Why You Would Know Coldplay: | Coldplay was introduced to the public in 2000, with their debut album "Parachutes" which included smash hit Yellow. In 2002, two years after their debut album was released, the band?s second album entitled "A Rush of Blood to the Head" hit retail stores, and just astonished their fans and even got them new attention. Included on the album were songs such as In My Place, The Scientist, and the ever so popular, Clocks.
| | Why You Should Care About Coldplay: | Often considered to be the next U2, Coldplay is the type of band that almost anyone can listen to. Their soft and smooth sound can be very relaxing and enjoyable to hear. Their music can almost seem like theme songs, with the abundance of times they have been heard on the big screen and on cable TV.
