Conor Maynard is a slick player who challenges Rita Ora to some elusive game in their new collaboration” Better Than You.” Let the smack talk begin!
First the 19-year-old Brit tries to woo Rita with his enticing dance moves: “I can tell that you’re watching me/ And I know you’re loving everything that you see/ The way I catch you go, crazy/ I’ll make you wanna dance with me.” But a confident Rita has a mind of her own: ”Take a picture, but you ain’t getting 3D/ Boy, slow down, come here/ So you say that you’re better than me?/ If I take it all off, bet you like what you see.”
The mid-tempo track, which will be on Conor’s debut album Contrast, has a cool electronic vibe with perfect harmonies. In the end, we’re not sure who’s “better” than the other, but the collaboration pretty much KILLS (in a good way of course).

Today on FreshPressLive, we show you how to prank your wife! Cruel but hilarious. We also talk about a cat who has something very important to say and a kid who will have a major superiority complex when he’s older.
We’re pretty loyal to Justin Bieber, even if he decides to take up country music one day. Collaboration with T-Swift anyone? We also consider a new horse-riding exercise and a robot that dances (not JUST the robot dance).
Pitbull was exiled to Alaska by THE INTERNET. Is justice served? We also watch a talented beer-fetching dog and an adorable kid who’s either boxing or dancing… we’re not sure which. Watch us live every weekday at 5 pm on andpop.tv.
It must be a blessing and curse to look like Justin Bieber. This doppelganger is the ultimate TROLL. We also talk about Rihanna singing Happy Birthday to Eleanor Calder. It’s amazing what having a famous boyfriend can get you. But first: why you should never kick a sheep.

I swear I don’t have a thing for British music; it just so happens that a lot of musicians currently blowing up happen to be from Britain. Conor Maynard is no exception. Rihanna
Rihanna reflects upon the similarity between fireworks and diamonds bursting in the sky. She was so touched by the spectacle that she’s already planning a new reggae-dance song called “Diamonds in the Sky-iy-iy-iy.” Ashley Tisdale
Ashley Tisdale indulged in an all-American picnic party. It involved her running around a park alone with a single flag waving behind her.
Kesha
Kesha understands the Fourth of July isn’t JUST about hot dog eating contests and getting drunk off cheap beer at the cottage while saluting the American flag. It’s about like, freedom and stuff.
Snoop Dogg
Snoop Dogg appreciates the finer things in life. Like watching hazy orange sunsets in Muskoka, sipping Dom Perignon Rose and posting photos of random women bending over with a lit cigarette between their legs.
For the past few years, Esthero has been staying busy behind the scenes, collaborating with high-profile artists like The Black Eyed Peas, Timbaland and Kanye West among others. She wasn’t planning on making another record but a few unwritten songs were haunting her when she went to bed. One day she said “f*ck it, I’ll go in and record.” She booked four days in the recording studio and eventually two songs became four and four became more. The songs were flowing naturally and bubbling up so quickly she could hardly keep up.

Imagine Dragon’s new single “It’s Time went viral after being used in the trailer for the coming of age film The Perks of Being a Wallflower, starring Emma Watson. Their EP Continued Silence was released on Valentine’s Day and they’re currently recording their debut album Night Visions with Alex Da Kid (Nicki Minaj, Rihanna).
In a phone interview with andPOP, lead vocalist Dan Reynold’s said that while things are moving flash-fast, they’re ready. “I think it’s important for a band to have time to prepare or else they go viral overnight and are forgotten,” he said. “We’ve been a band for three years and are building something from the ground up.”
Here are a few things you may not know about them:
Imagine Dragons are pranksters: The guys don’t have access to the Internet on the road so they usually watch shows like Dexter and Game of Thrones. “Suddenly it’s taken a turn for the worse and has become a prank van,” Reynolds laughs. Pranks range from them slipping their clinical insomniac guitarist a five-hour energy drink (he stayed up for a week straight) or sneakily putting stickers in hair (ouch) so the victim has to yank it out later. Reynold’s best prank was an act of revenge, after a crew member pretended to delete every file on his computer. Upon discovering the prankster has major arachnophobia, he hid a hairy tarantula in a donut box. “He reached in and grabbed a donut. When he realized there was a spider in there he freaked out,” Reynolds said. “So we’re even now.”

We watch a dubstep impression that’s mildly true but we love the genre all the same. Then we talk about wedding fails and a live stream of puppies that kept someone in this office consumed all day.

I feel like it’s my birthday because we received extraordinary Spice Girls news today that I’m sure you already heard about because it’s all over the internet and was trending on Twitter (aka if you haven’t heard about it for SHAME).
The Spice Girls reunited in London to launch Viva Forever! a new musical based on their hit songs. The show will open on December 11 in London, but we hope they mozy on over to North America stat. The musical is meant to introduce a new generation to Girl Power and explores the bitter reality of fame brought on by a TV talent show. That’s pretty topical, no?
In celebration, we decided to pull out a couple of our favourite Spice Girls gifs. Check them out below.
Would you ever consider putting Mario Lopez and a bunch of snakes in the same sentence? Cobra Starship would. Gabe and Alex chat with @Jordans_life about their new single “#1Nite” and what better idea was it to actually add in the hashtag, for Twitter — duh! Gabe mentions that the music video has a road trip vibe with My Name Is Kay (who features on the track) that was influenced by one of his favourite 90s movies, “True Romance.”
Far East Movement were pretty balling in high school, swimming and learning backstroke (if you get our sexual innuendo). They sat down with andPOP after the MMVAs and described their first kiss with tongue which was way back in elementary school. WHA? They also talk about partying Project X style with dogs on the trampoline and everything.

Trend: Tie-dye
Fashion works in cycles, so it’s no small wonder why this 90s trend is making a comeback. This time, though, it’s not all about baggy fluorescent T-shirts, unless you want it to be. Now, colour palettes are on the softer side as pastels are mixed together on just about everything — T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, etc. Tie dye also works as a great Pinterest-y, DIY project with friends and is on the wallet friendly side.

I guess a German shepherd hearing a husky speak English would be equivalent to hanging out with your best friend and then all of a sudden they start speaking some obscure language that only like, a thousand people in the entire world know, and they picked it up 10 minutes or something crazy. Then you think, do I really know this person at all? And start doubting your own abilities atlife because you never learned that same obscure language.
Anyway, I can see why this German shepherd Noushka is totally confused and I just hope his self-esteem doesn’t tak too huge of a hit. Mishka looks like a total keener anyway.
We pretty much died of cuteness when we watched Ryan Gosling circa 1991 performing at a talent show in Hammer Pants. We also talk about two epic pranks, one involving a floating cup and the other involving someone getting a little too happy on the street.
