Leave your pistols and bayonets at home, the new weapons on the streets are dueling hats. And the newer, more pristine hats are the most dangerous. Take it from comedycentral‘s Key & Peele.
When Key’s character greets his friends with a brand new hat — tag on and everything — his cousin (Peele) takes notice. What follows is a full on hat war to find the newest caps on the market, and they resort to desperate measures.
Along with being hilarious, they tap into the extravagance and silliness of collector hats. They’re undoubtedly my new favourite comedians. Previously, they posted sketches on Dungeons and Dragons, Lil Wayne in prison and Twilight Gangsters.

This tough looking, bearded guy found a HUGE spider in his washroom and was absolutely terrified. “I’ve just seen the most messed up thing I’ve ever seen in his whole life,” he said. He took out his camera (to document the horror) and found a weapon to kill it with.
Unfortunately, his plan backfired when he found some knuckle rings and decided to punch the spider on the wall. Underestimating his own strength, he caused a little more destruction than he intended. ”
“I felt real dumb for doing this. But hey, it made a great vid!” he said under the description on his YouTube channel.

Every year, Christmas lights draw a slew of people outdoors to walk around and admire their neighbours’ displays — but these lights, which are set to Psy’s “Gangnam Style” are downright hypnotizing.
The flashy display uses the roof, windows, trees and lawn — pretty much anything that can be wrapped with bulbs. Sure they’re nice now, until you’re the neighbour next door trying to get some sleep while people are raving outside your door. Still, they’re pretty dayam impressive.

Here’s one from the archives: Dance instructor Dena Rizzo’s hilarious blend of old school dance breaks mixed with her attempt at explaining what hip hop is, makes me want to throw on a pair of Adidas button up snaps and grab a boombox.
Rizzo lists some of the first rules of hip hop: turn your feet out, be relaxed and your hands are always “AHH” like this:
Then her students showed off some of the dance moves they learned:
According to Rizzo, hip hop isn’t just a dance style — it’s the way you dress too. She wears a blue, long sleeved jersey and striped black pants. Later, she throws on an oversized jacket and says: “I went to this club right, and they had no baggy pants and no sneakers. That was wild, I didn’t know what to think about that.”
“People ask me all the time what happens when hip hop goes out? Hip hop is an attitude. It’s right here,” she said pointing to her heart. “It’s how you feel, it’s a style.”

I don’t think cats will ever be replaced as the most popular creatures on the Internet, but goats are coming pretty close. With their wimpy squeals, evil eyes and quirky attitude, they’re prime actors for viral videos on YouTube. The compilation above mashes together some of the best goat videos online. If you’re still not persuaded that goats are badass, here’s more proof:

This amazing son flew home from Hong Kong to surprise his family on Thanksgiving. He could only stay for two days (meaning it was an expensive surprise) but sometimes you have to pull out the big guns.
The best part about the surprise is his father’s reaction because it’s so TYPICAL. He writes on YouTube: “ I need to get my driver’s license renewed by the end of January, however I am coming back for two weeks around Christmas which is when we had planned to go. Unfortunately he is 71 and now has zero patience for any thing that he cannot get done immediately, even if it is not his problem to solve.”
What’s the first thing his dad says? Get your coat, we’re going to the DMV son. They don’t end up going which means he’ll hear about it every time he calls home from now until Christmas, when he returns.

I have to say, out of all the pranks I’ve posted on ANDPOP this one would probably scare me the most if it happened to me. Pranksters in Brazil rigged a fake elevator so the lights would cut out and a raggedy, young girl wearing old clothes and carrying a teddy bear would emerge from a small door and start screaming.
As presumed, most of the passengers FREAKED OUT while the “secretary” who led them there stood on the other side of the door and laughed. The prank was posted on Live Leak.

Black Friday shopping prank
MediocreFilms‘ Greg and Ryan went to Target and pranked employees by asking for ridiculous items. The two jokers each wrote down a bunch of silly items and swapped lists so they wouldn’t know what they’d be asking for. Some of the items included “ham sanders” and “WiFi fish tanks.” On top of pranking the employees they were forced to come up with explanations of the items on the spot.
Dollar Store prank
ImprovEverywhere pranked the Dollar Store by setting up camp early in the morning on Black Friday, strategically positioning a news reporter and acting like there were amazing deals inside. Once inside, they swarmed the 99 cent deals. Most of the people who passed by on their way to work were utterly confused. Even a 60 cent deal at The Dollar Store is still only 60 cents saved.

For his final project in Speech 101, Jose Barrientos decided to prank his entire class by putting on a fake Mexican accent. Barrientos kept up the accent for the entire semester and revealed his American accent four months later.
The assignment was composed of four different speeches. His first speech was about piñatas, the second about David Hasselhoff and the third about cinco de mayo. He finally revealed his true voice in an epic final speech: “We have to learn to communicate effectively people, because if we don’t we will all be lost in translation.”
Barrientos got a lot of mixed reviews — while some people realized the accent was part of the lesson, others still didn’t catch on and thought he was swapping to an American accent to be funny.

Earlier this month we posted a humorous and thoughtful video by CollegeHumor in which gay men threaten to marry the girlfriends of men who don’t support gay marriage. Now gay women are taking their turn.
In a new video by UnsolicitedProject, gay women have a message for naysayers: ”As gay women ourselves we would just like to say to all those opposed to same sex marriage — whatever — keep marriage between a man and a woman and as a response, we will marry your boyfriends.”
Think about it. They’d be the best wives ever! They love sports, women and video games. While you’re dragging them to the mall to shop for yet another cardigan, they’re playing HALO with him and his cute buddies. While the whole video is all in good fun they make a great point. In the recent U.S. election three states legalized gay marriage bringing the total to nine — let’s bring that number up!

You might think using pickup lines from the TLC reality show Here Comes Honey Boo Boo is a doomed experiment in dating but this guy actually managed to do it!
Mikey Day challenged fellow comedian Trevor Moore to pickup a girl using one liners from the redneck pageant queen on Jay Leno.
The first couple girls seemed slightly disgusted but the third seemed charmed with this zinger: “Mama says that pretty comes in all different sizes, my size is cute. You wanna trade numbers?”
I don’t think many girls would be quite as forthcoming. Would you trade numbers with a guy who used a Honey Boo Boo pick up line?

There are tons of useful tutorials on YouTube these days relaying everything from eye makeup tips to home construction. But occasionally it’s handy to have tutorials that strip it right down to the basics. That’s what the channel Let’s Learn Anything is for.
The channel’s tag line, which is “Let’s change everything. Let’s learn anything,” is just as nondescript as their video selection. They teach everything from “how to poke your finger with a wooden tooth pick” to “how to turn caps lock off.”
I’m pretty sure the makers of this video would be BFFs with the video cooking channel How to Basic, which teaches you to do everything from “how to blow up lettuce” to “how to quickly defrost bread” (the answer is stuff a match into it).

As someone who lives with both a cat and dog, I totally understand this video. FatAwesomeFilms imagined what it would be like if your friends acted like your pets. The friend who’s like a dog is friendly, active and always smiles, whereas the friend who’s like a cat is a total JERK for no reason.
Don’t get me wrong, I love my cat but my whole family agrees he can be a bully, jumping on and swatting my sweet dog when he least suspects it.
Or they do things like this:

Does the video remind you of your own cat or dog?

In this commercial for Play60 starring Carolina Panthers’ quarterback Cam Newton, a young boy asks his idol if exercising and eating right will make all his dreams come true — and his dreams are pretty extensive. Along with being big and strong, he wants to play in the NFL, be drafted number one, have Newton as his backup and be his mom’s favourite player.
Someone get this kid an acting and football contract stat. Play60 encourages kids to be active for at least 60 minutes a day to tackle childhood obesity.

If you want to know what the end times will look like this video will give you a pretty good indication. Just replace the fact that they’re fighting over phones with them scrapping for the last food on Earth. In the video, the Walmart shoppers act like animals pushing and shoving their way to the box holding phones.
Go home and spend time with your family people — it’s the time of year when you’re supposed to be thankful for what you have! A low priced phone isn’t worth a broken rib.
On Reddit the video below was trending with the caption: “What Black Friday looks like to an Australian.” Have you had any horrible Black Friday experiences this year?

Alright, I embellished the headline a bit to add some hilarity but the whole gaggle of geese running through a suburb thing is completely true. All you can hear as they run is the flip, flap, flop is their little feet hitting the pavement.
The geese are too young to fly so they’re following their parents on a morning run. The video was taken in Winnipeg Canada and all the revenue generated by it will be donated to the FortWhyteAlive nature conservatory.

Shoppers are beyond excited for Black Friday sales — some camping out for days — but this supercut of video horror stories just makes me sad. The cast of characters is the same every year: stampeding shoppers, pushy patrons and violent bargain-hunters. Although Thanksgiving is a time to honour the blessings in our lives, whether that’s family or friends, Black Friday can bring out more aggressive natures.
CompilarizTV‘s Black Friday supercut showcases some of the busiest crowds. This year, stay at home and spend time with family. A low-priced toaster is not worth the consumer chaos and frenzy.
