Heidi Montag Refuses to Pose With ‘The Hills’ Cast Members

The Hills cast member Heidi Montag refused to come out of her hotel room and take final season photos with the rest of the group, reports MSNBC Entertainment.

Access Hollywood was on the set of the photo shoot that included stars such as Adrina Patridge, Kristin Cavallari and Brody Jenner. Apparently Montag’s rep told Access Hollywood that the reason she wouldn’t come out of her room was because she had mono and could not talk. However, the illness was a surprise to everyone else.

“Heidi’s not here and I don’t know why,” Patridge told Access Hollywood. “I honestly don’t. We’re all shooting together and I think she’s shooting later… So I really don’t know why she’s not with us.” Patridge said that Montag seemed fine a few days before the photo shoot.

“Kristin and I just filmed with her, probably four days ago and everything seemed fine,” she added. “But, I don’t know.”

Cavallari, notorious for being blunt and honest, was not afraid to admit that Heidi’s absence bugged her. When asked by Access Hollywood if it made her upset, she said, “Yeah, of course.”

On Monday, Montag’s husband, Spencer Pratt, told Us Weekly that his wife was indeed sick. “It’s all true,” he said in the magazine. “She was sick and didn’t even want to go to that photo shoot.”

However, a source told the magazine that Montag said she is a “movie star” now, referring to her cameo in Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston’s Just Go With It, and that led to her photo shoot absence.

There have also been rumours that Montag has left Pratt, with a source telling OK! magazine that Montag is “moving out of her house and away from Spencer,” but reps for both stars were unavailable for comment when Access Hollywood contacted them.

The final season of The Hills begins April 27 on MTV.

Courtney Love Loves Orlando Bloom, Buddhism

Move over, rehab. Courtney Love has credited an unlikely man with keeping her clean: Orlando Bloom.

Love told “Access Hollywood” that Bloom introduced her to the Buddhist lifestyle that finally changed her ways.

“We chant every day,” Love said. “The 12-step programme demands that you have a spiritual practice that you do daily.

“I don’t mind talking about it because it has changed my entire life, changed everything – restructured my body, restructured my physicality. Truly I can, not all the time, but I can take joy at really shitty situations.”

True to her name, Love said she loves Bloom for his influence, and that he “doesn’t mind being outed as a Buddhist.”

Bad Blood On Access Hollywood?

Access Hollywood hosts Nancy O’Dell and Maria Menounos can’t stand each other… if you believe the tabloids.

The catfight between the two beauties began when Nancy O’Dell, accused Maria Menounos, of wanting to be a star and disregarding her journalism career. Along with that, O’Dell is furious that Menounos gets special treatment, days off to purse other projects, and more time on the air.

However, Menounos sees things differently. She believes O’Dell is simply jealous of her youth and beauty.

“It’s a real catfight. They refuse to work together and hate being in the same room with each other. Makeup and hair staffers have to schedule the times far apart!” said a source, reports Star Magazine.

With the feud going on, O’Dell is starting to look into her other options and opportunities.

“She knows her high value and she’s tired of having to fight for her own show. There’s interest in her from other shows and she feels the time may be right to pursue those options,” said a source.

Both ladies have appeared in successful projects outside of Access Hollywood. O’Dell has hosted a few Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants. She also appeared in movies and television shows such as “Scream” and “Charmed.” Menounos was a host for Access Hollywood’s rival Entertainment Tonight. She also appeared in films and television shows such as “The Fantastic Four” and “Without A Trace.” In addition, she is a spokeswoman for Pantene products.
