and is living at their family home, accompanied by a cadre and therapists. Brooke says she loves Charlie to death. But, Brooke feels that the only way she can remain sober is if Charlie tries his best to get sober, no matter if he fails or not.

Brooke does acknowledge that they both have a huge problem and they might both slip from time to time. She has also been in rehab multiple times, trying her best to get sober.

But, the interesting part is that Charlie’s people are saying that it is “Brookes craziness that is fuelling all of this.” Also, they are saying that Brooke is the bad influence on Charlie.

The real solution to the real problem remains unclear.
