A ‘sex’ tape of Jennifer Lopez and ex-husband Ojani Noa has been stolen, and Lopez’s lawyers are demanding the return of it, reports CTV.
Lopez is claiming that Ojani’s manager, Ed Meyer, has taken it without her permission. Her lawyer, Cris Armenta, sent a letter to him demanding he appear in court Wednesday to return the footage.
“Claudia Vazquez will bring an ex parte application for relief, or whatever is proper, against you for removing home video data drive from Claudia Vazquez’s home,” the letter reads.
“You were on notice of the order and using false pretences, you removed the drive from her house. You have been asked to return it by Claudia Vazquez, myself, and law enforcement authorities. Bring the drive with you to court. We intend to ask the Court to order you to hand the drive to Jennifer Lopez’s attorney’s immediately.”
Meyer has confirmed that he has the tape, and plans to take it to court. Lopez recently won an injunction against the sale of the video.
“I’ll be in court this morning with the data drive… I’m going to ask that a retired judge be appointed by the court to keep the videos instead of Jay Lavely, Jennifer’s attorney,” said Meyer.
Meyer claims there are “about 15-20 minutes of total nudity between all the different clips among the 27 hours of footage” between Noa and Lopez.
Yikes, for Lopez’s sake, I hope she gets it back and burries it far, far away. Why do celebrities insist on making these tapes? They always get out. Always.
Oh wow – how much do we love this! TLC reality stars Jon Gosselin and Kate Gosselin are being forced to attend parenting classes, reports TMZ.
A Pennsylvania Judge who is working on the couple’s custody case is sending the couple to a course called “Children in the Middle,” a requirement for all parents involved in a custody war in Berks County, PA.
Although the couple do not need to attend the class together, the course must be taken by June 8th. Course content includes fun topics like exposing your kids to loyalty conflicts.
Perhaps this class will be a wake up call for the Gosselins. Jon may learn to stop being a douche and Kate may learn to stop being a bitch. And won’t we all be better off?
As a pseudo-sequel to 2007’s Battlestations: Midway, Eidos Hungary has managed to deliver a larger game this time around, but still trip itself over annoying landmines that plagued the original and hamper the overall feel of Pacific.
In contrast to Midway, Pacific offers you two choices of campaigns – you can play as either the American or the Japanese forces. While at first this seems like a great option, being able to see the conflict from both sides of the battle, Pacific is less a simulation as it is an arcade-style game mixed with strategic elements. In the end, both sides feel the same, forcing the player to deal with cheesy voice acting and predictable missions at every turn. (more…)
