Lady Gaga’s body has been under much media scrutiny after photos were published of her looking slightly larger.
But despite the negative attention she’s been getting, a specific body part of hers is now apparently inspiring a new handbag line by Thierry Mugler.
Speaking to Women’s Wear Daily, creative director Nichola Formichetti of Mugler says that his new line of clutches and handbags was inspired by Gaga’s butt.
“She doesn’t know yet,” he says. “It has a little bit of punk rock feeling but it’s still quite chic.”
This of course comes as no surprise. Formichetti and Gaga have worked together in the past, collaborating on the crazy costumes Gaga wears to perform.
Having revealed her past struggles by posting photos of herself in lingerie this week, this new line could possibly be part of a very positive movement of embracing one’s body.
However, I’m not entirely sure what a handbag would look like if it was inspired by someone’s butt.
Snooki tweeted a pic of her new body and she looks super skinny. Perhaps she’s too skinny?
It’s worrisome that Snooks has dropped a considerable amount of weight in such a short time span. Do you think she is working very hard on her body, or doing something dangerous to control her weight?

British media outlets are reporting Amy Winehouse’s body wull be cremated. This is somewhat unusual as Amy is Jewish, and Jewish tradition forbids cremation of bodies.
Amy will be cremated at the Golders Green crematorium. Her family is also having a service at a local synagogue today.
Not everyone trusts the government and believes President Obama when he says bin Laden is dead. Undersea explorer Bill Warren is one of those people. So he will search the North Arabian sea looking for Osama’s body, and to confirm he is really dead.
Bill Warren tells TMZ, the purpose of the excursion “is to try to find out if [Osama] is really dead and to provide to the world the proof that he is … We do this because we are patriotic Americans and feel that President Obama failed to provide the proof.”
“We intend to locate/recover his body and photograph and video tape him, then do a DNA test on the ship,” Warren adds.
We are not experts, but isn’t his body going to be next to impossible to find, even if it was actually dumped at sea? Wouldn’t it have been eaten by sharks and other sea creatures?
