In the latest instalment of our interview with Dev we try to figure out how she and The Cataracs keep banging out hit records. Including one particular single that happens to feature one of the prettiest men of our generation. Dev and @jordans_life discuss the recording process and what it was like shooting a video with Enrique “man-pretty” Iglesias.

Can you imagine British sensation Ed Sheeran as the sixth member of One Direction? When andPOP sat down with 1D’s Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan, they knew right away they’d initiate the singer songwriter as a new bandmate.
“I’m digging red haired man,” Niall said. “He’s got one of the best voices you’ll ever hear.”
We asked Sheeran if he’d ever consider joining the band and while he loves hanging out with the guys (apparently he and Harry Styles are like an old married couple) he doesn’t have any plans to be a new member.
“We do completely different things,” he said. “I think it’s cooler to hang out with them than to actually be in the band. I mean, I’ve got to where I am on my own and they got to where they are on their own and I think to add to either camp might be a mistake.”
Sheeran has come a long way since posting homemade videos on YouTube for his fans. He told us how he used to get paid in booze almost everyday at pubs. Since then, he shot to mega commercial success last year with his track “The A Team” and wrote a song called “Moments” for One Direction, which is on their debut album.
Even if Sheeran has no plans to join the band, would you like to hear another collaboration?

Don’t have a prom date? No worries. Create your very own promposal for Justin Bieber and upload it to YouTube. If that doesn’t get his attention, you can always bring a cardboard cutout of your fave celeb instead. We talk about this, One Direction confessions (does Harry Styles have no nipples?) and a cute kid who is terrified of a robot dinosaur.
Remember that time Hot Chelle Rae convinced @Jordans_life to get a tattoo? Well since it happened, he’s been having troubles adjusting to the monkey holding a bottle of vodka on his leg (remember tattoos are permanent). Truthfully, the tattoo isn’t that bad but he’s still upset none of the guys in HCR opted to join him. So to make things right, @DCaseyJones decided to get revenge for Jordan with some temporary Disney tattoos. It’s the thought that counts right?
To celebrate Ryan Seacrest hitting 100 million views on YouTube, Justin Bieber helped him create the ultimate viral video, featuring dogs, babies and cheesy dancing. We also watch Aziz Ansari’s hilarious interview on Anderson Cooper’s show — or wait, that’s not Aziz Ansari! Finally, we watch golden video of two cats boxing.
We watch videos of your favourite celebrities before they made it big, including The Wanted, One Direction and Ed Sheeran. We also talk about Ashton Kutcher’s controversial new ad for Popchips and a kid who nearly gets eaten by a lion (but not really).
If there was actually a way to harvest and bottle happiness, Martina Sorbara would be a good place to start. Not only is she an incredibly wonderful person to interview, Dragonette’s music could be used as an anti-depressant as well.
If you’re not familiar with Sorbara you have definitely heard her voice on Martin Solveig’s smash ‘hello.’ If you were a fan of that particular track we highly recommend you get better acquainted with the rest of their catalogue. The video for their new single ‘Let It Go’ might be a little heavy in subject matter but the song is a perfect addition to your “let’s party our face-off this summer” playlist.
If you’re still on the fence, the interview below should convince you. Watch @jordans_life and Martina talk about the latest video and finding her mojo.
The interview:
The new single:
Sacha Baron Cohen stopped by Australia’s Today show as General Aladeen and offended pretty much everyone. Then we talk about romantic promposals and finish with a video that sums up what NOT to do at prom.
It seems like The Wanted didn’t really learn much after calling Christina Aguilera a b*tch. This time, they share hilarious stories about Britney Spears and Justin Bieber during a radio interview. Then we watch grannies watching the Kim Kardashian sex tape and a dog watching a video of himself watch a cat. Dogception much?
It’s the end of April and you know what that means! It’s time for April’s fail compilation. We also watch Tom Parker’s sort-of apology to Christina Aguilera after The Wanted called her a b*tch. Finally, we talk about Justin Bieber kissing college girls at NYU.
Snooki & JWoww’s new show is coming out and they finally released the trailer. We also watch a clip of the girl from The Ring throwing a baseball (proving why Japan is awesome) and then we listen to the rapper Krispy Kreme.
Not many people get to say: my Mom’s a rockstar and I spent a lot of my childhood on a tour bus. You would think the lifestyle of a musician would make it hard to bring a baby on the road, however, some how Dev makes it work. She talks about changing diapers, how she met her fiancé and we get to see her “nipples.”
Samuel L. Jackson gave interesting advice to anyone who’s going to see The Avengers. Then we show you how to troll a monkey and take a trip with the coolest dad ever, who sings Bohemian Rhapsody with his kids on the way to school.
One Direction’s Harry Styles stripped down to his briefs for a promo and we’re pleased to report he wears the exact same brand as someone in this very office. We also watch a video of a cute kitten cuddling a mouse and finally share a clip of our interview with The Wanted, in which they talk about Justin Bieber.
Caite caught up with Eric Cannata from Young the Giant and they talked about how Glee’s interpretation of “Cough Syrup” had a positive influence on someone he personally knew. Speaking of high school, Eric describes what each of the bandmates were like in high school and busts the rumour about Payam hacking into the school system! FYI Eric Cannata’s name totally sounds like Air Canada if you say it fast.
Turns out the “rapapapa” in Rihanna’s song “Man Down” was totally ripped off Australian radio hosts and they confront her about it on their show. Then we talk about drive-by compliments and watch a video of the WORST boyfriend ever pranking his girlfriend.
Let’s be honest if you’ve ever listened to Ed Sheeran’s music, it’s pretty easy to understand why he’s becoming so popular. He’s written with One Direction, Kanye West and some other REALLY famous people. @Jordans_life got some help from @andPOP’s friends on twitter to ask: what do you buy when you become famous?
Watch the interview here:
Justin Bieber sent out a series of bizarre tweets, including one addressed to Mariah Yeater who claimed he was her child’s dad. We discuss this, speculate what Seal’s O-face was for on The Voice and watch a clip of One Direction pinching Harry’s butt.

Have you met Daveedo Jones? If you’ve heard of him chances are Dave Lingwood is messing with you because he doesn’t really exist. We asked our peeps on Twitter to submit their friends’ phone numbers so we could mess with them (this is why you should follow @andPOP) and we got a bunch of responses. Naturally, the unsuspecting person we called was thrilled, and coincidentally, asked for some help with her own bucket list!

It’s 420! In celebration, we play the “guess who has smoked pot?” game with Jimmy Kimmel and watch a music video that will probably kill your buzz. Then we admire Jennifer Lawrence’s impressive archery skills.
