An overzealous Jake Gyllenhaal fan crossed a line at SXSW yesterday when he snapped a picture of the star…in the bathroom!

In what TMZ is calling a “major guy code violation,” the fan snapped a pic of Jake while he was…erm…using the facilities during a screening of his new movie “Source Code.” Jake calmly talked to the fan about the inappropriateness of the incident.

Peaceful conflict resolution! So hot right now!

The picture was eventually deleted, so if you’ve ever wanted to see some “sexy” urinal shots of Jake in action, you’ll have to wait for the next creepy fan to come along. Sorry!

A private jet carrying Dave Chappelle was forced to land last night after the pilot deemed Chappelle a “safety risk.”

TMZ reports the pilot landed the plane in Pittsburgh after the pilot thought Chappelle was acting erratic.

Sources say Chappelle boarded the plane in New Jersey and it was bound for Ohio, where he lives.

Dave refused to put his seatbelt on and “freaked out,” and Dave repeatedly walked into the cockpit, asking how much longer the flight would be, and started grabbing the pilot’s arms.

Chappelle later checked into a hotel and spent the night, and the next morning asked employees where he could rent a car…only he couldn’t remember where he lived.

His representative has spoken to TMZ, and explained Dave really needed to use the bathroom and the plane’s bathroom was “not the kind he needed.”
