Andy Dick is in trouble again, and its for another stupid reason. This time Dick is being sued for exposing his balls, and then forcing them onto a guy’s head.
Details of the lewd encounter are courtesy of the lawsuit Robert Tucker filed this week in Dallas County, according to RadarOnline.com.
More or less the story is Andy was performing in Texas in a blonde wig, black camisole and loose red skirt when he stepped off the stage to interact with his audience.
Dick was approached by Tucker for an autograph. Dick then kneeled on a bar stool, and exposed himself, while playing with the Plaintiff’s head. The lawsuit further explains,
“Defendant Dick then, while still controlling Plaintiff’s head with his hand, forced his genitals against the left side of Plaintiff’s face.”

Isn’t he always kind of drunk and high? Andy Dick was arrested last night in Temecula, CA after cops say he was acting disorderly. Police say he was under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
TMZ reports he former “Celebrity Rehab” star was taken to a nearby jail … where he was booked at 9:48 PM. Bail was set at $500.

One of Hollywood’s most annoying comedians/actors is in a little hot water. TMZ is reporting Andy Dick was arrested in West Virginia early Saturday morning on two felony counts of sexual abuse.
Comedian Andy Dick was arrested early Wednesday. Again.
Authorities were called to a local bar to investigate a man who patrons claim was intoxicated and urinating outside of the bar.
When they arrived on the scene, a 17-year-old girl told officers that Dick allegedly came up to her and pulled down her shirt and bra, exposing her breasts.
Police said the teenage girl and another witness later identified Dick.
During his arrest, police found marijuana and Xanax in Dick’s pocket.
Dick was charged in 1999 with possessing cocaine and marijuana after driving his car into a telephone pole. The charges were later dropped.
Dick has been charged with suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor sexual battery and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
And another comic has used the n-word in his act.
TMZ.com reports that Andy Dick used the word at a comedy club over the weekend. However, just hours after the site broke the news, Dick issued an apology.
“I chose to make a joke about a subject that is not funny. In an attempt to make light of a serious subject, I have offended a lot of people, and I am sorry for my insensitivity. I wish to apologize to Ian, to the club, and its patrons and to anyone who was hurt or offended by my remark,” he said in a statement.
Dick was heckling a comedian at a comedy club in L.A. on Saturday when he stepped on the stage, made jokes about Michael Richards and then referred to the audience by the n-word.
