Activision Blizzard is now in the midst of making dreams come true once again, well virtually that is.

If you wanted to always be a rock star, shredding the guitar, they gave you “Guitar Hero”.

If you wanted to always have the epic band, with the added vocals, bass and drums, they gave you “Rock Band”.

Now, if you wanted to always be a DJ, mixing the beats and the controlling the flow of the party, and Activision Blizzard will soon be giving you “DJ Hero”.

Gaming blog Kotaku, reported the original details on Friday concerning the new Activision Blizzard music title.

The newest project from Activision Blizzard, involves a music rhythm game, that will let gamers scratch to the beat of popular mash-ups with a laptop turntable peripheral.

According to MTV News, the game’s mash-up mechanics are a great feature for the game, but result in a huge dilemma for licensing when dealing with all the music labels.

“DJ Hero”, which has been in development for about two years, is expected to hit store shelves next summer, and will also likely include the ability to use Guitar Hero guitars for versus mode face-offs.
