Actor, Balthazar Getty has announced that he and his wife Rosetta have separated.The couple have four children together.
Getty has been in the media spotlight recently after photos surfaced of him kissing a topless Sienna Miller.
According to MSN.com, Getty released a statement to the Associate Press saying,
“In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet, which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that, yes, indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further.”
This is not the first time that Miller has been linked to a taken man. Earlier this year rumours swirled that Miller was romantically involved with Sean “P.Diddy” Combs. At the time Combs was in a relationship with on-again, off-again girlfriend Kim Porter.
Although still married, Balthazar Getty isn’t afraid to hide his steamy affair with actress Sienna Miller, reports People magazine.
The “Brothers & Sisters” actor was spotted making out with the barely clad actress on a boat off the Amalfi coast.
Miller may have broken up with actor Rhys Ifans only a few weeks ago but, according to a source, Getty and Miller have been dating quietly “for at least two months.”
Getty, who has his wife’s name tattooed on his chest, married Rosetta in May 2000. The couple had their fourth child together 10 months ago. Although a source tells People that the couple “have been living separate lives for a while” the entire affair is a lot to handle for Getty’s wife.
“It’s humiliating,” a friend of Rosetta’s tells the magazine. “Rosetta left the country to protect the kids, and he continues to see Sienna publicly.”
After famously being cheated on by Jude Law, one would hope that Sienna Miller would have a little more class than to steal a married man. But, alas, she is doing just that with “Brothers and Sisters” star Balthazar Getty.
The couple was confirmed through paparazzi photographs obtained by The Sun newspaper. Miller, Getty and friends were snapped on a yacht in Italy last week, kissing and taking couples photos. Miller even went topless.
Getty has three children with his wife, Rosetta. She was reported to have fled to Italy before Miller and Getty went there.
Miller has recently broken up with actor Rhys Ifans, who is said to be devastated by the split.
