From the minute the video starts, Olly has us swooning as he slowly walks up to the camera, guitar in hand and begins singing his latest single “Dear Darlin’.” Olly, why you gotta tease us like that?
In this behind the scenes video, Olly gives fans a look into his latest music video. We see a lot of footage of the Brit doing his best brooding look for the cameras and punching walls as he goes through a bit of a tiff with his love interest. He also offers some insight into the meaning of the song and how it’s all about sending letters to someone you miss and want back in your life. He describes the video as “sad, lonely and dark.” Aw, Olly! If you’re sad, we are more than happy to offer you a big old hug.
The video looks amazing and I know I speak for the entire #MURSARMY when I say that we can’t wait to see the video in its entirety.
Remember when ANDPOP got the chance to hang out with Olly Murs? You can watch that magical time in its entirety HERE.
It’s funny that when you watch an interview with a celebrity the one thing you take out if it is something silly like: “Valentine’s Day plans.” OF COURSE the Nylon Magazine had to ask Selena Gomez about her plans — it’s an easy way to get the scoop on her and ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber without actually going there.
What we took out of this video? Selena is growing up!! Despite being in the spotlight for so long, she still seems pretty grounded and hardworking. Along with her new OPI nail colour collection, she’ll be celebrating the release of Spring Breakers on March 22. We were lucky enough to go to the TIFF screening in Toronto and loved it!
See photos of her shoot below
We fell in love when we heard the boys of 1D sing their latest single ‘Little Things.’ But it was kind of strange to see them acting more serious than their usual playful and silly selves.
Thankfully for us, there’s a new clip for that. Documenting a behind the scenes look of the boys shooting the video for their latest single ‘Little Things’, we’re treated to play fights, funny faces and even some awkward instrument playing.
Here are some of my favourite moments made into GIFS. Enjoy!
Niall playing the guitar
In this shot, Niall is mysterious and brooding. Totally unlike his usually cheerful and adorable self. He just looks so vulnerable. Let me HUG HIM. (potadodoniall-1d)
Harry on the other hand…
Sorry, Harry. I don’t think ‘Little Things’ is quite like ’I Wanna Rock And Roll All Night.’
We’re dying over this new footage of the Mean Girls cast reciting Kevin G’s mathlete rap. The behind the scene footage features Amy Poehler rapping while Tina Fey attempts to beat box in the background of what looks to be someone’s living room.
Lindsay Lohan is mainly there to add street cred to their laughably gangster, looking fresh-faced with no makeup on. Pre-probation Lindsay, how could you not love it?
Watch the original rap here:
@Jordans_life and Jacob apparently can’t do a serious interview. On the set of Hedley’s most recent video, “Kiss You Inside Out,” they talk about stock photo poses for bands and a very disturbing app called “Real Strike.” Jacob and Jordan go over some relatively inappropriate subject matter, including “the bathing suit” area. It’s always an interesting conversation when we talk to anyone from Hedley but this interview was especially funny.

Taylor Swift and B.o.B’s new video for “Both of Us” captures them in a sweaty, southern paradise, portraying all aspects of humanity.
“This is bigger than just B.o.B and Taylor Swift, this is about all walks of life,” says B.o.B.
While the video certainly looks airy and romantic Swift and B.o.B describe how sweltering the set actually is and how they basically save each other’s LIVES when monstrous fuzzy spiders and mosquitoes attack (shudder).
Meanwhile, Taylor pretty much captivates the entire crew as they film her playing with cute dogs, while a grown man softly blows dandelion seeds into the wind. I’m loving her style in this video which is a mesh of breezy country skirts with vintage tops.
The video is premiering on MTV on June 27 but Access Hollywood got the behind the scenes look to tide us over. [Source]

In the new official clip for Katy Perry: Part of Me we get a behind the scenes look at a costume fitting for, what else, a three-tiered, multi-coloured cake with lollipops, ice cream cones and other bonbons attached to the icing.
We also see a gigantic peacock outfit (remember that one?) and a dress with swirling candy canes (literally).
The movie will be out on the fourth of July weekend and from this clip we get a bit of the Alice and Wonderland, and Dorothy in Oz element of Katy’s life.
“I feel a real connection to fairytales and I think that in some ways I live in a fairytale,” she says in the clip.”

Our favourite Aussie Cody Simpson was photographed for Teen Vogue, looking dapper with retro inspired hair. The behind the scenes video is basically his dating profile as he talked about girls and then more about girls.
Here’s his unofficial dating profile:
Cody’s perfect girl is someone who has a relaxed personality with a certain level of self-respect and class. Naturally she has to be a fun time and apparently dayam good looking too, because his celebrity crushes are Eva Longoria and fellow Aussie Miranda Kerr. Cody enjoys long walks on the beach followed by a zesty dinner and perhaps he’ll teach you how to surf.
He said most of his songs currently revolve around girls but that wasn’t always so. The very first song he wrote when he was seven was actually about chickens. Here’s how it started: ”I bought some chickens and I changed their diapers.”
“I hope my song writing concepts have improved since then,” he laughed.
Cody also talked about how music was always a big element in the Simpson household.
“I’ve been around music since I was very young. My dad had always sung and played guitar around family and friends,” he said. “We’d all sit around the fire singing country songs.”
We can’t wait to see the final spread, which will be in the June/July issue!

We’re not all that surprised to see these topless behind the scenes photos of Rihanna because they’re directly from her video “Where Have You Been.” We already got glimpses of those scaly crocodile pasties when she was wading through swampy water, looking for her prey love.
But apparently those glimpses weren’t enough so the singer posted more nearly-naked photos on Facebook for us to gawk at. Girl looks fierce, so she can pull it off. She also posted a shot of her back, showing the intricate textured body paint used to create the scales.
Check out the photos:

We’re all anticipating tonight’s release of Justin Bieber’s feature film music video for “Boyfriend,” not only so we can see the thing but also so we won’t be subjected to any more cheap 20 second teasers.
Bieber took a cue from Rihanna in this behind the scenes video of Boyfriend, describing a bit of the concept while simultaneously giving us no information at all.
“The video is just a cool video,” says Justin. Well thanks for that. “The concept is really cool, it’s basically lifestyle, you know, me, a bunch of cars, doing donuts in the parking lot.”
After seeing the behind the scenes video I’m more confused than ever. The first trailer featured girls rubbing their hands all over him so I thought it would be a darker version of Ricky Martin’s “She Bangs.” Trailer two featured fire and water so I figured it would be a deep exploration of the elements. Trailer three was some ode to Michael Jackson and E.T. But now, this behind the scenes video makes it look like he’s preparing for a Grease Lightning drag race.
I’m going to stop fretting over this because the full video, directed by Director X, is premiering tonight (finally).

Rihanna channels wildlife in her voodoo tribal video for “Where Have You Been,” sporting zebra prints, bone accessories and scale-like pasties.
Unlike the multiple video teaser ploys that I’ll leave unnamed (ahem Justin Bieber) I’m not yet sick of Rihanna’s promos because instead of giving us cheap thrills with 30 second clips we get a substantial look at how much work is put into the rehearsals, wardrobe fittings and filming.
The back-to-nature sets for the Dave Meyers-directed video look pretty intricate, including a mossy swamp and a soft nesting ground from which Rihanna grazes, shaded by a pink blooming branches.
“This is another part of wildlife,” she says. “I guess we’re gonna call this the “owl set up.” Why an owl? Because they have a hundred percent kill rate! That’s why.”
After 17 exhausting hours of shooting the crew is still in good spirits and joking around before grappling all their energy for two intense dance scenes, one in a desert wasteland an the other in a foggy cave.
This is the third behind the scenes look in the series, which also includes a look at the dance rehearsal and wardrobe fitting. The official video for “Where Have You Been” comes out on April 30 on Vevo.

We know the real reason you’re watching this promo for One Direction’s behind the scenes DVD (apart from your undying love) is to see Harry Styles strip down to his Tommy Hilfiger briefs. Come on don’t lie.
The teaser is for their upcoming “Up All Night — The Live Tour” DVD which is out on May 28. It captures intimate moments from their tour, including Harry running around backstage with his bandmates preparing for a show, in this case, that means shaving his legs. “No one wants to see that,” says Liam, though we’re sure you beg to differ. Meanwhile, Louis looks cozy in his fluffy moose slippers and plaid pyjamas.

The Wanted will premiere their brand new music video for “Chasing the Sun” tonight on MTV and tomorrow on VEVO, but in the meantime they released a behind the scenes teaser to torture us.
Looks like the video will include lots of steamy lip locks and the last look we get is the guys leading a bunch of DTF chicks they picked up a club into their house. Guess we know what the “sun” metaphor is in this track.

RiRi played hard at Coachella this past weekend but she works hard too. The makeup free popstar and her choreographer teased her upcoming video “Where Have You Been” by documenting a recent dance rehearsal.
About dancing, Rihanna said it’s all about ”evoking an emotion through your body.” She says: “I was never gonna shoot this video if I couldn’t do choreography. It would be pretty pointless. It would be disappointing.”
Though unnecessarily self-conscious about how she looks, she and her choreographer Hi-Hat were all business and jammed in as many moves as they could. Rihanna even forfeited her hour long lunch break to eat french fries while dancing.

Reasons why I love Katy Perry: she has wicked blue hair, she’d go to Starbucks in a bedazzled, feathered costume, and she loves M83 and Gotye.
During her photoshoot with Teen Vogue, she revealed she’s a bit of a control freak and very hands on when she chooses her wardrobe. ”I’m involved with everything I do to an annoying point,” she said.
She also talked about the attention she’d get when she first started singing as a young child. “I felt like I had a magic trick cause everybody’s attention would be everywhere else and then when I’d start singing they’d be like aw! So it was like the only thing that I could pull out of my hat.”

Watching scenes and listening to tracks from the upcoming Hunger Games movie is tempting but I feel like I’ll have seen the entire movie by the time it’s released on March 23. Don’t hold me to it, but I’m going to try to hold off from now on… after these ones of course.
Eyes Open
Today Taylor Swift previewed a minute of another song for the Hunger Games soundtrack. We already heard the eerie Safe and Sound and now we have Eyes Open. The song sounds a little too upbeat for the movie, where do you think it would fit?
Behind the scenes
Whether you’re into the book or not it’s interesting to see this behind the scenes footage. I’m sure some of these scenes won’t be recognizable on screen, after they go through special effects.
The boys from Mississauga Ontario are back with their fourth studio album – 1-up. We had the privilege of getting a sneak peak of the making of their video for “Take It For Granted”. Really interesting process to watch and it involved a lot of paint (if you have already seen the video you know what we mean)!
