America’s former sweetheart, Reese Whitherspoon, may not be so sweet after all—well, while under the influence anyways.
The Legally Blonde star and her husband, Hollywood agent Jim Toth, were arrested in Atlanta Friday night after he was accused of driving under the influence of alcohol. According the the Associated Press, Whitherspoon wouldn’t stay in her vehicle while a state trooper was giving Toth a sobriety test. The actress was quoted as saying “Do you know my name?” and “You’re about to find out who I am” and “You’re about to be on national news.” Her erratic behaviour landed her disorderly conduct charge.
The actress released a statement apologizing for her actions on Sunday:
“I clearly had one drink too many and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said. It was definitely a scary situation and I was frightened for my husband, but that is no excuse. I was disrespectful to the officer who was just doing his job. I have nothing but respect for the police and I’m very sorry for my behaviour.”

Usher’s 11-year-old stepson Kyle Glover was declared brain dead on Sunday night, July 8. He was struck by a jet ski on Friday while inner tubing on Lake Lanier in Georgia. He was with a 15-year-old female who was seriously injured and air-lifted to the hospital.
According to TMZ, there’s an investigation underway to determine what exactly happened, though alcohol has apparently been ruled out.
Glover’s mother is Usher’s estranged wife Tameka Foster, with whom he has two children — four-year-old Usher Raymond V and three-year-old Naviv. He reportedly hired a plane to fly Foster out to be with her son. The boy is currently in critical condition at Children’s Healthcare at Egelston Hospital in Atlanta.
Foster, who is a mother of five, said on Facebook: “Kyle, You are strong … You’ll be saved I know it. I love you my baby. I need all #Prayers for my son! thanks you everybody! (sic)”
Nicki Minaj dropped two very different tracks this week, both from her forthcoming album “Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded.”
“Beez in the Trap” is comparatively more simple than Starships, with minimal and raw production. Although the beat is simple, she raps with that pop she’s known for with Atlanta rapper 2 Chainz.
Minaj posted the dirty version of the song herself on Twitter along with some of the dirty lyrics of the song: ”B***hes aint sh*t & they aint sayin nuffin! A hunnit muthaf***as can’t tell me nuffin! I beez in the trap! B beez in the trap!!!!”
Minaj’s track with Chris Brown “Right By My Side” also found its way online and it’s a bit more PG, featuring her softer singing voice.
The album drops on April 3 and if these tracks are any indication of the rest of the album, we are excited!

Engagement rumours were already swirling but now they’re heating up even more, after Bobbi Kristina Brown was spotted wearing an engagement ring.
The late singer Whitney Houston’s 19-year-old daughter was photographed in Atlanta over the weekend with her “adopted brother” Nick Gordon, wearing a big rock on her ringfinger. Although Gordon was never formally adopted by Houston, he was taken in by the family several years ago as an alternative to joining the army.
Gordon seemed to confirm their relationship on Twitter, saying that the two have gotten a little closer. However, he has since shut down his account and denied the dating rumours to ABC News.
Still… the ring’s certainly not going to stop the rumours.
Chris Brown decided to give Kelly Rowland a lap dance on stage during his show in Atlanta.
Chris pulled Kelly up on stage and showed her some of his moves. Chris looked like he was having a good time, but Kelly looked a tad uncomfortable.

Well that was a quick dose of freedom. T.I. is back in jail – yes you read that correctly. He hasn’t even been out for 48 hours.
T.I.’s lawyer claims there was an issue regarding the luxury bus the rapper took from the Arkansas prison where he was released.
His lawyer told TMZ, “We are awaiting the opportunity to quickly resolve whatever the issue may be that the Federal Bureau of Prisons has with TI’s method of transportation, bus, from Arkansas to Atlanta, so that T.I. can return to the halfway house to complete the remaining days of his sentence.”
T.I. was supposed to complete his sentence at an Atlanta halfway house.
Does 16 year old Justin Bieber now have a driver’s license? We aren’t quite sure but TMZ has confirmed the Canadian pop singer was at a DMV office in Atlanta yesterday.
Sources tell TMZ that Bieber passed straight by the line with his Mom and he also received a small photo session at the counter. Rumor has it the DMV rep let Bieber take multiple pictures until they snapped one he liked.

NFL Quarterback Michael Vick has been conditionally reinstated into the NFL following a 20 month stint in prison for a highly publicized dogfight scandal, reports Perez Hilton.
Vick, who is currently a free agent, may attend preseason practices, workouts and meetings. If he is signed by a team, he will be permitted to play in the final two preseason games.
He may participate in all team activities except for games once the regular football season begins, and may be back on the field for games as early as October.
