Bobby Brown Still Fears Bin Laden Will Kill Him

BOBBY BROWN still fears for his life, after discovering OSAMA BIN LADEN wanted him dead so he could marry WHITNEY HOUSTON.

Although he and Houston are no longer together – the singer is convinced he is still on the Taliban leader’s hitlist.

Speaking on British TV show 24 Hours With Bobby Brown – which aired in Britain last night – the star said, “Osama bin Laden wanted me dead. He was in love with Whitney. He wanted to make her one of his wives.

“I feared for my life. I’m still on my guard. The most wanted man in the world wants you dead.”

Brown Pays Back Bail Money

Troubled singer BOBBY BROWN has paid back the bosses of a Washington, D.C. radio station that bailed him out of jail last week for not paying child support.

The DON’T BE CRUEL star, 38, was arrested in Massachusetts on February 25 and spent three nights behind bars before radio station chiefs at Hot 99.5 FM posted $19,150 bail.

The radio station paid the money in exchange for the singer’s services as a co-host on THE KANE SHOW for one week.

The station claims the singer broke the agreement after 10 minutes when he hung up during a live on-air phone interview on Friday – and never called back.

Brown got into an argument with the host of the show over whether he would discuss his child support woes and what his actual agreement with the station was.

Brown Battles Radio Station Over Bail Money

BOBBY BROWN hung up on a Washington, D.C. radio station on Friday that allegedly paid for him to get out of jail in exchange for him appearing on their morning show.

The DON’T BE CRUEL singer was arrested last Sunday in Massachusetts for failing to appear in court and failure to pay back child support and court fees.

The radio station posted $19,150 to bail the singer out of jail on Wednesday night and expected him to be a guest-host for one week.

Brown did call the morning program THE KANE SHOW, but hung up after 10 minutes after getting into an argument with the host over whether he would discuss his child support woes and his actual agreement with the station.

The conversation started badly when host KANE asked Brown about his repeated troubles with the law for not paying child support.

A furious Brown shot back, “I’m a father and as far as not paying child support, that’s personal!”

After more heated discussion, the two engaged in a lengthy argument over Brown’s alleged agreement to appear on the show and he hung up.

The station says it plans to rescind the hosting offer and will attempt to get their money back.

Radio Station Funded Brown’s Release

LATEST: A Washington D.C. radio station funded BOBBY BROWN’s release from jail on Wednesday, in exchange for the singer’s forthcoming appearances on air.

The DON’T BE CRUEL hitmaker, 38, was arrested in Attleboro, Massachusetts on Sunday night for failing to pay two months worth of child support to his ex-girlfriend KIM WARD, mother of his children LaPRINCIA, 17; and BOBBY JR, 14.

On Sunday, Brown was taken to the Norfolk County Correctional Center where he was ordered to remain for 30 days, but was released on Wednesday night after the owed $19,150 was paid.

Originally it was thought Brown’s brother TOMMY had paid the fees, however D.C. station Hot 99.5 FM admitted they had funded the singer’s release, on condition he worked for them for a week.

DJ KANE, who hosts morning broadcast THE KANE SHOW, explains, “In exchange for the money, he agreed to be an employee of our radio station for one week.

“Certain news stories have stated incorrectly that Bobby’s brother fronted his bail. Those stories are false. Hot 99.5 has entered into a binding contract with Bobby Brown.”

An arrest warrant was previously issued for the star in October when he failed to attend a child support court hearing, but he swiftly paid $11,000 fees to avoid arrest.

In June 2004, Brown was sentenced to 90 days jail after failing behind child support payments for three months. However, Brown paid $15,000 and the sentence was suspended.

Brown is currently in the middle of divorcing superstar WHITNEY HOUSTON after 14 years of marriage.

Massachusetts on the Look-out for Bobby Brown

A family judge in Massachusetts has ruled that Bobby Brown is to be arrested should he set foot in the state.

The court order came after the singer didn’t show up for a hearing on Monday. Brown was to face the court over allegedly failing to keep up child support payments, according to the Associated Press.

The 37-year-old has been in the spotlight lately after estranged wife Whitney Houston filed for legal separation earlier this month.

“Whether or not he’s going through a divorce doesn’t negate the fact that he still owes child support relative to his two children that he had prior to his marriage,” said Judge Paula Carey in her ruling.

According to Kim Ward, the mother of two of Brown’s children, he owes her $11,000 U.S. for two months of support payments.

Back in June 2004, Brown was sentenced to 90 days behind bars after failing to pay three months of child support, but the punishment was put off when he put up the cash.

Get Ready: Bobby and Whitney Take on Reality TV

If you thought Britney and Kevin were bad…it’s about to get much worse. The notorious husband-wife duo of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston is the latest celebrity couple to take on the small screen with their very own reality series, “Being Bobby Brown.”

Just in case reading about the pair’s drug busts and domestic abuse didn’t already send you reeling, you can now watch every scandal unfold in Technicolor each week on Bravo.

For six months, cameras trailed Brown and his wife for the show, which premieres this Thursday (10 p.m. ET). As for why the two singers would so readily give up their privacy, Brown told Dateline NBC that it’s because he wants to set the record straight and show the world what he’s really about.

“It’s easy for people to just have the freedom to be able to say things about me, and me not say anything. That’s the easy part,” he said on the interview that aired yesterday night. “But the hard part is to show them me, because I’m scared of being myself, sometimes.”

Brown first landed in the music scene with R&B group New Edition in the ’80s, before marrying singing sensation Houston in 1992. Drug and alcohol problems and spousal abuse accusations put the couple under much media scrutiny in the ’90s.

In December, 2003, police were called to the couple’s Georgia home. Houston alleged that Brown had hit her in the face. But Brown was quick to dismiss the abuse issue on Dateline: “Me and my wife play a lot. It was just a misunderstanding. I mean, we slap box, and she hits hard, hard.”
