Black bears are by nature, very timid creatures. That’s why a couple months ago I wasn’t so impressed by this drunk dude who thought he was all tough for challenging a poor, little black bear. That said, this woman named Nishanto totally OWNS the curious intruder, scaring him away from her patio with only her shrill voice. If I was deep in the countryside, I think I’d rather run into the bear than Nishanto.

According to Ontario’s Ministry of Natural Resources, this is what you’re supposed to do if a back bear approaches you aggressively: ”stand your ground and be aggressive – use your whistle or air horn, yell, stand tall, wave your arms and throw objects.”

The bear in this video isn’t aggressive at all. In fact, he looks completely uninterested but this drunk dude thinks it would be super funny to be a jerk anyway. Then he posts at is if he’s this Bear Whisperer but instead he’s the drunk guy chasing after an apathetic, innocent bear cub.
