Cuteness overload. You just want to reach into your computer screen and give this pup a little push to get out of that tent. Whoever put this adorable corgi in a tent and didn’t give him a hand, I am mad at you! Why not just let him out?
Oh right. Viral potential.
The Webby Award winning Grumpy Cat has landed his very own movie deal.
Grumpy cat’s reps are working with Broken Road Production producers to develop a feature length movie, starring the moody feline. The film will be Garfield-esque, reports Deadline.
In the film, Grumpy Cat (whose real name is Tardar Sauce) will be given the gift of speech in the live action film. Now, I know what you’re thinking. Tardar Sauce? Really?
The movie deal is just one of this cats many accomplishments. This frowning feline was deemed the most influential cat of 2012 my MSNBC, and the most important Meme of 2012 by Mashable. He has also appeared on The Today Show , Good Morning America, CBS Evening News, Anderson Cooper Live, VH1 Morning Buzz and The Soup.
Dang cat gets Anderson Cooper, AND Joel McHale? Some things just aren’t fair.
…and they say acting is a hard business to break into to.
Maybe we can offer some movie deals to these grumpy cat lookalikes?
Does anyone even know what a tapir is? Didn’t think so. And if something doesn’t change, nobody in the future will no either, because the cute-in-an-ugly-way species is on the verge of extinction. All the animals of the jungle had different suggestions for how Mrs. Tapir could change so people would like her better , but none of their suggestions went over too well. She felt fine just the way she was, and proved that her talents (which include water ballet and using an unmentionable body part as a fifth leg) were superior to those of her peers. It may not have been helpful in her current situation, but it made for a pretty funny story. Although the video is clearly a joke, the narrator – who has also done videos on snails and bats - chooses a pretty serious line that will probably resonate with anyone watching (not to mention Mrs. Tapir).
Watch the video and save the tapirs!! They’re TOO adorable to just fade away!!
Sloths and cats own the internet. The amount of memes surrounding these two cute, furry animals come in buckets, and it seems like we can’t get away from them.
Sloths are the most gifable, filmable, photogenic animals out there clearly – either that or Kristin Bell started a craze with her sloth obsession.

Thank you Kristin Bell for bombarding the internet with sloth lovers.
I may never understand the hype about cats and sloths, but what I do get is that memes are unfairly clever and highly addictive. I can assure you if you find the sassy sloth meme, you will be laughing for an hour instead of doing what you are supposed to be doing.
Without further ado,
26 Sassy Sloths for your viewing pleasure

It’s always sad when you move away and have to find a new home for a beloved pet, and sometimes, it’s incredibly hard to find them a suitable, because 1) nobody is good enough, or 2) it’s hard to convince someone to accept all their flaws as lovingly as you do.
This family has mastered the art of the sales pitch. In an adorable video tribute to their hilarious duck McIntosh, they tell his story and describe why he would make such a great pet.
I almost teared up at the thought of McIntosh being homeless. If someone doesn’t step up soon, I’m catching the next flight to Florida.
Watch the video here:
I have no idea why this cat being stuck in a trance is so appealing to me. There’s just something hilarious about this cat licking the open air while staring deviously at the screen that makes me want to keep watching it again and again.
Please slap me if I’m the only one who finds this funny.
It’s rare when a dog wants a cat in the house. But when they do, it’s absolutely delightful.
This video is just perfection. “Oh, COME OOOOOOON!!!!!” and just watch it.
This awesome dog knows how to take care of his own flock—literally. Watch and get ready for your heart to melt as he holds the bottle for a baby lamb. Adorbz!
Do you ever wonder what you animal you would be if you were to be in the next life? Maybe a playful dog, spending your day chasing any animal that dares to come onto your territory. How about a cat that just lays around, being admired by your owners over how cute you are? Or a sloth, where you literally sleep and it’s acceptable because, well, you’re a sloth. Aren’t you curious to see what you might be? Take the quiz down below, and see what you might be if you are to be born as an animal in the next life!
Rabbit 1, Balloon 0. Good game Balloon, better luck next time.
The internet needs this video of a Rabbit chasing and popping a balloon. While the internet is packed with can and kitten videos, there is a serious lack of cute rabbit videos.
Also, this is one fast bunny. Look at it go! This rabbit isn’t having any of the balloon’s sass.
Man, it must be so good being a sloth.
First, you can get Kristen Bell to cry because you’re actually just that cute, then you can make hearts all over the world melt just by sitting in a bucket with some of your friends.
Now, CC the Sloth from the Staten Island Zoo gets her make-up done before her appearance on The Today Show. Just look at her being so goddamn cute in that chair and knowing that everyone is in love with her. It’s like, “Yeah, you fawn over me. I know I’m that cute! Huzzah!”
Okay, so if we do reincarnate when we die, can I just be a sloth? Please? Pleassssssssse?!
It’s scary to think about, but bikini season is right around the corner.
And if you thought it was only humans hitting the gym to slim down, think again. This raccoon wants to look good, so he decided to join his friend (or maybe owner? He’s on a leash, but I don’t know why anyone would have a pet raccoon) for a jaunt on the treadmill. If he adds weights to his workout regime, I bet he’ll be able to achieve his goalby spring!
Normally I hate raccoons, but this little guy is totally adorable. Check out the video to see him do his thing!
During the fall, the staff at the Atlanta Zoo hide food in the leaves for their gorillas to find. The zoo’s primate keeper says it provides the gorillas with “fun and enrichment” as it encourages to move around a little bit.
Though one gorilla’s frantic search for sustenance basically embodies my mental toil when I can’t find food in my own house. The aforementioned gorilla pretty much gets buck in the leaves as he tries so hard to find what his stomach is looking for. Basically, this is what’s going down in his head:
- Where is my food?
- No, seriously. Where the hell is it? Couldn’t you people just put it in a bowl? Easy access is all I’m saying.
- WHY DO YOU DO THIS TO ME?
- Fine, I’m just going to bury myself in my grief right now.
- ARGGGH!! I JUST WANT TO EAT! IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK?
I feel you, bro. I feel you.
Ever wondered what happened to that missing sock? Half the time you’re probably thinking:
Okay, so maybe that’s not exactly your thought process, but overall, missing socks equals a vexing situation.
But what little people were actually stealing your socks? You know, like badass Lilliputians from Gulliver’s Travels like in Corridor Digital’s latest video? They have cars, a helicopter, some sick ninja moves to help them with their raid. Unfortunately for them, they don’t seem to be a match for the guardians of the socks, two cats.
Cats, always for the win.
Dun dun dun dun…dun dun dun duuuuun… An epic battle between Sloth and the camera. I think it’s clear who won. Whoever scored this video.
This greedy chipmunk went to the local buffet and didn’t feel filled up after his 24 fish fillets so he grabbed a massive peanut and stuffed it in his mouth. You think it won’t fit? Shame on you, this guy is a tank. [Source]

Here’s your weekly dose of music to help you get through a rough week, as prescribed by Azra Kassam.
Nick Santino – Call me Maybe
Anyone who doesn’t live under a rock has probably heard Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call me Maybe.” The kids love it, Justin Bieber loves it, and apparently, A Rocket To the Moon’s Nick Santino loves it too. He decided to record an acoustic cover of the song so it would stop playing over and over in his head. I can’t guarantee that the song won’t get stuck in your head, but hopefully this mature version of the song will tickle your fancy.
Miike Snow — The Wave
“The Wave” is Miike Snow’s second single off the new album “Happy to You.” Listeners beware, the only thing in common “The Wave” has with Miike Snow’s first smash hit “Animal,” is the return of lead singer Andrew Wyatt’s beautifully laidback vocals. Haunting lyrics combined with an entrancing rhythm and repetitive piano chords give the song a somber tone. Watch the new video for “The Wave” above.
Clams Casino remix – Florence and the Machine’s Never Let Me Go
As if Flo needed a remix to bring out her angelic voice, Clams Casino takes “Never Let Me Go” to a whole new level. Clams Casino re-interprets the single, transporting the listener to a lush rainforest with distorted background sound and ethnic drumbeats. The highlight of the remix is Florence Welch’s muffled, pitched down voice halfway through that is simply eerie.
Grace Potter and the Nocturnals – Never Go Back
From their upcoming fourth studio album The Lion The Beast The Beat, (release date June 12) comes Grace Potter and the Nocturnals’ brand new single “Never Go Back.” The single is co-written by Potter and Black Keys’ Dan Auerbach, and is a bluesy, flute infused jam that the two musicians came up with while “fucking around” in the studio. Definitely worth a listen.
The Jezebels – Rosebud
The Jezabels transport me back to the 80s (not that I was alive then) with the video for their latest single “Rosebud.” Directed by Ben Reed, the low quality footage, picture layering, and fake snow complement the song’s retro vibe perfectly. Unfortunately, the Eurythmics do not make a special appearance as I was hoping for!

Today’s daily dose of cuteness is brought to you by a baby wolf and a baby bear.
Lil’ Bear and Tala the wolf were videotaped play-fighting at Farmington’s Woodland Zoo. No fight in the history of fights has ever been this adorable to watch.
The middle of the video features photos of Lil Bear and Tala at six years. That means the video was originally shot in 2006. This video will definitely lift your spirits.
