ALANIS MORISSETTE is poking fun at her pop peers in a new YouTube.com video.
The IRONIC singer shot the quirky spoof in front of a huge white sheet and posted it online as an April Fool’s Day joke for her fans.
THE BLACK EYED PEAS star FERGIE is the focus of the spoof video as Morissette lampoons the group’s MY HUMPS hit and mocks the singer’s sexy moves – badly.
In the clip, Morissette also makes fun of herself and stars like TORI AMOS and VANESSA CARLTON, who sing heartfelt songs behind a piano.

ALANIS MORISSETTE and actor RYAN REYNOLDS have officially ended their engagement after four years together.
Morissette, 32, and Reynolds, 30, had previously split in June, but reconciled within a few weeks.
Their representatives, DVORA VENER and MEREDITH O’SULLIVAN, confirm the split to American publication People saying, “Ryan Reynolds and Alanis Morissette have mutually decided to end their engagement. They remain close friends and continue to have the utmost love and admiration for each other.
“They ask that their privacy be respected surrounding this personal matter.”
The YOU OUGHTA KNOW singer and the VAN WILDER star, who are both Canadian, met in 2002 and dated for two years before becoming engaged in 2004.

Seems Alanis Morissette wasn’t everything to Ryan Reynolds after all.
The couple, which have been engaged for nearly two years, have split up, according to People magazine.
Morissette, originally from Ottawa, and Reynolds, originally from Toronto, met at Drew Barrymore’s birthday party in 2002. The couple dated for two years before becoming engaged.
A wedding date was never set by the couple, both of whom said they felt like they were already married.
“We’re just really enjoying this (engagement) phase,” Morissette told People.com last year.
“We feel like we’re already married,” Reynolds said.
Reps for both Morissette and Reynolds have not confirmed or denied the break up yet.
